I would suggest you review your communication strategy and process for once someone buys from your site. There is no system to log in and gain updates of your purchase nor any emails saying your purchase is in the warehouse or ready to be dispatched. I phoned customer services 4 days after purchase to gain an update on my purchase and was dealt with extremely efficiently and politely. I can not fault your customer service team or the delivery, however your communication strategy and process is poor, thus the three stars.

It is useful as your order went on a 3 to 5 working day booked in service so you should have had a call from the hauliers after a couple of days to book in the delivery which would have kept you pro-actively updated.
