Outstanding
I had a cycle rack to return, after speaking to the company I was returning it to they suggested i used a courier, two minutes later on the net, Interparcel was the most competitive, this was at 09:25, they obviously would not be able to pick up that morning but offered me any time from 12:30 on wards on the same day I selected a time frame and they stuck to it. 'WOW' fantastic service, very clear instructions via email with printable return slips to tape to your parcel, good straight forward value for money well done Interparcel keep up the great service I would recommend.

The charges were very reasonable.
It saved me a journey to the post office.

One experience - never again!
I booked Interparcel through Parcels2Go as they seemed reasonably priced and easy to book. I waited in all day on my day off for the promised collection. I called the office just before 5pm as I had planned to go out at 6. They said the van was still out and my collection was scheduled and they would call the van driver to see how long it would be and get back to me. They did not return my call and when I called back the office was close and I could only 'chat' on-line. This was a Friday and they offered to re-schedule pick-up for Monday. As I work this was not an option. I was refunded promptly - the only saving grace. I will not be using them again and they have lost a potential good customer as with Royal Mail changes to their service I was looking for another courier.

Very very poor
I cancelled my service and was refunded which was great, but was then notified a few weeks later to say that my post had been collected and they had been recharged without even letting me know they were going to do so. I cancelled the service as the post were train tickets that I no longer needed and yet they ignored my request and essentially stole money from me

Rubbish
Thought sending a valuable package through a well known name such as Interparcel would be a safe bet, little did i know when an angry customer contacted me asking when he could expect to receive it one week later!!!!
Once contacting interparcel a number of times they confirmed that they had lost it, now how that can happen amazes me in this day and age.
This transaction has cost me a good reputation now which is going to take some time to rebuild now and certainly not going to help me!.

And strangely enough when i filled this report out they asked for a user name, i entered "out of pocket" to my amazement this user name had already been taken!!! what does that say!!!!!

Two failed uplifts, but got there in the end!
I booked an uplift via interparcel for UPS but they failed to turn up. I cancelled and arranged another delivery with Citylink with a specific PM parcel collection time. Citylink turned up at 9am (when no one was at home) and so I had to organise a third uplift. Parcel got to its destination in one piece and it was easy to arrange a new uplift for the third attempt at an uplift.

The worst delivery company i have ever dealt with
After many years posting thousands of parcels via Royal Mail i decided to give Interparcel a try due to recent price increases at the post office.
I booked and paid £9.75 for delivery of a suitcase.The parcel was dropped off at a local shop at 7.30am Monday morning.The next day i logged on to track its progress and found it was still waiting to be collected so i contacted Interparcel and was told it would be picked up later that day.Wednesday morning checked,parcel was still showing as waiting for collection contacted interparcel and was told the service i had paid for was up to 2 day collection.Thursday morning parcel had still not been picked up contacted Interparcel was told they would contact courier and get back to me.The following Tuesday 8 days after parcel had been dropped off it had still not been picked up Interparcel had not contacted me and my customer had cancelled her order so i returned to shop to get my parcel back the shopkeeper refused to hand parcel back even though i produced proof of ownership and threatened me with the police i eventually did get the parcel back but i am still out of pocket £9.75 and have lost a £50 sale.I have since started using a different company who have been fantastic i will not name them as some people reading this review may think i have written it with the sole intention of turning custom away from Interparcel.All in all a terrible experience from a very poor company who when you contact them seem to read from a well laid out book of excuses to fob you OFF!!!!

Better than Royal Mail
Before the Royal Mail put their charges up I posted a parcel and ir took 21 days to arrive. I was told by the post office when I asked about it that Royal Mail would not look into it until it had not arrived after 30 days.
I started to use Interparcel both the home collect and the drop off at a shop, all items arrived in two days and did not cost as much as the post office.
I wish you would do a service for lighter parcels e.g. under 1kg then I would use it more.

Easy Cheap On Time!
Really ? Nothing to say , the webpage is easy to understand the quotes are reliable
and the service is on time. a delivery outside UK takes only 7 days which is reasonable if you rely on the logistic of the next country.
I can only recommend this service as they also work with more than one carrier.
So you can choose what and whom you pay for your parcel to get collected within next day or on a date that suits you most and delivered within next day or on a date you like

Straightforward easy but one irritant.
I send two to three parcels at a time
I like the prices and th convenience of dropping off the parcels at a local depot. It's better than waiting in for a courier to pick up, I can go when I want.
The only irritant is that when sending multiple parcels I have to enter my postcode and details again on every occasion
A small gripe I know but if there was a way for the ite to remember my details and preferences, that would make a great service a greater one

lack of feedback from query regarding late delivery
after consulting staff to get the correct service and booking it the delivery was then LATE and no contact was made to warn of this and the delivery was not left where requested if no one at home (there would have been someone at home should it have arrived on time)
i contacted customer service to enquire about this and was told it would be looked into and someone would get back to me - still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing Service!
Dropped of 3 parcels at 2.30pm 20/5/13 and two were delivered on the 23rd and the fourth still has not been delivered due it being routed wrongly. See status below.
