Ordered my parcel on the evening of Monday 14th May . I could track it using the tracking facility. On Wednesdy 16th May recieved an E-mail informing me when my parcel will be delivered and who will be making the delivery between 1145hrs and1245hrs. Also recieved a TXT.If for some reason I wouldnt be in to recieve the parcel the options where given to tell Interlink Express of an alternative means of delivery. At 1205hrs on Wednesday Julie arrived with my parcel. Cant fault service like that, Thankyou.
lol this company is nothing more than a joke.
2 attempts now to deliver time sensitive items , i ordered frozen fish food during the bank holiday weekend , knowing it would not be sent out until the Tuesday . it was supposed to arrive Wednesday , absolutely nothing and when checking the tracking page i seen it was still in the Sortation facility . spoke with the company i bought the food from and they looked into it , and got back to me and offered to send out replacements as they have been assured if they send a parcel out it WOULD get to the customer today ... WRONG no parcel , instead i get an email informing me my parcel has been delayed and i wont get it until Monday 13th.
well Interlink after the weekend you will be known as INTERSTINK as i have been in touch with the company , they have issued a full refund to me and they have told me they will be taking this further with your selves.
Interlink have failed to deliver twice , wont be getting a 3rd chance.
Having ordered an item, and paid for delivery by 01/05, I followed tracking and could see the item "out for delivery" on multiple successive days from their French Brive depot. They made no attempt to deliver it throughout the week and I finally contacted the DPD team in the Uk.
I was told that they had contacted the depot and that the item would be delivered that day preceded by a phone call to me. Later in the day, an event was posted against the consignment saying I had requested to schedule the delivery for the Friday 10/05. This was entirely untrue and served to delay the delivery till after the 2 day holiday here.
No delivery arrived on the Friday 10/05 so I was by then in contact with their escalation team who told me that the French depot had actually allowed everyone a holiday on that day so no deliveries were being made. So in effect, they lied about the reschedule request in order to delay the delivery to a day when they knew they could not deliver ! Great service.
As things stand, I still do not have the item, I have no firm promise date for the item and the purpose for which the item was sent has now passed.
The UK staff were helpful in manner but were entirely unable to do anything at all to resolve the issues or even offer a firm delivery date. They did agree that the service was woefull and unprofessional.
I would strongly suggest that you consider anyone else if shipping to mainland Europe from the UK because interlink/dpd just don't deliver !
My response to bobby ... this delivery to France is quoted as being 2 to 3 days on the web site. Below is the tracking so far. It is currently 13/05 and I still do not have a firm promise delivery slot. The promised call back this morning did not happen

The item was collected on 29/04 and I still don't have it, nor can anyone provide a firm delivery date ! That says it all, USE SOMEONE ELSE TO DELIVER YOUR STUFF.
I ordered a new wetsuit from Mikes Diving, and because it was out of stock they had to get in direct from Italy. And within the timeframe indicated the wetsuit arrived safely from Italy.
Then the problems start! Interlink collect from the supplier at 15.52 on 08/05/13. The parcel finds its way to Hub 3 by 00.47 on the 9th. It then gets to Hub 1 at 01.44.
Then that's where the tracking ends. Parcel was Next Day and should have been here yesterday (09/05/13). After phone calls and emails to Interlink and my supplier it appears it left the Hub en route to Swindon depot but never actually made it there.
Then told it takes 3 or 4 days to investigate and it may be due to a label falling off.
Garbage!!
A total farce and i'd advise anyone to use a professional company, not an amateurish one like Interlink
I Am the first to moan about bad service, these days it is the norm. Most deliveries take a go9d 4 days longer than they are supposed to get up here in Scotland. Imagine my delight when an email came informing me my parcel would arrive Thursday 9th, did not really believe it, onl5 3 days inc placing the order.
Thursday 9th further email giving delivery time, between 4.17pm and 5.17pm. so disbelieving I left my studio to come home and see for myself. They made it !! OUTSTANDING
I have had two parcels delivered by Interlink Express at different times over the last couple of months and I can't fault them. They tell you what day they will deliver and then on that day they text you with an hour slot, then they arrive in that time, their drivers are polite and cheerful, and I would recommend them to everyone. A first class service.
