Well impressed

I would highly rate this service, firstly I didn't have to print any address labels, like some of the others wanted, which is just as well, as I don't have a printer.
Secondly the delivery guy was friendly and reassured me that they would sort everything out for me. Thirdly, the post office wanted to charge me £16.40 for the parcel, the only thing I would like to mention, is once I was happy with the price quoted & time I wanted, they added on VAT, it would have been helpful to know if VAT was included on not , otherwise I would have marked it as a Five star.

Very poor service Very poor communications

Booked parcel to be collected last week it still hasn't been picked up.No Phone call no email I am still awaiting an answer why it wasn't collected contacted customer support to
Re arrange for them to collect after 10AM today they turned up at 850.AM and left a note. If I ran my company like this I would be out of business in six months

Fast, easy, great value

Having paid for a parcel to be sent to my sister in France through Royal Mail, only to have it returned, battered, broken and with no explanation, to then pay less for a great service which I have a notification when the parcel is delivered is great. I will be using this service for all my future parcel to France.

Fantastic service, highly recommended!

At 11.30 am my son phoned me up to say he had sold a heavy item which needed to go that day as it was bank holiday the next day and he was at work. I had no idea about couriers so I googled couriers uk and up came Interparcel. The site was really easy to use, i simply put in the details of my parcel and it showed all the couriers available, when they could pick up, and deliver and the cost, all very clear. I decided on one (UPS) paid and received all the address and shipping labels to print off. All very easy and straightforward. As I said this was at 11.30am and the cut off time was 12 midday if I wanted it to go that day. Just made it, and even more amazing was 15 minutes later the courier was at the door! Can't fault this service, it's my onestop shop for all my future courier needs!

As easy as buying a newspaper at the local shop

I needed to send a parcel to France and had no idea how or who so checked on the internet for companies who do this Interparcel stood out as the cheapest so I went to there web site and it was so easy to arrange and with the tracking it was plain sailing from pick up to delivery in 2 days on the economy service.
Thank you interparcel will use again and tell all my friends.

Not delivered but satisfied with service.

After booking,I discovered i needed a printer to run off delivery instructions. Unfortunately I don't have access to a printer, no problem I phoned, my order was cancelled, and a full refund given. That to me is good service. Thanks.

Disappointed

Paid for overnight delivery but parcel not even collected !! Purposely took it to work where there is someone on site 7am to 7pm yet driver registered collection as not successful..NOT POSSIBLE.. Now it's Bank Holiday weekend so I have unhappy customer because his parcel will not get there until next week

Good value and usually great service but one broken item hence 2 star.

I find the site very easy to use but it would be good if some details were remembered on the site [my postcode, shop I drop off at and card details for topping up].
Problem I had was with Hermes; item sold on Ebay was broken but many others have been delivered unbroken always within the time frame indicated.
I will continue to use Interparcel to select the courier of my choice.

Do nothing to help the customer

Interparcel sent my item with Ups, who apparently damaged the item. So it was then sent for investigation according to the tracking. Five weeks, six failed return deliveries, 30 emails and 12 telephone calls, Interparcel decided the item was now lost.

Of course, damaged items that are restricted are better than lost items for the company, but of course they need to be returned and in my case they couldn't return it.

Four days waiting in for the citylink courier (who were to return the item) and Interparcel were 'very sorry'. A court case awaits them.

Unfortunately, when returning the goods, the item has been declared lost in transit, a loss claim will now need to be processed for this order.

I will not be using City Link again through you

I have used Interparcel quite a bit over the last few years and had good service, but I have had a lot of trouble with the last parcel I sent, I used City Link (I normally use UPS which are very reliable) When I checked the tracking no. it said parcel not ready to collect but it was collected,I phoned Interparcel to see what was going on and they got in touch with City Link ,they said no parcel was collected, but it was collected around 9.30 Tuesday morning,after numerous phone calls I still had the same answer, I will not be using City Link again, I phoned the person in London to whom I was sending to, and he said they tried to deliver the parcel at 5.30 yesterday but he had to go out at 5pm after waiting in all day !!!! Whatever is going on !!!!
