Ordered on the Friday, arrived on the Monday - great product, well wrapped.
Guys - great product and fantastic customer service. We ordered the Eames replica late on Friday afternoon. Within 15 mins you'd phoned up and confirmed order for the next working day on Monday. The lounger arrived well packed in great condition. Fantastic service, way above any recently experienced - keep up the great work

Impressed by reliable and professional behaviour !
Living in Italy and ordering a piece of furniture-from a company located in the UK is not common and was in first run considered as an adventure by me. After having experienced the friendly, dedicated and professional behaviour of this supplier I want to thank them for a wonderful piece of furniture, best shipping ( expensive but worth it !) and very good customer services - whenever I look for something which interior icons supplies, I will be a loyal customer.

Fabulous , fast, hoorah !
I ordered an eames lounge chair and ottoman , an iconic piece , at a reasonable price . The service was fantastic on the day I ordered I was telephoned and delivery arranged for the end of week . The chair arrived within the allotted time and was packaged very well with instructions . So there it sits in my husbands study , a thing of beauty admired by all !!

Excellent product, service and delivery

First class product at a fantastic price and delivered very quickly, too
The Charles Eames (repro) chair and ottoman were exactly as described and are of very good quality. The leather is well grained and there is no plastic/synthetic fabric used anywhere. The wood finish is of a high quality and I am entirely satisfied with the product, service and communications from Interior Icons.

They make you feel like your custom matters
Having just moved house I had been in contact with many companies and service providers. Interioricons have been the only company to make me feel like my custom matters. Very easy to communicate with they provide a good old fashioned 1:1 service. The item I purchased is first class and I am over the moon with the whole experience.

Pleasure To Deal With
Having recently purchased several items of furniture on line and encountered problems of one kind or another on almost every occassion, interioricons were a pleasure to deal with.
I decided to give them a call with a couple of qestions about the sofa I was intending to buy and managed to speak to someone who was able to give me the informtion I wanted and make a decision over delivery charges.
My sofa was delivered as promised and I am delighted with it.
I would happily rdeal with them again.

Wonderful chair!
A truly wonderful chair, so comfortable you can sit in it for hours without trouble coupled with stunning looks an all round great purchase.
On the minus side I had to carry it in with the delivery driver across a busy road and its very heavy, I paid a lot for delivery and would not expect to have to bring it into my house myself!!

Great chair and great service
The Eames lounger I bought is fantastic quality, looks great and is extremely comfortable (I am sitting in it as I type). The chair is exactly what I hoped it would be and exactly as the website promised.
The service was fantastic with Interior icons on hand to help late on Christmas Eve when delivery hit a bump in the road. The chair arrived very well packaged the next working day and after a tiny amount of self assembly I had an iconic piece of furniture adding a touch of class to my flat.
Overall very happy and would recommend Interior Icons without any hesitation.

Brilliant design and service
Highly recommend this company. We bought 6 chairs as loved the design, they were offered as arrival next day before even we'd moved in, then came the day specified to suit us, all super smoothly. We loved them and have since bought 2 more, which arrived again perfectly in time for Christmas and are now planning what else we can get from them. Exemplary in every way and hope they continue to do brilliantly.

Ok but not great
I checked several options to order my Eames Soft Pad 217 office chair replica. The choice was between iconicinteriors, vertigointeriors, voga.com or interioricons. I decided for interioricons much because of the reviews here at Trustpilot, plus an ok price and the article in stock ready for delivery. Service was good and delivery quick, however I experience the quality as so-so. The metal has some stains and the casting feels a bit cheaply done. The sewing is quite well done, the leather is ok but not fantastic. Although I feel this was an ok purchase I would have expected the quality to be better. I have had the chair for somewhat more than a month so it's hard to say how the quality will be in the long run.

I am sorry to read that our product quality has fallen short of your high expectations. We have recently been selling our Eames inspired office chairs from a new manufacturer (as our original manufacturer were on a far greater manufacture time) and we have found the quality to be slightly inconsistent. As a consequence, we have reverted back to our original manufacturer, as in 5 years of selling their products we have never received anything other than praise.
I realise that this will not resolve your situation. What I would be happy to offer is a part-refund to cover your disappointment. Please feel free to contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements with you.

Friendly folks, fast service, good value!
We bought a charles eames repro chair & ottoman, exactly as described. Ordered over the phone very efficient, friendly service was to be delivered within 48hrs. Except the couriers put it on the wrong van and sent it 50 miles further north!!
Was very well packaged when it arrived and easy to assemble despite no instructions, a hint of instruction would have been reassuring as I had to check how it looked form their website again other than that cannot fault these people at all.

Bought it for my husband ......he so much enjoyed sitting in my son-in-laws genuine eames chair.......I couldn't afford to buy him the real thing! but he is delighted and dare I say he dosen't notice any difference...finds the Harris Tweed better than the leather, warmer & cosier, and it looks great in our cottage

Great product and fantastic customer service
We have been looking to buy the Charles Eames lounge Chair for a long time and have spent many hours e on-line searching for the best option.
We have read some reviews about Interior Icons and they were offering a competitive price.
I ordered the chair by phone at 9am and it was at my house next day before 12pm - perfect!
When the chair arrived there were some minor assembly issues and Interior Icons resolved the problem efficiently.

good service poor product!
The only good thing about this purchase is that it arrived quickly. Unfortunately it came with a scratch on the underside and the filling for the chair is non existent.

Did a fair bit of reseach found the chairs half the price of some on line and store based companies, delivery was perfect and well packaged, and the Chairs are what I've wanted for a few years and been reluctant to pay top price, the ones delevered are excelent quality and suit me very well