This is the first time I have knowingly had any dealings with Interlink Express, ( I have no idea why they added the "Express" to their company name, as I'm sure it's a case for some sort of trading deception law suit.) I ordered some items from a reputable online shop to be delivered by their "first class" service, as I had paid extra for this. All appeared to be going well, as by the morning of the next day, I recieved an email from "Interlink geographically slow" explaining that my parcel would be delivered that day by a particular time. Great! I thought, wrongly, as later that day I recieved another email informing me that my parcel had been held, the previous evening in Birmingham? Some 200 odd miles away. And that it would be delivered the following day, which was a Thursday. Okay. Not too bad. I waited all day Thursday for the promise of delivery to be fulfilled a second time, only to be disappointed,,,, again, I recieved yet another email from "!nterlink a carrier pigeon could deliver quicker" explaining that their driver could not find my house. Incredible! My house, was built 83 years ago, and as far as I am aware, has not moved?! It appears on google maps, apple maps, google earth, even satellite navigation has been able to locate it from time to time. I suspect their excuses are a rather large amount of the proverbial b=$<}_ks, and that "Interlink stone erodes quicker that we deliver"'s failure to deliver ( as my parcel has still not been delivered 7days from ordering) is purely down to a catalog of feckless careless automotron balls ups, who do not have the decency to, A make good on their mistakes, or at the very least, B be honest about them.
Further more, I have ended up calling the local depot to see if they needed any assistance in directing their highly trained staff to the correct address. I gave them the parcel number, as requested, and was promptly informed that it was still in the depot. Joy. So I decided to to go and pick it up myself. A 20 minute drive each way. When I got to the reception office, I was greeted by a signed declaration from the company M.D, stating " It begins, and ends, with the customer." Couldn't help a wry smile at that. A receptionist came out, eventually, and after a brief conversation, brought me a parcel,,,, which wasn't the parcel I had called earlier about, but a parcel that had been there a week, even though I had given them the parcel number of the original!? Anyway, all parcels now home safe. Thanks to my own legwork. I wouldn't recommend "interlink evolution moves more swiftly" to deliver a pebble reliably. Stay clear.
I was very impressed with Interlink! They notified me by sms, offered me alternative delivery options, when they confirmed their delivery day and time slot, and delivered, as arranged and requested by myself! Can't believe their low score on here, to be honest! Certainly would recommend!
I cannot fault Interrlink Express. Their service has been second to none and no other courier service I've used before even come close. Their great communication on progress of delivery is spot on. They definitely deserve a higher score!! Well done Interlink.
Got next day delivery online as I knew I would be in. Got a message on my phone saying that my parcel would arrive between 16.31 - 17.31 so I made sure I was definitely in at this time. At 17.00 I get a message saying nobody was in to sign for the parcel and a card had been left. I was in, my buzzer had not been rang and there was no card so I got straight on the phone to customer services who contacted the driver to try and get him to come back but he refused. I was then told that all they could do was upgrade me so it would be delivered by 12 the next day so I had to change my arrangements to make sure I would be at home in the morning. Next day I get a message saying it would be delivered between 14.55 - 15.55??????? Get on the phone to customer services again who tell me that my parcel was not upgraded and there was nothing they could do. I had to leave a note on the door asking them to leave it in the porch of the building if the door was open (leaving my parcel at risk). Absolutely terrible and would avoid using them again
I have nothing but praise for the whole experience with great updates of the goods whereabouts at all times. The delivery was to the hour on time and the driver polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Don Leitch. Colchester
delivered really fast and had loads of updates when ordering off kiddicare.com :D x
I wasn't in when my item was due to be delivered - I had received an email giving a time slot on the original day of delivery. As I only glanced at the date of delivery, I hadn't noticed that there were options to change the delivery address online, so even though I wasn't home when I received the delivery email, I could have easily altered the arrangements. Later, using the automated telephone system, I rearranged delivery, again I was not able to be in, but was able to leave the delivery card with instructions explaining where the package could be left.
