Having paid for next day delivery, and receiving two texts to first confirm the day, and then the time that my parcel would be being delivered, I expected this service to be a positive one! It wasn't. Approximately an hour after the parcel was meant to have arrived by I received a text to say it had been delayed (there goes the next day delivery then). After logging onto the online tracker the following day, it said that it has been delayed again and therefore isn't out on a van for delivery!
I paid the extra for next day delivery for a reason! Very poor service and will be avoiding this company when possible in the future.
I would like to say this was the best delivery ever!! information at every stage! arrived bang on time stated! well done! I shall use your service should the need arise!
i decided to by myself a new North Face jacket online,The Company Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports use Interlink Express as there shipping agent and i was very impressed with both Companys. Interlink Express contacted me in advance by Text and eMail to tell me the date it would arrive and was the date conveinient When i confirmed it was i was then given a time with an hour slot and the drivers name, low and behold it turned up as promised in the hour alloted.
I placed an order through Kiddisave, the delivery confirmation from Interlink states that it was delivered as 2 parcels on the 30th January 2013 !! but only one parcel was delivered. Where's my other parcel !! for reference only the car seat arrived and NOT the Graco travel cot !!
An unsatisfied customer
I received an email stating that my order would be delivered on 30 Jan and that I would get a further email in the morning to confirm the time of delivery.
At 1400 hours (ie not morning) on the 30th I received an email staying delivery between 1900-2000 hours. This was not suitable due to me being at work therefore changed the date of delivery to 1 Feb which was the next option I was given. This was approved and again told I would receive further email stating the 1 hour time slot.
Today (1 Feb) It is now 2200 hours and I'm still waiting for my delivery. All day waiting in with no email with time slot or anything. On checking the tracking I find it is now saying it has been returned to the depot and now due for delivery on the 4th Feb. Another wasted day waiting I fear. Why offer delivery for a certain date and then not even bothering to deliver it......tell me where your depot is and I will happily come and collect it!!!
I needed to ship a parcel from the UK to the south of France, and after a bit of shopping around, Interlink Direct came in the cheapest. After reading a few negative reviews I was a touch apprehensive, but having used DPD last year for the same thing (Interlinks sister company) and having no problems, I decided to use them. Website was remarkably easy to use - however, PRICING SHOWN IS BEFORE VAT, so don't be surprised when the price suddenly jumps up a few quid just before you stick your credit card details in!!
Anyhow, labels printed, and secured to the parcel, I dropped it off at the Interlink Direct depot in Derby (Alfreton) on Wednesday afternoon (30th January 2013). Nice and easy drop off (they did a quick check of the parcel to check I'd secured the label on) and that was that. Anyhow, I've just received a phone call from the party in the south of France that it was received this morning (Friday 1st Feb). I've know parcels take longer to get around the UK with first class mail!
Tracking information absolutely spot on, no problem at all. I can't recommend these guys enough. If anyone from Interlink Direct reads this, please accept my thanks for a top notch service.
Never arrived, I spoke to the depot 3 times and was told it would be delivered today, shock horror, i have just checked online and it's back at the depot. Total Liars, disgusted.
Bought a highchair for my Grandson off the internet. Was easily able to change delivery day by text to when it was convenient and then was given a 1 hour time slot for that day. It arrived within first 10 mins and I received confirmation text immediately. I couldn't have asked for anything more from a delivery company and hope to be able to use them again
Unfortunately the seller I bought my item from had only one delivery option otherwise I would've selected a better - faster- delivery method. It's the fourth time I've had to deal with this company and none of them have been particularly pleasant.
The email I got confirming my delivery said that "on the morning of delivery you will be able to check your one hour delivery slot". Here I am on the day of delivery with no time slot anywhere to be found. The online tracking is atrociously inaccurate. At 1.30pm when I checked the tracker it said the parcel was in Birmingham at 1.26am. Then at 2pm when I checked it said it arrived in Aberdeen at 11.53am. Hardly worth having a tracking system if it takes 2 hours to upload updates.
Having waited until 4pm with no time slot and no change in tracking status asside from "Arrived at delivery depot" 4 hours ago I decided to give the customer service team a phone call. The first woman I got was polite enough. I asked her if she knew what time it would get delivered today since I haven't been given a time slot and for some bizarre reason I was hung up on. I concluded we may have been disconnected so I tried calling again. No sooner had I repeated my spiel about the lack of timeslot and I was hung up on again. Third time lucky, I tried again, Alas a different person and was told she didn't know a time but it'd definitely be delivered today before 5pm. Then she decided actually it wouldn't be leaving the depot today as it wasn't in Aberdeen before Noon. 11.53am is apparently afternoon now. After I pointed this out she then changed her mind back to it certainly being delivered today but that I would receive an email before 5pm with the timeslot details.
