We have been with internetters since our company 1st had a web site. Over the years we've been advised by this company to set our domains to auto renew. Seems like a good idea, but they have been creeping their costs up. This year I ended up paying over £50 to renew a .co.uk domain for 2 years. Now I should have been on the ball and checking the costs, but the reminder emails appeared and I missed them. When I called to challenge the invoice fees I was told that old domains cost more to renew than new one and when I asked to talk to someone more senior in the company to address my concerns I was told that there was only an email address and no one else would talk to me. Basically they've stuffed!
We'll be looking to leave internetters as soon as possible as I'm feeling more than a little ripped off!
The 5* posting are fake without any doubt ! do they read like real reviews ? Google them that is all I can say make your own decisions but from personal experience - Outages, extortionate prices, poor service, tickets go unanswered and the buck keeps getting passed about, AVOID AVOID AVOID, if you were and existing customer from the Skymarket days have fun getting your .com domains out of there grubby hands, they have caused us no end of problems with my clients making us look very bad and costing us £1000's. If I could find a solid way to pursue them in court we would!
Absolutely shocking customer service. You can go days without a reply to a support ticket, if you try calling often they will never answer, and if they do after a severely long wait and high phone bill they are rarely able to help. I was a reseller and I have advised every one of my clients to move, even at my own expense. This company should be ashamed of themselves with the way they treat their customer base.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. We have an e-commerce site that is our business and yet they don't give a damn that the website is down and out of action. I can't believe there are any genuine good reviews of them at all.