My parcel arrived on time and the delivery guy was very helpful with the questions I asked. Polite, efficient and prompt.
Well done Interlink Express
My delivery slot was 2.57 - 3.57 and at 2.58 the delivery van pulled up. A very efficient and polite service. Thank you
wow super fast delivery!!!!! only thing is the item is now in bits at my customers who are now claiming £270 refund off me. this item was wrapped in 10 meters of bubble wrap and not fragile they must of played football at the depot with this or dropped it from a height
wont use again intend to fight for damages
Was given a delivery slot 1-2pm today. Cancelled my day to wait in for the delivery. At 13.15 I checked my emails to find an email saying my parcel could not be delivered as I was not in and there should be a card posted through the letterbox. I found the card and immediately phoned the nearest depot(Carmarthen ). I explained that I had been waiting here all day and that the driver ha obvoiuosly been here but didn't bother to knock on the door or ring the bell. Apparently he would have, so I guess I waited in for nothing and lied to him! I asked if he could contact the driver to come back, as he would have only been 10mins away. I was told that he can't contact the driver. (what kind of company is this!!) Now I have to cancel my day again tommorow to wait for it. Very, very poor service. I wouldn't have made the order if I knew first that it was to be delivered by interlink express. A few years ago I was expecting a delivery by 12. After 12, no parcel, but on the tracking it said delivered and signed by me. Obviously the driver was late. Several phone calls ensued and was fed a load of lies saying he had delivered. Anyway to cut a long story short the driver turned up several hours later with my parcel!!!! Both the driver and phone operator were complete liars, not too mention fraudulent.
Do not deal with this company. They shouldn't be in business. The Internet is a powerful tool, I would imagine they find themselves unstuck sometime in the near future. And no Bobby, I don't want to email you, I've heard enough lies thanks. I don't believe the 5 star reviews, i think they are fake to be honest, to bump up their miserable rating.
Very poor, bad shocking, unacceptable, unprofessional, deceptive, irresponsible, deceive.
I didnt get ani mail notice or confirmation of delivery, got home got calling card, book redelivery only 1st time, they didnt come back after redelivery booked, and i check again, it show on thier web that Item delay, that i refused my item n it will be sent back to sender. Omg, what a total liar shocking crazy they are, they didnt even come to delivery or left me any notice card but just do whatever they want. And i can not book redelivery again, as it shows on thier web delay at delivery depot still.
Decided to send them email, but after 3 days with emails, no response back either.
Pls, never use this company again, i never experince anything so shocking, wasting time, unreliable, so deceptive like this.

Parcel due yesterday - present for my young daughter. We were contacted by the supplier to ask why we had 'refused delivery'. It turns out that the driver had tried to deliver our parcel to the wrong house. Ok, disappointing, but this can happen. Driver didn't attempt to call us and the supplier had to wrestle with Interlink to find out what had happened. Got call back from supplier to say Interlink driver had said he was a "silly billy" (honestly!) and promised he would deliver to our house before 6pm. No parcel, no phone call, no answer from depot, no means to collect parcel from depot as the site requires a calling card which we obviously don't have. My view, Interlink really just don't care about the service they deliver or the promises they make.
I will complain to supplier and not use them again if they continue to use this courier. It's the only difference we can all make...

I love the service Interlink provide. I am always ordering stuff online and no other delivery company comes close to the efficiency and convenience they give, telling me exactly when my parcel will be delivered, and on the times I haven't been able to be at home to accept the delivery, they have gone out of their way to give alternative options for leaving the parcel. The driver is always helpful and co-operative, I have nothing but praise for the whole organisation. I wish other companies could do the same.