Now here I am after my "timeslot" ,that may very well have been made up, with no email, no parcel, no update to tracking and no further light shed on the reasons it hasn't been delivered today.
Absolute shambles of a company with rude, unhelpful customer service staff that wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face.
My story is as follows:-
Interlink Express Driver Fraudulently Signs For Parcel
Courier given access to a block of private flats, customer appears not to be in, does not leave card but does decides to (fraudulently) sign for it himself and then leaves it somewhere - parcel goes missing.
Interlink Express Couriers - All Lies
My Local Interlink Depot spokesperson has told me that the courier involved, says he went back to the flats yesterday ( 21st Jan) to investigate and sort out with the customer but could not gain access and that the customer was not in - completely false as the customer has been there since Sunday and is still there. I was then told that the Courier left a card this time - completely false again as the customer has his own numbered letter box , and he has just been to check this on my advice, and nothing is there.
I have a contract with my customer who has purchased my goods and expects to receive these, I shall honour this and make sure that he does.
Interlikexpress.com Breach Of Contract
It appears that Interlink who has a legal contract with my business, are more than happy to employ staff who blatantly break the terms of this contract and then lie through their back teeth to protect themselves. They then inform me that there is nothing further that they can do and that this is now an insurance claim, I advise them that this is not an insurance case and that this is fraud and ask what they are going to do about it, I am informed to take it up with the insurance department so the buck is passed on further and I, my business and my customer can go and get *******
People beware!
If you have similar stories, please share these....
I can only thank you on your service.
The item was ordered on Saturday last, confirmed about delivery Sat evening.
Message on Sunday that parcel would arrive Monday morning, email -text Monday morning that parcel would arrive between 07-15 to 08-15, parcel delivered @ 07-20.
Driver actually rang doorbell, very polite man at such an early time.
Thank you for your service.
I sent off a PC graphics card under warranty. On Friday I received both an email and an SMS from Prospect (interlink) telling me the replacement card was on it's way by Next Day service and would be delivered...Monday. What?
Contacted Interlink, (who's email acknowledgement informed me they work Monday to Saturday), to ask what was wrong with Saturday, and was informed eventually that the sender had not selected the Saturday delivery service, (which missed the point completely), and that Next Day meant 'next business day'. I pointed out they were working on Saturday, as was I, together with millions of other people, so how wasn't Satrurday a 'business day', but this fell on stoney ground.
Today, delivery day, I clicked through to their tracking system to check which hourly slot I had been allocated for delivery. Nothing. Phoned the depot to be told they weren't using the hourly slot system to-day because of the snow (ok, see their problem), but in any event the package was stil at their depot in Reading because it had shut Friday because of the snow, and they had no idea when it would be delivered.
Back to Customer Service asking why during our email exchanges on Friday and Saturday no-one had bothered to tell me my package hadn't actually left their Reading depot, only to be told it hadn't been picked up from the sender. Pointed out their system had told me it had, etc. Silence so far.
Contacted the sender who confirmed they hadn't sent the package on Friday 'because of the weather' but, like me, they couldn't understand how/why Interlink had notified me of the collection and pending delivery etc of a virtual parcel.
Interlink, I'm not sure who is actually answering emails to your Customer Service email address but can you please get some Customer Service people who understand Customer Service asap?
Got an email yesterday afternoon from interlink express, after waiting in all afternoon, saying that my parcel had been returned to the depot as noone home to sign?? More like driver couldn't be bothered to work in the measelly little bit of snow that went down in Kettering yesterday!! Come on interlink get your act together. Tried to find a customer service number to call and guess what, all automated! Not a chance of speaking to a real person just gives you options you don't want! Rubbish customer service. I would not recommend this courier service.
