I ordered a garden set worth just under £500. It was for an important event. I ordered the week before and picked this website as it promised delivery fast!!!....i paid, I was sent a invoice I then awaited the delivery company to get in touch personally as advised on the invoice. I waited and waited and eventually got a call from them to say the garden furnature wasn't even in stock!! By the time my refund went back in my bank 2 weeks had passed and I was left with no garden set and no money!! Bad service don't use this company if you are in need of an item for a special occasion as it totally ruined our plans

Thank you for your review. Sincere apologies for this inconvenience. The stock issue on the table was only discovered when your goods went to be despatched from our warehouse which was the Thursday after placing your order on the Saturday for delivery on the Friday and this is when we noticed this issue so we sincerely, sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. I have checked and we fully refunded you at 3:30pm on the Thursday immediately afer this conversation as no alternatives were suitable for you so the money left our account and depending on your bank should have shown either immediately or in a couple of days.
Again we apologise for this inconvenience, we did notify you as soon as we had been made aware of this issue and refunded you on our system immediately.