We have an account with Interlink and have had various problems over the years. Last Thursday we sent a Expresspack 5 on a Next day service to a new customer in Ware, The customer was sent a emai notifying him of delivery between 8.00-18.00 on Friday. At 18.04 the customer sent a email to say no delivery even though the company operating hours are 6am -22.00. On tracking it showed it out for delivery. I contacted Interlink on Monday and was told it had been left at the depot in error on Friday. Could noone have infomed my customer of this fact? I have had to refund the cost of carriage to my customer and approached my Account Manager for a credit from Interlink. I was told that credit' only apply to timed deliveries and not Next Day. This means that Interlink can delivery when ever they fancy and not get penalised for the failure. If you offer a next day service and with Predict now to aid customer, please deliver next day or we will take our business elsewhere. As it is, our collection driver can rarely make our collection before 5pm and we have to take to another company on our estate. I have been given a Credit as a Gesture of Goodwill but nothing in the future....... totally unacceptable
Ordered 2 items from Kiddisave. Tracker said 2 items, the note on the parcel when it came said 2 items. I was expected to sign for 2 items even though was only delivering one. When I said I wasn't signing for 1 parcel when it said he was delivering 2 the driver became very aggressive telling me if I didn't sign for this one I wouldn't get this parcel or my f@@@@@g other parcel either. Very aggressive and abusive. Now I have a 1 year old daughter and my wife is 31 weeks pregnant. They don't want to be hearing this. I work nights so what if I hadn't been up and my wife had answered the door. Would his attitude have been even worse? When I phoned the depot manager Marc Green who told me he was the operations manager he stated he would look into it if I e-mailed him and would ensure that the parcel be delivered the next day (today). I come home from work and check the tracking to find the parcel going back to kiddisave. I phoned up to have this confirmed. Terrible service, terrible company. I'll wait and see if I get a reply from my e-mail but I won't hold my breath. Now dealing with kiidisave about how I can get my parcels without using this company. Avoid like the plague!
After reading some of the reviews on this site I was a little worried about my package, however I was quite happy with the service I received. I had an email on the 15th to say they had received my shipment details and would collect it from the seller to deliver to me by the 18th. I thought it was great that they actually emailed and sent an SMS to update me on the progress of my order, and they also advised I would get an estimated 1hr window on the day of delivery to let me know when to expect my delivery. Awesome so far.
First problem I encountered was on the morning of the 18th. I had not received any email or text giving me my 1hr window. Checked tracking and it showed they were still waiting to collect from sender. Now, there was a small problem with an item I ordered being out of stock so the seller had emailed asking if I would accept the same item in a different flavour, to which I replied yes. Possibly that is what caused the delay, so I won't hold that against Interlink, but it would have been nice if I had had an update to say, actually it won't be delivered until X date though.
Later that day after getting home from work I noticed the tracking had updated and my package had been collected and was now at their Birmingham sorting hub. Great, so it's making progress. Checked early the next morning and still showed as in Birmingham, not even in transit, to which I was a little disappointed because I was hoping for it to reach me before I had to head to work. However, it appeared that when I checked again in a couple of hours, the tracking system had updated to say it had actually been received the local office a few hours earlier that morning. Got an email and text giving me the estimated delivery time not long after.
Driver turned up within the given times and delivery made. Other than the slight delay with collection (again, might not be Interlink's fault) and the delay with the tracking system updating, I was quite happy with the service I received. The 1hr estimated delivery time was something I had not come across before with other couriers, and thought it was a great idea. Will be ordering again from the same seller in future, so hopefully Interlink and their local driver will continue with the great service... let's try for the 5th star next time though :)
I'm very disappointed and angry! I paid extra for my 5 year old sons scooter to be delivered for next day as it was a surprise for him for achieving his level 10 set words at school. I was sat in my living room, and heard something being posted through the letterbox, and I just assumed it was the postman. About 10 minutes later i went to the door to get the post and saw a sorry we missed you card! I couldn't believe it, the driver did not ring the bell, or even knock on, my front door is a stone throw away from my living room so I would have herd even the most miniscule knock, and I had no tv on, i was sat in complete quite doing my work. i have organized for delivery to be tomorrow and for parcel to be left in my shed, hopefully, this all goes smoothly, but it still doesn't change the fact that I paid a substantial amount of money to have it delivered the following day, so I have wasted my money, and I still just cant believe the driver has just walked up and posted a card through without knocking on.
