I ordered a gate spring, 20cm long and a huge box arrived, inside was loads of bubble wrap and the tiny spring. I rang to let them know that they were wasting money by paying for such a huge box to be sent, but sadly met with staff who were not bothered. There were no managers to talk to and someone was supposed to come back to me and hasn't bothered. I only rang to let them know that they were wasting money, and ended up getting annoyed by rude people. I wish i hadn't bothered and had just bought the spring in a local shop.

Our picking system automatically allocates a box size based upon the volumetric of the products, unfortunately on this occasion there was a error with the calculation of one of the three products your ordered and it appears that a larger than normal box was used to ship your order.
