Been in business for 8 years, post about 40-60 parcels per month, have used parcelforce since we started. Liked Interlink's email alerts so gave them a try. First day we used them we booked 4 parcels, driver did not turn up. Sent out a very expensive parcel last week, they lost it!! Phoned the Lincoln depot, they quite frankly could not care less, no explanation given - just "oh you will have to claim for it then". I have since requested a claim form 4 times and not received one yet. I have been lied to and messed about, I have had to refund my customer and am currently nearly £300 out of pocket. I have cancelled my contract with them for non performance. A truly awful company with an appalling attitude towards customer service.