On the first attempt I was not in, but no card was left. On the second attempt the driver delivered the parcel to a cafe about half a mile away from my house. His excuse: that he couldn't get his van up the lane. The lane was not blocked and the postman manages to get his van up it every day, it is however narrow and requires a modicum of skilful driving. The house is also accessible from the main road (which should have been on the delivery instructions) although the driver would then have to walk up 60 steps to the house. I telephone the local depot and found that they had the wrong telephone number for me. They assured me that the next day they would collect the parcel and redeliver it. At around 3.30 pm I telephoned the depot to chase them up and was told the driver was in the next village. At 4.30 I telephoned them again and was told he was 10 minutes away. At 5.45 I telephoned them again, was put on hold, then I was hung up on, and when I telephoned again the phone had been put onto the answer machine with a message that the depot was now closed. Interlink would appear to train it's drivers and depot staff to lie to customers as a matter of course. Disgusting. And yes will be taken further.
Parcel to Spain, go to Sweden!!! lol, where is my parcel now? when it come to me??? number:8385122581 . in the tracking says that its in goteborg since 28 december, nice holidays to my parcel!!!.Left England on 19 decem.
since 3 enero you know that my sending that had to be in Spain, is in Sweden for a mistake. since 8 enero I am awaiting a response from its international service to know when I receive the shipment.... and now look at the track and tell me who has been through Hamburg, Osnabruck ... Is my package going to have to travel across Europe to get to Spain? Will truck - lol-
In my humble opinion delivery companies seem to make it all such hard work to get anything delivered on time and let alone with a smile!
BUT I ordered myself a belated Christmas Present and to my delight it was despatched faster than I thought it would be and within 4 hours of a despatch email I had an email and text from Interlink Express saying it would be with me TOMORROW! How exciting... but I bet they wont find me here in the sticks or it will be late!! I had options to move delivery, leave with neighbour etc by just replying to the text... how clever and easy! So this morning I get another text telling me the drivers name and expected delivery time is 10:18 - 11:18 ... how fabulous!!
Imagine my surprise and joy when at 10:17 I open my front door to a cheerful, smiling delivery guy from Interlink!! WOW What a service!! I think my first question when buying on line in future will be.... CAN INTERLINK DELIVER PLEASE!?!?
Thank You
This is my second review and experience with Interlink. My last review (see somewhere below) I rated them 4/5 due a slight hiccup. This time however, they were top notch. I received an email in the morning and a delivery in the afternoon. Couldn't ask for any more, especially in the weather we're currently experiencing.
Great stuff, Interlink. Thanks!
I have updated my review to reflect my overall dealings with Interlink. 2 deliveries; 2 excellent experiences overall.
My daughters cot was delivered to her six minutes into the estimated time of delivery between 09.40and 10.40 I have had parcels delivered by interlink before and always have had excellent delivery service. Without faults I say. thank you so much for being dependable.
Same shoddy company as DPD, same shoddy service
8 times in a row now they've claimed someone wasn't at my address - they lied
8 times they claimed they left a card - they lied
The last 4 times I logged onto the website the day before the delivery, and left explicit instructions as to where my property was, and to phone when the driver inevitably didn't find it - They ignored those instructions.
DO NOT USE, ever, under any circumstances. This is by far the most badly organised excuse for a company, of *any* type, that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
The only thing in life that I regret more than having an item delivered by interlink/DPD is the fact that I can't leave them a review of -99 stars on this site.
This is the second time that a company I've placed an order with online have used Interlink and they have been as shocking each time. Instead of leaving a card for me to contact them if I'm not in, they tell the company that the order has been refused and the recipient is not known at the address!!! I can assure you that my address is correct and I wasn't home so how could I refuse the order? Companies should avoid interlink at all costs!!!
I was ment to receive an Xbox 360 which I was told they would deliver between 3:15pm and 4:15pm I was in for the entire day. And it went passed 4:15pm and I still didn't get my parcel. Then I check on the online tracker and it says delivered. and signed by Paul which is my name no surname no address.
Now I am very mad about this and the more I think the more it seems that the delivery man has stolen my parcel. as I saw on television once a company that said they delivered a mobile phone. but was caught on camera at the house leaving with the parcel they said they delivered.
Avoid at all costs.
Brilliant. Came bang on time and tracked from A to B. Brilliant service that puts other couriers to shame.
I got stuck in a hospital appointment and kind of thought I was going to miss my delivery. Driver arrived half way through my slot and delivered to neighbors and even took a correct name down. So guess we are lucky in Central London as I can't fault them at all.
