I made an order of more than £45 and expected next day delivery (which is standard on orders over a certain value - which I think it great). Unfortunately, between Ironmongery Direct and their courier my order was misplaced. This meant that I did not receive my order until the 3rd business day following my request.
That said, it only required one chase to correct the mistake and the response from Ironmongery was polite and professional and the problem was resolved.
