Great value and speedy delivery

Was delighted to find the Vibro Plate for such a good deal on the website. Had to look twice to make sure price wasn't a scam or had a catch!! Great product for a present, receiver very happy and using it ! Thanks for that!

Fantastic company

This is the second time I've order goods and I've been highly impressed with the customer service, the quality of the goods and the fast delivery, highly recommended :)

Fantastic Customer Service

Bought a powerplate from them and had a small issue with one of the stabiliser legs being broken but I called customer service and it was solved immediately. The price was amazing and the machine works like a dream :) All in all a great company to deal with and I would definitely buy from them again!

Great product - shame about the 3rd party delivery service used

The good part : Great product - easy online ordering - good communication on order from Irish Sports Warehouse.
The bad part : What was not so good was the third party delivery service. They did not call in advance of delivery (when stated they would) hense I missed the delivery. The "we missed you" reciept had no details written on it, when I called them the experience was far from pleasant plus I had to collect the product myself from their depot.

Machine arrived with badly smashed base

After waiting a few days for delivery, the machine arrived with a very badly smashed based so totally unusable, called them within three minutes of delivery company leaving at my property weds so they could take away again, it is now sat, looks like will not receive anything till next weds from them and I am stuck with this large box in my hall till then. Hopefully the next one will be ok. There was no damage to the box or packing just the machine base. Wasnt very happy with the customer service when I phoned but hopefully all will come right when the new machine arrives.

Finally a Company that does deliver the goods and looks after the customer

First time ordering from this company but i wanted to start equiping my home gym so i decided to give them a go.I ordered an Iron Man exercise bike at a good price. The bike arrived on time. Bike was easy to set up and looked to be the business. However straight off there was a prob with the resistance on bike. I contacted Customer Service and got a very prompt and helpful reply with a photo of a correctly set up bike to compare with mine. This did not solve the problem and i have now been offered a replacement bike.I will definitely be buying rest of equipment from this site. This is a company you can trust.

Received replacement bike today which is very impresive. Have not had a chance to test properly but the the tension system on bike during a quick test spin seems to be working perfectly.This is a company that looks after the customer.

Fast, Efficient, Hassle Free!

Ordered online the evening of Monday 14th fully expecting it t be processed the following day with dispatch on the Wednesday. Got a text from them on Thursday evening letting me know that indeed it had been dispatched and that I would take delivery between 9am and 6pm on Monday 21st. I had it by 11am Monday morning. I had no problems with the company or their website and no problems with the couriers that delivered to me. I am delighted with my purchase as I bought in the sale with a 65% discount off the original price, so Happy Days! Best Christmas present I ever bought myself!

Excellent service

Ordered treadmill on Tuesday and was told that I would hear from courier on Friday and delivery would then follow on Monday or Tuesday. Not having heard from courier, I contacted Irish Sports Warehouse on Monday and within ten minutes they had contacted the courier who, they said, would phone me on Tuesday morning to arrange delivery. I duly got the phone call and I had my treadmill on Tuesday before noon.

The machine is now up and running and it is a splendid piece of equipment.

3rd machine also faulty. Have finally given up and asked for a refund.

I bought an elliptical trainer from Irish Sports Warehouse, it arrived just before Christmas. When assembling it, I found two parts just wouldn't fit no matter how hard I tried- my brother even took a hammer to it, as I had, and HE couldn't get them to fit either, and he's very hefty! Unfortunately by this time, the Christmas holidays had started, so it was 2nd January before I could phone and complain - but a new trainer was dispatched immediately. I had difficulty with the same two parts on the new trainer, and emailed pictures to the company wanting to know what was wrong, which they showed to a technician. They emailed back the same day, explaining that it was ok to use a hammer to get these pieces on, "a light tap" the technician said. Well, he's obviously a lot stronger than me, because it took several good whacks of a hammer - but I did get the pieces together! And that technical hitch aside, I have to say that their customer service was second to none. They responded immediately and without quibble to my first complaint and replaced the faulty machine, and again when I contacted them, responded immediately to sort out the difficulty I was having. Would definitely recommend them.
ps 18/01/13. Ah. The trainer went well for a very short while. Then a nut fell off oneof the footrests, and the footrest itself was coming off. I thought it was me -that I hadn't tightened the nut enough. Fixed it. Started exercising again. Within a few rotations of the wheel the nut fell off again. Fixed it again. This time the wheel got about half a rotation, and the nut fell off again! Furious, I phoned Irish Sports Warehouse next morning and explained, and emailed photos. They are replacing the machine - again. If this new one isn't up to scratch, I will not be looking for another replacement, but a refund.
22/01/13 What I hope is the final round: I started assembling the latest replacement trainer today. This machine had the same fault as the first one had. I am pretty annoyed by now, and phoned Irish Sports Warehouse immediately. They said they would send replacement parts or another machine - I told them I didn't wan't yet another one of these machines. I was getting more exercise assembling and disassembling the machines than using them. I will be sending the machine back, and want a refund. The girl I spoke to said they will process the refund as soon as they receive the machine in their warehouse. Let's hope so, because if not, they will be hearing from me again. Oh yes, indeedy! I've no quibble with their staff, or their customer service. But really - three faulty machines? And to be told every time I phoned "We've sold lots of those, and haven't had any problems with them."