Paid for items that were required urgently to be delivered NEXT DAY. received SMS from Interlink on 27th Dec stating that items would be delivered next day 28th. Waited in all day 28th and items did not arrive. Tracking showed them still in Manchester and I'm in Midlothian!!!! Emailed company 3 times now with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!!! phoned local office who promised to phone me back or at least email me. Still waiting!!!!!!! eventually managed to circumvent the telephone system that does not allow you to speak to a HUMAN and received no joy!! Tracking currently shows my parcel in Birmingham. This company clearly taking money under false pretences by having customers pay for next day deliver and not fulfilling there part of the contract.
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!!!!

I ordered a dress which was due for delivery on 28/12/12 between 9.45 and 10.45. We live down a small private lane (with dead end so we know if vehicles have been down to us) and there was definitely no sign of any delivery van all day. To top it off, I then get an email stating that their driver had attempted delivery and that no one was home to sign for the parcel! myself and all my family were at home today, all day; the reason that i had chosen this particular day for delivery! i contacted customer services, via a contact form online (to my annoyance there is no customer services phone number!!!!) to which in fairness they did reply very quickly. But they basically stated the same, that the delivery had attempted delivery and that no one was home, and they assured me that the driver had put a 'white delivery card' through our door. There was no attempted delivery and no card put through the door. The van driver has either gone to the wrong address or they decided they couldnt be bothered. Rubbish.

Having received a text message from Interlink on 22/12/12 stating that my parcel (a Christmas present ordered on Amazon) would be delivered on Christmas Eve, I waited in all day -and nothing came. Now, 3 days later, Interlink's online tracking facility can only tell me the parcel was collected from the sender on 24/12/12 and the recorded message on their misnamed "Customer Service" number (phoned around 14:00 today) says they've "been unable to help on this occasion" -before I even get to enter my parcel number. I know it's Christmas, but if they cannot provide the service, they shouldn't offer it. As a result of this disappointing and frustrating experience, I decided to check what others have said about this company on several online review sites, and it seems that my experience is all too typical. Never again will I purchase goods that have to be delivered by Interlink.
**Addendum** I'm pleased to report that the parcel has now (28/12/12) been delivered -and within the advised time slot.

Received an email with one hour time slot half way through the day, I waited in all day , my slot was between 4.28 to 5.28pm, but you guessed it no one turned up !!! Got another email half an hour later telling me I was out!!! no i wasnt and my husband was at home by that time also, no card was put through my door so I can only assume that the driver was never here !!!!
Had to open the Christmas port early, in an effort to calm down !!!! I wonder if it will turn up on Monday now, if not I will put in another review, and cancel my order and they can take it back and give me a refund.
I am sick to death with being taken for a mug by these delivery companies, another one to add to my blacklist !!!!!

After the encouraging one hour time slot I had been texted was missed, I logged on to the website to track my parcel. They were apparently unable to find the property but did not contact me to tell me. I tried to call but could not get through, so I emailed detailed instructions and my mobile number. Today I got another text with another slot - this has also been missed. The parcel is needed for tomorrow and I expect it will not arrive in time - I will therefore have to cancel the order. It is impossible to get through to this company and therefore extremely frustrating.

Whilst arranging the return of an item to kiddicare.com, I was enticed by the "£5 discount* if you use Interlink to return the goods" offer they have running.
The first thing to point out here is that the £5 discount is on the pre-VAT price. So it actually only works out at just over a £3 discount when the VAT is added onto the order.
I booked the collection / delivery service at 10:20am, and was offered same day pick up ready for next day delivery. Perfect. Get the item there before the Christmas break! Hmm...
I'm now writing this review at 6pm, after waiting in all day, and only being told my collection had been refused by the driver when calling customer services to find out where the driver was (collection should have been before 5:30pm).
To be fair to the lady I spoke to in customer services, she was very apologetic, and if their courier service is consistently as bad as it has been for me on this occasion, I feel sorry for her having to listen to people like me calling to complain.
The depot said the original driver was too busy to make a collection, so it should have been passed to another driver. But there were no drivers in my area today. I'm not sure how true that is, but it would seem very strange that during the busiest period of the year not one van was nearby. If only they had bothered to pick up the phone during the day to let me know that was the case...
kiddicare.com's website states:
"Not only will you receive a discount, Interlink also provide full tracking for your order so you have peace of mind that it reached us."
.... add onto that "if Interlink bother to pick it up from you in the first place" and you have a more accurate description.
Suffice to say, I've asked for the collection / delivery service to be cancelled and refunded. Let's see if someone else can do a better job!
