Selling item when not in stock

I bougt or shall i say was trying to buy yale alarm. they took my order and then called my the following dy saying I have to call from a landline for some reason. at the end of all the messing around I called again after 4 days and they tell me my order is cancelled as they have no stock - what a wast of time. I could of just gone to Screwfix and got it fitted by now.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I have tried calling you to discuss this further but have been unsuccessful on both numbers we hold for you.

    I have investigated this matter and at the time your order was placed on the website it did state this is an end of line product. Several of my colleagues did try calling you to advise we were waiting for some to come into stock and confirm the security checks but they could not reach you by phone.

    We do have a few of these alarms left in stock so if you would still like to order one please call me on 01268 723000 and I will be happy to run through the checks and process the order for you.
