Friendly service
www.interioricons.com were friendly and efficient and gave extra information by phone. The goods were as described, delivered safely and are currently giving us a lot of pleasure. We have slight qualifications about the finishing of the stainless steel legs/base - but goodness me at that price there had to be a tiny drawback as the rest and most visible parts are very high quality..

Very efficient service/delivery!
All in all we were very happy with our experience - the Eames inspired leather chair & footstool were delivered on the day we requested. It was packed well and was un-damaged. Our only issue was that the steel supports (visible from the front) were not finished off properly, in that they had black marks on each of them... Fortunately my husband is an ex panel beater(!) and managed to remove them with wire wool - job done!!

Absolutely excellent!
I've been dealing with Interior Icons for two years now. Our whole office space in France is equipped with their furniture and we keep buying. Everybody visiting our office adores the furniture. Interior Icons has a great choice of products, very good prices, very good quality. I compared a lot before ordering the first time and Interior Icons always beats the competition either by quality or by price or both.
Customer Care is the most friendly and professional I have so far experienced in my life and I’m buying stuff online since 1994. I’ve never felt more comfortable with an online shop. They even beat Amazon by far because there’s always a personal touch to every mail that is exchanged and they are faster too. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Good quality product, good customer service
I ordered a Noguchi coffee table.
All my questions were rapidly answered by the customer service. They sent the table quickly after my payment. The table quality is very good. The price is very good.
The little negative point was that DHL, which delivered the table, didn't bring the table to my floor (even with a lift). They left it in my building entry hall, so it was a bit heavy to carry by myself.

Wow, what great service.
I ordered a chair on-line on Friday evening. As it was Bank Holiday I did not expect to hear anything for a few days.
Early Tuesday morning, the company rang to arrange delivery and to confirm some points on the order, and we agreed delivery for Thursday AM.
Chair arrived on time and was well packed and in perfect shape.
Very simple to assemble and was in use by lunchtime.
Very well done.

First Class Online Company
Ordered six white gloss Panton chairs on the Thursday afternoon, was emailed by Marilyn a short time later to ask when I wanted delivery, she said I could have them the next day, unfortunately I was working and could not take delivery so arranged it for the Monday. Chairs arrived as agreed and I was very pleased with them. Very impressed with this company and wish all online company's were as prompt and efficient, do not hesitate to buy you will receive a first class service.

A problem quickly fixed
A very friendly, efficient and courteous company to deal with. We did have a problem but it was fixed quickly and effectively - dealing with a problem is always a good test. We have used them three times now and would certainly do so again and can recommend without hesitation.

Great company, lovely to do business with.
Right from the first contact Interior Icons couldn't do enough to help. They were thoroughly professional, with quick, helpful email responses, and offered a great product at a reasonable price.
We had chosen an Eames lounge chair which we wanted reupholstered in our own fabric. Initially we were a little apprehensive but had no reason to be. Our chair arrived swiftly, via TNT, and was very well packaged. After tentatively opening we found a beautiful item, just as described, and requiring only a little self assembly.
We're thoroughly pleased with the whole experience and want to extend our thanks to the whole team at Interior Icons.

Fantastic service and speedy delivery!
I really enjoyed working with this company. Not only were they in touch with regards to every aspect of the purchase and delivery, but I was able to put the product on hold for two weeks. The staff were very friendly throughout. I would highly recommend them and wish that more companies had the same level of customer service.

A joy to deal with.
I ordered the Eames chair and footstool on a Thursday, was offered delivery the next day (Friday) but preferred delivery on the following Monday.
It duly arrived on the agreed day at 10AM in a rather large box which would not go through the door. The items were then taken out of the box on the forecourt much to the amusement of passersby.
The consignment consisted of four items, the chair and base and the stool and base, which, in turn, were extremely well packed.
These were then fastened to their respective partners by 4 M8 screws each; making a very firm joint.
However, I encountered a small problem, on assembly of the chair, in that one screw did no fully go home due to a damaged threaded insert. Upon mentioning this to Interior Icons, Marilyn was extremely helpful and sent me the necessary tool in order to correct this by return of post. Unfortunately, however, the tread inserts are made of hardened steel so that they could not be re-cut and cleared. Shortening one screw by 12 mm soon resolved the problem.
It appears that nothing is too much trouble
This is a very professional, friendly and efficient company and a joy to deal with.

This chair was exactly what I hoped it would be; high quality and well finished.
The service of delivery could not have been bettered. Within two days it was delivered in robust packing. I was supplied with a tracking number which meant I knew approx when delivery would take place.

Brilliant service!
Our Arne Jacobsen Inspired Egg Chair is the most beautifull chair ever. We order it on a Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. You could not get a faster and better service. The staff in the office were very nice and really helpfull. I will definately recomend Interior Icons to every one. Best purchase ever done.

PERFECT
I bought an Isamu Noguchi Inspired Tribeca Coffee table and a Le Corbusier Inspired Chaise Longue.
After 5 days it was delivered in France.
Excellent service, quick delivery (considering it was sent abroad) and products as described on website.

Very impressed!
We had been looking for a coffee table for over a year and saw the original and loved it. I wasn't sure what to expect from the quality and weight of the product since the price was so affordable. Excellent service, product and price!
I placed an order for the Eames chair on Saturday evening, and ended up paying twice, due to a Paypal issue. Having sent an email to explain, I received a reply from Neil late on Saturday night, acknowledging the double payment and confirming he would refund the extra payment on Monday, which he duly did.
I received a call on Monday morning to arrange a convenient delivery date, and received the chair on Tuesday. An excellent product, and very friendly and efficient service. Can't wait to use them again!
