My second experience with Interlink today and I am very disappointed yet again. Received an email a few minutes after my parcel was due to be delivered saying that no one was at home to sign for it. The reality is that I was at home, no card posted through the letter box so it is more than obvious that the the driver did not bother to deliver my parcel today. Does it mean I have to wait all day at home tomorrow again as I have not been told on the phone what time it will be delivered?
Exactly same problem happened 3 months ago.
