was really worried after placing an other with them then seeing these reviews but phone came through another company called affordable mobiles and they got a landline number. phone came next day n the free tablet came day after that even though they said it will take a week to 28days. was able to speak to someone on the landline number they gave on their website. not sure about the cash back deal yet as not done it yet so will update when I do :)
Placed and order for the new bb on Tuesday with 'next day delivery' its Thursday and still no phone! Still no email even confirming my order! But they have managed to take money from my bank? I have tried contacting them through email enquiring about the where abouts of my phone.... It bounced back....could not send...this is a permanent problem!. Can't afford to ring their 9p a minuet line and be on the phone for an hour so im not happy at all. It is a joke of a company and they need reporting! I just wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with them!
took out an 18 month contract on new phone with a cashback deal, sent first claim form nothing heard. rang given the run around stating changing procedure etc from cheque to bank transfer. i eventually received a transfer months later. sent the second claimback to get it returned stating company moved. tried contacting on the telephone but kept getting cut off. still no claimback.

Placed an order via the website for a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on a O2 Tariff of £36.00 a month. Had no e-mail confirmation. Rang them the next day to query my order and got told that the O2 tariff was an old one and was offered the next best which was for £37 a month. I asked the guy "Johnny". for a better deal and he offered me a tariff of £32 a month, same minutes, data etc as before but without the £170 cash back. I agreed and asked for confirmation to be sent via e-mail or at least give me a call.
What a surprise ..... no e-mail and no call. Called back today to query again and have now been told that the £32 tariff no longer exists and that the £37 is the only one available. ALSO the phone i want is out of stock and wont be available for another week.
What appalling service. Their website still shows the original deal ..... so that hasn't even been updated.

Very annoyed and disgusted by the lies on the telephone. This is not a company you want to do business with. Just read the other complaints on here. Wished I had before ordering.
As a note, this company are run by A1 Mobile Communications which also have the website www.buymobilephones.net and i suspect many others.
Ordered a replacement battery for my nokia but 2 weeks later guess what... no sign of it. Tried ringing them but gave up after 15 minutes as just kept hearing "please hold" and repetitive music. I then e. mailed them, got a reply saying they'd reply within 72 hours, but again nothing. These guys are quick to take your money but don't expect your goods as it's very unlikely. I will be contacting trading standards. Take my advice and leave these rouge traders WELL ALONE!!!
Time for a new mobile phone and intomobiles had a good offer for a Samsung SIII with Orange. Placed the order on-line but no e-mail acknowledging it. Tried e-mailing the company but everything bounced back by mailer-daemon - undeliverable quota exceeded. Eventually got through on the 9pence per minute line and told to re-place order and that would be acknowledged. Did that but again no e-mail response. Getting a bit concerned about a company with my bank/credit card details who appear uncontactable so wrote recorded delivery cancelling everything. Next, both orders are confirmed by e-mail. Another letter sent cancelling. Next an e-mail cancelling one order and confirming the second. Letters never acknowledged. E-mails bounce back. Telephone calls left on hold for 30 minutes without an answer. Tried sending a message through the returns form on the website but have no idea if it got through. Phone arrived but delivery refused. Almost two weeks on and Orange send me a letter activating the account and the direct debit. Orange customer services worse than useless - even gave me the wrong number to contact intomobiles. This has been the worst on-line buying experience I have ever had. I would tread with great care if you are thinking of buying through this website.
Never buy anything from this company. I bought a bluetooth headset and car charger from this company online weeks ago. The money was taken very quick, but goods never delivered. I sent email to them, always got answer 'will reply in 24-48 hrs'. Just read a lot reviews 'money paid, goods never delivered'. I should read these reviews before buying. I am trying to contact watchdog and ofcom to get back my money.
do not use this company at all cost;s they are a complete rip off.ordered goods 2 weeks ago which i did not receive.got my bank to cancel the payment and this company is on my banks list of shit companies,and will now be contacting the police re this companies criminal activities to recover there losses.this company also operates under various different names but all use the business address, which when looked at on google earth looks more like a logistics company that deliver alcoholic drinks than an office block.also don't bother calling there so called help line.it just rings and rings with the usual "all our operatives are busy at the moment blah blah blah " and this is 9p per minute.when you've spent about an hour on the phone then they might answer it.also contacted watchdog told them about shebang gomobile uk upward mobiles and i few other things about these cowboys,so we might get to see them on television soon.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Very cheap phone contract for my HTC Sensation. Phone arrived very quickly and has been running with no problems since Oct.
The only issue I've had is they add insurance at checkout with no obvious way of removing it. Cancelled it over the phone with no problems though. Also had no problems claiming cashback by redemption.
Would use again for next contract
Exactly what the title says. Reading the reviews scared the Cr*** outta me, literary thought my details are gone. But 3 days later what do i see when i come home, Brand new Samsung Galaxy Note. Although it may seem dodgy, i can certify they are trustworthy. (dunno about cashback offers though) mine was jan sale
After reading other reviews on this site I must say I was slightly worried about my order. I placed an order online on a Monday, got email confirming this on the same day then phone arrived 2 days later, brill.I then had to wait until my first bill was paid before I could claim my free gift. At this point I read the reviews on this site and thought the worse. I sent my claim form in on the 15th.I had sent a number of emails asking intomobilephones to respond if they had my claim forms but they did not reply so I expected the worst.
"Free" XOOM arrived to day. I am very happy. Thank you intomobilephones
Phone received but no mention of my discount. Contact with their customer service was a terrible experience and the girl on the other end fobbed me off by telling me that they would ring me back... which they did not do then I telephoned four days later only to be fobbed off again with the excuse that it was in the hands of their supervisor... what a load of b*ll**ks.... five weeks later and still nowt...avoid,avoid avoid like the plague.
The item I paid for never arrived. When I enquired by email, I was asked to phone them. Their agent said she would look into it and phone me back, but never did. I'm lucky it was only a small amount of money I lost. Based on my experience, I would advise people not to be tempted by their low prices into doing business with them.
If they read this, put two and two together and give me my refund, I will be happy to edit this review.
EDITED TO ADD: I am happy to say that the company has now (5 months on) apologised and has given me a refund.
Tried cancelling an order after reading horror stories about this company on other sites but was put on hold three times for more than 15 minutes each time. I think that the call centre is shared amongst other companies as the customer services seemed too vague about my order when I did finally get through. will go to carphone warehouse.At least they have a face you can shout at!
Web site claims reduced line rental but they have failed to honour this after I had taken out a 2 year contract and they fobbed me off every time I rang their so called customer services thus I will end up shelling out an additional 240 ukp in line rental over the period.... I consider that to be theft and have informed trading standards....The web site is registered to a private individual and not a business (do a uk whois search for the domain owners address) which should set alarm bellls ringing.... avoid this site at all costs.
Ordered my mobile through a cashback site. Transaction tracked in one and a half hours. Six hours later two emails from intomobilephones.co.uk confirming the transaction and saying they will be in touch in 24 hours. Missed this deadline but email sent shortly afterwards saying what day it would be delivered Then emails on the day saying what TIME it would be delivered (as well as a text message as well.) I even received a better phone than I ordered for some reason