OK product, poor customer service

It seems to me that once you have paid for a product, they basically will delivery the product whenever it is convenient for them and not on a specified or pre-agreed delivery date. Product was OK (a bit over priced for the quality) but customer service was poor. I wouldn't buy from them again nor would I recommend them to a friend.

Great service

I would highly recommend Irish Sports to anyone. From my first point of contact with the company the staff were so helpful and patient (I asked a LOT of questions) The delivery was a day late but at this time of year it is understandable I suppose. I did ring Irish Sports the following day when my delivery was not received and the man I spoke to was very helpful and managed to get me an estimated delivery time. I have no complaints whatsoever with my dealings with Irish Sports

SPECTACULAR COMPANY!

I am so please I purchased my multi gym from Irish Sports Warehouse, their customer service was amazing when I had problems with my card. I ordered my item on Tuesday 4th December 2012 and I received an email saying my item had been dispatched to me the NEXT DAY! My product has come today and it was very easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. I have had a full workout on it and the product was GREAT. Thanks for such a good purchase, I will return and will tell all my friends about your website, which was also very easy to follow.

Excellent Service

I ordered a bike on a Thursday evening and received it the following Wednesday. My husband put it together the next evening and there was a fault. I rang the company the next day (Friday) and explained the fault. They said they would send me out a new bike which I received the following Wednesday and took the faulty one back. I would definitely order from this company again.

good product and prompt delivery

I ordered a treadmill on Fri and it was delivered the following Monday one week later but I was kept informed as to approximate delivery day. Very happy with the product and delivery. People should consider that couriers have other deliveries to do not just theirs and on busy times like from now til xmas service might not be as prompt. Also have your phone at hand to give directions to your home if needed. I have been the courier and know from first hand experience how busy a job it is. If 10 people delay you by 10 mins and you have 80/90 drops to do it adds a good hour and a half to your day, which starts around 6am and mightn't end til 6 or 7 pm. Give the courier a break.

DOES EXACTLY WHAT IS SAYS ON THE TIN!

It was an easy site to use and find exactly what i was looking for. I was surprised at how quickly i recieved my item after ordering it. I will definitely use it again and tell my frienda about it too, great service.

Almost perfect

I 'm very happy with the quality of the weight bars I ordered.But I ordered extra spin lock collars and they dont have any rubber.Yet the ones that came free with one of the bars had rubber.

Very happy with delivery and product

Fast and free delivery which is always a plus. I love the massage table I bought but I just wish it had come with instructions as it's bit tricky to put up and down. Not sure if this was an error or if the table just doesn't have any instructions with it.

Happy with product and dealers not with courier!

I recently required a massage bed which I ordered on a fri, it was to be delivered on wed but no show when I contacted the Irish Sports Warehouse they were prompt in reply and assured it would be delivered the Thursday, I would be phoned a half hour to an hour in advance by the courier so as to make sure I was home... I was down town doing a few jobs on thurs morn at bout 11 when I got a call from courier. I'm here at a local car dealers are you home?? I told him I would in five mins to which he replyed I'm not waiting you can collect it here it will fit in your boot I'm not waiting!!! I have never come across anyone as ignorant and unprofessional in my life I would not recommend the courier company but the product was excellent and I have no issue with Irish Sports Warehouse maybe a change of courier is needed.

Delighted with purchase

Purchase was easy and hassle free. No diesel or time costs to have to pick the bike up. Delivered to our door free of charge. Very happy with the product. Really sturdy bike. Feels as good as a real bike for the dark cold winter nights.

Prices great but customer service questionable

Couple of issues around delivery saying that it was to be delivered when it wasn't etc.

