I have waited the entire day for my parcel to arrive only for interlink express to blatantly lie by saying "As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Thu 02 January 2014". Who requested this? Why say i requested this when i clearly didn't? why would i wait in all day just to change my delivery date?. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional, its highly likely that your driver just couldn't be bothered to do his or her job and it was easier just to make something up.