Order two T-shirts through a company online and paid for delivery (£18) through Interlink Express as we needed them by Thursday! The T-shirts were for a charity bike ride we were doing on the Friday, lasting all weekend. I logged on to view the status of my order at around 2pm on the Thursday to see that it had been delayed so I contacted customer services who weren't able to give me an update as they couldn't get hold of the depot, I then called again and again for the rest of the afternoon and still did not have any answers. In the end I was PROMISED delivery by 8am the next day to my house, this was after me chasing them numerous times to confirm as they NEVER call you back! 8am came and went the next day... I then spend a further 30 minutes on the phone to them (Total calls to them cost over £5) in the morning finding out what has happened and they claimed that it was never down to be delivered in the morning, and then say it will be delivered before 10am which I tell them is no good as we are setting off at 8:30ish. They did arrange another courier to take the parcel to my hotel later that evening (8PM), however the overall customer service and lack of knowledge on what is happening I find appalling.
We've been using Interlink Express for UK and European deliveries for just 2 weeks. The service is noticeably better than many couriers used in the past. The main noticeable difference is the IT systems Interlink utilise. They keep us well informed of when a collection will take place, and even a rough delivery time (which prevents waiting in all day). This is substantially better than many couriers - many of which give you a vague estimate of delivery all day (7.30am to 6.30pm!).
Granted, I suspect we'll have the occasional issue here and there because nothing is perfect, but we understand most people only report bad experiences on these review sites. I feel it's important to keep a balanced view, because Interlink is without a doubt noticeably better than the "average" courier!
Parcel delivered safely to correct address within the stated time frame of one hour.
I placed an order for a birthday present for my daughter in good time as not a lot of faith in delivery being prompt. I then received an email confirming delivery today between 8.19 and 9.19 from Gary the driver. Right , I thought ...that'll never happen. To my surprise at 8.20 there was a ring on the doorbell and a charming man handed me a parcel to sign for. I didn't have the cheek to ask if he was Gary ! So now we've got the present with 2 weeks to spare. Very impressed.
Do not use this company! Their Coventry company deliveries are sub-contracted; their automated telephone line does not allow you to report non-delivery; their mainline number , which I found through the internet, is hardly ever answered; they do not keep their promises. I was promised delivery of an item I needed to enable a TV and other equipment installation to be carried out. Delivery was promised on 14 February. It didn't come and I had to postpone the installation. Several days later I ordered and obtained the item I needed from another source. The sub-contractor claimed to have delivered my original item to a house about one third of a mile from where I live and to have a signed receipt. The claimed signatory does not live in that house - the owner was away on business on the claimed delivery day; and nor is there anyone of that name in this area (Hamilton). The sub-contractor promised to meet me but didn't show. The item was found about 10 days later lying at the edge of the road near the house to which it had been claimed the delivery had been made. It had been opened. By this time, I had obtained what I needed from another source. I was eventually able (after several phone calls) to speak to a real manager at their Coventry office who promised to collect the parcel and return it to sender, to investigate what had happened and to contact me again. That was more than one week ago. Nothing has happened. I didn't take his name simply because I was so fed up with the whole experience I wasn't prepared to spend any more time on it. Clearly, it still rankles - otherwise I wouldn't be giving this feedback!
David Ellis.
Paid M&M direct extra for next day delivery ,suppose to come Wednesday ,waited right next to the front door for the time slot period+ ,no knock nothing ,checked track parcel on the site ,said failed delivery as no one was there to answer and claimed the driver carded me ,i have no card ,the email claims my door is a white door when its a brown door ,i phoned up just now ( thursday ) and the man at the depot said they cannot now deliver till friday ,so itll be 2 days before it ( if ) the parcel comes ,and i asked for refund of the next day delivery charges and he avoided the query ,if costumers are that important they'd get the parcel to me ASAP by any means, pathetic company !
