I ordered two little cabinet knobs at £2 something and had to pay nearly £6 in postage. Then they arrived in a huge package and the man had to knock on my door to deliver them, when they would have gone through the letterbox. When I opened up the packaging one of the knobs had lost its coating. Fortunately on the end that will be invisible, but I suspect that it might spread to the rest of the item as time passes. So I'm not going to use them and I won't send them back because it's not worth it. That's £10 I paid out for nothing and it's really annoying. I think it's unlikely that I will use this website again. Still you live and learn.