Item was not in stock i had to call three times before i received a delivery date - perhaps not the company's fault but rather the Delivery company that they use ?

good buy but problem with delivery

Got a trampoline and an all weather cover. The trampoline was delivered within 3days but the cover was missing from the delivery. Rang the office on tuesday andwas told it would be delivered by the weekend but the weekend came and went and it never came. Not happy with customer service

great product and price, dreadful delivery time

I bought an cintura 2000 eliptical cross trainer which is very good and very quiet so you can easily listen to TV or radio while exercising. The price was very good. The delivery time was dreadful, it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday of last week but did not arrive until the following wednesday (5 days later). I had to email and phone several times to enquire and complain. It was on the van for 5 days yet the company said they were unable to contact the driver by phone to see what the delay was. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN OR RECCOMEND TO A FRIEND

This was my first time using this company and I was impressed. I found the website attractive and user friendly and the prices very competitive. Staff were warm and helpful on the phone. The delivery was efficient. A good experience!

Grand but same complaints as everyone else

Got what I expected after reading the reviews here.

The promised 3 day delivery was 5 days. The massage bench was the wrong colour than ordered and had damp marks. Didn't mind about either enough to make a complaint. Wasn't worth the hassle of sending back. Damp cleaned off, I can live with the colour.

I reckon if the just advertised FREE SHIPPING rather than give a delivery schedule that they always seem to miss, then more people would be happier. Makes no sense to me. It's setting themselves up for bad feedback and so easily fixed.

I would have been delighted to get the order in 5 days, but because I was promised 3, I felt let down.

All in all, I would order again from them but I won't expect the promised delivery times and for the price they sell the stuff at I won't expect it to be in top nick either.

Far from a bad service, a few tweaks and it could be much better.

Ordered a trackspeed 4500 treadmill on a 7 day delivery service, i got sent a text after 3 days and turned up on 4th day.

The treadmill is brilliant for the price. the whole fammily are well chuffed!!

product is great. great price, selection & great you get free delivery. Only issue was minor, organising delivery was hard, i had to call company to find out when delivery was due. A quick call to arrange & confirm a suitable time would have been nice, i felt i had to chase to get information on what was happening. Totally poor service - no communication.

I ordered a massage table two weeks ago, and have had no communication from Irish Warehouse since. After eight days, I phoned the company to be told the table was out of stock and was out of stock when I ordered it. It definitely was not listed as out of stock when I ordered it. I wouldn't have ordered it if it was as I wanted it for a workshop last weekend. I was told the tables would be back in stock last Friday, (today is Wednesday) and given that they promise 2 day delivery, I should have had this table yesterday. Despite my phone call and an email which I sent last Friday, I still haven't had any communication, nor any indication as to when I can expect my massage table. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Great product but was waiting more than 48hours

Ordered this on a site that promises 48 hours delivery. I ordered it on Wednesday but didn't receive it until the following Thursday (8 days). However, it's a very good bbq and easy to put together. Just make sure to store it away in windy conditions as it's quite top heavy and mine blew over in the wind and broke the handle.

Product and price are OK but appalling Customer Service

1) Quote from your website:
" Excellent Customer Service:
.....Our telephone lines will always have a human at the other end, and we aim to answer any correspondence within 24 hours of receipt...."
This was not the case.
On the day I ordered, I called to ask a question. The phone was answered, I asked my question and was immediately hung up on. I tried calling back but the line was busy. My impression was that the person at the other end had no interest in talking to a customer. I went ahead and ordered anyhow.

2) I received an email informing me that the item would be delivered on a specific date. I arranged my work so that I would be home on that day. I waited all day, but there was no delivery. Around 4pm, I started calling the number listed but it was continuously busy. Again, I was left with the impression that you have no interest in engaging with customers. I also emailed both the person that sent the delivery date and to the general "iinfo@irishsportswarehouse.ie" email address. No response on that day.
On the day AFTER the expected delivery, I received an email saying that delivery would delayed by one day. Too late - that email should have come the day before. I was at work and not able to receive it. Thankfully the courier was helpful and I arranged delivery at a time that suited me. Irish Sports Warehouse communication was not good enough,

3)The email that was sent to me informing me of the delivery date was sent to info@irishsportswarehouse.ie and CC'd to (I presume) all those people whose orders went out on that day. I could see all the email addresses. This is a breach of Data Protection law and I have informed the data protection commissioner of this breach. I refer you to your own Privacy Policy.

4) NOWHERE on your site did I see any reference to the fact that the product would be self-assembly. Fortunately, I am adept at self-assembly. I believe that leaving out this information gives a false representation of the product..

5) The link to Terms & Conditions below (from this Trustpilot page) does not go to Terms & Conditions. I do not, therefore, agree to any Terms & conditions but I need to tick the ACCEPT box in order to post my review.

I have a product at the only price I can afford and I am glad of that. However, I would not recommend Irish Sports Warehouse to anybody.