It is a fourth time I used this company as I am regular buyer on-line and lots of companies use this delivery company. Previous experiences I can call absolutely disappointment! First of all they say they been in your address and they did not, because no card whatsoever. When you re-arrange because you are pushed to do that, (because no one was here) ,then they call your mobile and you have to go out and looking for a driver. I have a 3 car parks around my estate and it is not easy task! When you finally find your bloody driver he is just sitting on his bum at the car and not bother to find you or your door claiming he couldn't find it. Yeah well is impossible if you don't even leave a vehicle, right? Car was just a white van not even company car, without logo or some sign that is a parcel company, driver was rude which result in clash of opinion and argument. I paid for this service why they treat you like an idiot?,. I don't deserve that! This time was exactly the same but without phone call from a driver , who obviously wasn't here, because I was waiting, no card at the door. Company when I called said his gps saying he was here. WHAT A MESS. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!
As a regular on line shopper, mail order agent and amazon e bay customer I have experienced many delivery services. I can honestly say this service deserves 5 stars. i was kept in touch by e mail of the delivery service My parcel was promised delivery between 3pm and 4pm, it arrived at 3.20pm by a polite delivery man. I shall definately recommend to everyone. BEWARE YODEL ROYAL MAIL and OTHER SERVICES,
YOU COULD LEARN A LOT FROM THIS COMPANY.
A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Can't fault them for service. The driver delivered as and when promised, didn't run off as soon as he'd knocked (as other firms have done recently), he was polite and efficient. The parcel was well packaged and delivered in excellent condition. Can't fault the company in any way. Thanks.
This is the first time I have used this company and for me everything went well.
My item was received the next day at the time, date given and even without damage to my parcel,
What more can I ask for? Looking at the other reviews got me scared but maybe i was just lucky this time. Hopefully the good work will continue.
So far i am unimpressed with the 'non' delivery of my parcel! I have taken time off work to be at home in order to sign for my parcel.
It was arranged for today between 1:18pm and 2:18pm however NO-ONE turned up!!! I have CCTV at my house showing the front garden and road as proof of no one!!!. i received an email saying no one was at home and they put a note through my door but the funny thing is my CCTV shows otherwise!!! I called the customer services number for a lady to say it was down to human error and the delivery driver will come within the hour or early evening. This STILL has not been done and i have No parcel at 7:30pm.... Why? I need my parcel ASAP!
Incompetent people who cant be bothered to do their jobs.
Absolutely Shocking. I've had the displeasure of having to use Interlink twice now - Both times nothing has been delivered as I was apparently "not at home" Both times I have not only been at home, but I didn't even receive a card saying I wasn't at home. Basically, the driver hasn't been bothered to do his job.
Today was worse, i paid an extra £20 to get my parcels here today (Saturday before 12) because they were required for Sunday. I've been up since 0630 with my little boy, so they couldn't have come early. I checked at 10 O'clock to see what time they are due, to be told that they've already been and I wasn't in. WHAT A JOKE. Try and ring customer services to get a redelivery? Oh, you aren't open on a saturday. Of course you aren't - So you don't deliver nor work on a saturday.
Thanks for the extra money I wasted. Thanks for the extra time I had to sit in the house and wait for you to not to deliver it. Thanks for the time I have to take off work to drive to Bicester to pick up my own parcel. Thanks for the extra cost of petrol that I have to pay for now. Infact, Thanks for nothing.
Yes - I would like my money back. Yes - I want my parcel being delivered when I'm at home. Today, when I ACTUALLY NEED IT. Yes - I want an apology.
Kept me well informed about my delivery, very good how they give you the times of delivery so you dont have to stay in all day. Never had this experience before brilliant service! I wish all delivery services was up to this standard.
I just received my first parcel delivered by this company and would like to say thank you for such a fantastic service! Your driver was polite and friendly, on time and the texts i received with my delivery time were fantastic, so much better than other parcel companies who have delivered before!
Came 1 minute after estimated! (beginning of hour slot) Brilliant service, lovely delivery driver! Keep up the good work! Very happy! Thank you and please commend the driver! :)
I had a sorry we missed you card left this morning, but no-one knocked on the door to try and deliver. So I call and speak to the depot who basically call me a liar and say the driver wouldn't do that as they're not paid to deliver again. Now the items I urgently needed today I won't receive at all. Shocking service.
