My parcel was meant to be delivered today to a person who bought it from me and it never showed up at their house. Tracking says it went back to delivery depot in my town???? Not happy at all, nobody got in touch or anything. No customer service number to ring and talk to a live person, just some equiry rubbish form online. If somebody tells me to email them or leave a message I'll start screaming. You have our number when we book a parcel so USE it! I won't send with interlink direct again, it's too stressfull Buggy worth nearly £500 went awol, should I be happy?