My gas boiler broken down and engineer ordered a gas valve on 17th December 2012. The item was meant to deliver by Interlink Express on 19th December 2012. We tracked the parcel online using interlink tracking service. It says it deliver between 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm but it has not delivered mentioned time on item tracking service. Then I called the the Interlink and they said it says "unable to deliver" but they don't know the reason, the receivers address is not hard to find. The Interlink telephone operator asked me to go and collect it from the depot, depot closing at 7.30 pm. In the tracking system shows the parcel at delivery depot. I went to the depot to collect it just before 7.30 pm but it was not at the depot they didn't know where it was. Depot is closing at 7.30 pm if the delivery driver not arrive by 7.30 he can not place it at the depot, That mean he must be gone home with the parcel. The person at the depot promised to deliver it following day morning. This was a boiler valve and we had to gone through hardship without hot water and heating for 6 days because of Interlink Express's awful disgusting service.
Just read some terrible reviews for this company and I think I was reading about some other courier service. I was expecting a parcel on 13 December. InterLink sent me a text that morning to say my parcel would be delivered between 10:34 and 11:34. My parcel was delivered to me at 10:50. It was delivered by a very nice man who knocked at the door and wished me a good day. The parcel wasn't damaged in any way. In fact I was absolutely delighted with the whole courier experience as I had been previously very let down by ParcelForce. When I was finally allowed to collect my parcel from their office, the staff there said they were very disappointed with their driver, which didn't help me much at all !!!! So, a Very Well Done to InterLink Express. Thank you very much.
To my dismay I saw that my Amazon parcel was being delivered by DPD (previously terrible terrible experience). After requesting via text from DPD to have my parcel delivered to any neighbour in the road (just over 60 houses in the road!!)I felt slightly happier. I get a text later in the day to tell me that the delivery was unsuccessful as no body in the entire road was able to sign for the package, therefore no delivery made. I found this strange as my next door neighbour signed for another parcel with another courier during the same delivery time allocated by DPD, coupled with the fact there are over 60 houses and neighbours around I knew were in that would sign for the parcel, I find the entire debacle quite strange. I have now worked out that it is interlink express instead, but at no point have I been told of this. I currently have been on hold for over 15mins, listening to adverts on there hold tone. The collection depot times are 9-5 Mon-Fri and I cant have an option for a Sat collection. So if I am not in the house during the week, and work a 9-5 job, basically I cannot collect my parcel. Which is no help to a normal person with a normal 9-5 job! Any help with this would be great! Oh still on hold thats over 20mins! I have opted for a redelivery to anybody that will sign for Monday, again knowing people are in. Will be interesting to see what happens! Oh and never got through on the phone! What a bunch of jokers they are!!
Here's the thing. I've read numerous bad reviews about Interlink & was expecting the worst when I found out that my goods were being delivered by them. However, the item arrived exactly within their 1 hour time slot. Obviously a fluke!? However in the last 2 months I've had 3 further deliveries from them, the 1st was delivered & signed for by my neighbour as I was out, again within the allotted 1 hour time slot. The next time, the driver called me as he couldn't find my house (we're not the easiest to find), & despite being told by his depot to deliver the next day as he had to make 3 pickups in the next town before the end of his shift, he called me at 6.30pm & I guided him in & when I met him, he told me it was only fair as he'd promised me he'd deliver my parcel that day when he 1st called me in the afternoon! My final delivery I missed & my neighbours weren't in but at 5.45pm the driver showed up 'on the off chance' that I might be home by then.
Each time I had a different driver so it wasn't a matter being lucky with just 1 individual, though it may be that the Heathrow depot is particularly good, but I felt it only fair to post my experiences as they were so positive & 2 drivers acted above & beyond the call of duty.
after buying from ebay was told it would be delivered via a courier. Got an email telling me parcel would be delivered on the wednesday, then that morning was allocated a time slot between 09.00hrs-10.00hrs. The parcel arrived at 09.00hrs exactly. So pleased with the courier service & i would definately recommend/use again.
Many Thanks
So I booked a Parcel collection online on the 3rd of December, collection was made on the 4th going to a house in Wrexham, (collection was from Shrewsbury) at 4am on the day delivery was due (5th) I had an email stating that the delivery was delayed, no reason why was left but I put it down to the increase in deliveries due to xmas.
