I paid for iPage hosting for one year. It was incredibly slow and frustrating.
I eventually terminated.
I recently was given an offer of $1 for 12 months hosting - their marketing saying they had improved etc.., I thought I would sign up just to check if they have improved. I tried to upload files 2 days later and discovered the hosting had not been set up and I had not been charged - I contacted them to resolve the issue. One customer service agent confirmed the issue and asked me some questions with the aim of getting set up. I replied, and the next (different) customer service agent said the offer had expired.
So much for iPage - waste of time!
really slow web hosting ,end of the year they try to rip you off with insane fees ,i tried getting hold of support once every day for a week and couldnt get hold of them ....they suck hard anyone reading these reviews should steer well clear of them !!
So far so good with iPage. The prices are reasonable and the system is fairly easy to use.
So far I've found their customer services team really helpful to which is always a good sign.
