I have facebooked a message to interlink but I thought others should know about this company's behaviours. I waited for a parcel this morning and my house overlooks the road all vans have to come through. I watched the driver come up the road and stop twice and get out to go to the back of the van. He then turned onto my road and turned straight back out again. I then find my parcel status has been updated to say I MISSED the delivery. I had been standing at the window with my baby waiting for the driver to ring the doorbell. I called the local depot number and they couldn't get through to the driver. Eventually the driver returned at midday with my parcel. One box which was open at both ends. I still need to check its contents. I have written to the seller and to you to make people aware of this appalling behaviour. If I hadn't googled the local depot's number I wouldn't have been able to talk to a human being. All the contact numbers on Interlink's website are automated response. Talk about distancing yourself from your customers. Unbelievable behaviour.