Anyway two days later still nothing had turned up with my customer, checked on the tracking log and it was unchanged, still saying delayed. A day later however I have a call from a company in Yorkshire?? to say that they had received my parcel, and they found my original label stuck under a label with their address that had supposedly come from another company in Coventry. Anyway I contacted Interlink and informed them my parcel had been wrongly delivered and please could they collect it and send in to the right address, Collection was made from yorkshhire last Friday, but alas no parcel was delivered to Wrexham, instead I found that it had been returned to sender, i.e. the company in Coventry where it had supposedly come from? I have fired off another email informing interlink where my parcel is but doubt I'll get a response any time soon, there seems to be no telephone number to actually ring to speak to anyone and emails are sent days apart so a week can easily go by without any resolution being made,. My customer is now unhappy,, his item that he paid £70 for is bound to have some form of damage, and to make things worse it is a totally unique item , an extremely large piece of Aquarium Red Moor Driftwood, that has many delicate branches and was the reason why it was sent next day
I received a "sorry we missed you" card from Interlink. I rearranged used the card details and thought everything will be sorted.
I took a day off from work so that I could take the delivery. Waited all day, no sign of the driver. I called the hub and they told me that yesterday the card was left thru white door and today through black door. I said that actually my door has been white all day, after which the admitted that the driver has not been nowhere near my house - probably went to pub to watch footie instead.
What is this mess with Interlink ?
I got a SMS telling me : "delivered to my neighbour has been accepted"
Then another one telling me the delivery will be between 15:31-16:31 (note the how ridiculously precise the times are !)
and WHILE WE WERE IN THE HOME we saw a note in the letter after 16:00 saying "Sorry we missed you" but ... from "DPD".
- I then go to dpd.co.uk website, even used the useful QR Code and it tells me it cannto find my Card No !
- then I remembered the SMS so I go to Interlink tracking and this time I can see the tracking.
WTF Interlink ???!!!!!
Do your drivers cannot press a bell button and read instruction ? IF they REALLY (doubt it) thought there was nobody in my neighbour is always in so it was easy to deliver.
Why give the wrong card except confusing people ?
How do you intend to run a business like that?
I have informed the eBay shop I bought the item from and told them to consider not using Interlink anymore if they don't want more unhappy customers.
I've got a message what my parcel was signed and delivery at 11:01 but I don't understand by whom? I was all day waiting at home and nobody came. I tried to contact them by e-mail but nobody answer. Who knows High Wycombe depot telephone number? I need my order anyway I go to cancel the paypal payment.
I read the reviews and I truly feel for the people that shared their terrible experience with this sad excuse for a company. After I placed an order with Amazon UK for 2 DLINK camera's (sold by In2Digital), the order was expected to be delivered on the 29Nov. I emphasised the importance of this as I was leaving the country on the upcoming weekend. The Interlink Express driver never delivered the parcel on the 29th and instead dropped a calling card at someone's door (based on delivery tracker). on Friday the 30th I called the High Wycomb depot and was told that the package was at the depot and that one of the fellows working in the depot lived in Windsor and would drop it off at my place between 6-7PM. I waited until 11pm and nobody showed up. The next day I called the depot and explained to the manager that I would drop in to collect my parcel and was told it was still with the driver in Windsor. I asked the depot manager to call him and ask if he could drop it off as I was leaving the next day. Despite server call back to Interlink depot between 09-10H30, i was no-longer able to reach anyone. Conclusions....there is a serious case of something dodgy going on at Interlink Express. Stay away from this company and more so from companies that deal with them. I am so so so so disappointed that I spent my weekend in Windsor waiting for a parcel that I now know after reading all these reviews was never to arrive. The irony is the parcel I ordered contained 2 security cameras....most likely monitoring Interlink Express homes right about now. By the way, if you work for Interlink, don't bother sending me a message about how sorry you are....its me that feels sorry that you work for such a crappy, turd of a company that probably has rejects as partners. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
I am incredibly unhappy with your courier service. I only chose the company because it offered next day delivery. I seriously regret not using Amazon. I foolishly didn't read the small print that you don't deliver on a Saturday unless I pay a hefty surcharge. Even Royal Mail deliver on a Saturday! Do you really expect me to spend £10 for the priviledge when the goods purchased were only £10? The delivery van supposedly came between 12 and 1 pm . I was home at this time and the doorbell never rang. There was also a note over the bell requesting that if I was not home to deliver to a neighbour. I have spoken to two neighbours who were in at that time yet were not approached. I would not use any company that uses Interlink and would also dissauade anyone else.
