Awesome place to order clothing from!
Order tailored linen shirt and pants for my wedding in Punta Cana. Service was excellent and they called to verify measurements, which the originals were wrong and they called me and told me how to measure correctly. Got the clothes this week and they are perfect!!

These guys are great!
I placed a couple orders through Island Importer for wedding attire. The ordering process was easy and I was very happy with the products. I did have to return a couple items due to size, it was a very easy process and I had my refund within a few days so I was able to re-order in the correct size. There was a mishap with UPS delivering the second order to an incorrect address, but Island Improrter promptly requested an investigation and got everything straightened out. The clothing we received is great quality and very comfortable. I was very impressed and I will definitely be ordering more from these guys! I highly recommend island importer to anybody looking for unique wedding attire or even something comfortable for everyday wear.

Sadly the shirt does not fit humans
Nice design, nice fabric, nice coler. Unfortunately the sleeve seems to be sewn on at the incorrect angle or that it looks either badky made or that my arm is broken (it's not).

Outstanding customer service that really know what it is about...YOU!
I have never done a review before in my life because I think customer service is the one thing that keeps companies in business and should be a given but I just had to rant and rave about this company. Island importers has been amazing from day one. They helped me find a more reasonable shirt for my growing boys because I was looking at the linen shirt priced at $70 and they suggested the cotton Island shirt for $35. That right there says it all to me. They are about the customer satisfaction not only the money. Also they were very quick on getting the order to me and upon its arrival I discovered the smallest boys shirt was to small. On the policy it states that custom order cannot be returned unless there is a fault in the quality of the shirt. I called anyhow and spoke with them about the problem and they offered to make new shirt at no cost! Absolutely amazing!

Great shirt for our beach wedding
This shirt came on time and looked as great as it did in the photo. It was more expensive than we usually spend on clothes, but we got it since it was our wedding. I can't wait for my hubby to wear it again!

Easy to order, fast delivery (international), easy returns
Purchased Groomsmen Outfits and needed to change a few sizes. The ordering and returning process was easy. The only thing was the price of international shipping was quite high compared to other big sites in the US. But the product was cheap enough that it made it worth the purchase.

spectacular colours for a destination wedding!

Wedding Attire
My fiancée and I are getting married on the beach in Oregon in July. We were looking for a little more "casual" wear but not shorts and a tank! I was so excited to find the items we were looking for at Island Importer and even more excited at how easy it was to order, how fast I received the shipment and how true to size everything was. He looks AWESOME in his linen pants and shirt and I am getting really excited about our upcoming day.

Long Sleeved Disaster
I order one of Island Importer Long Sleeved Linen Shirts in extra-large size. While the shirt fit fine through the shoulders and body, the sleeves hung to the end of my fingers.
I wish that the shirt would have been offered in different sleeve lengths.

Nice quality !!
I purchased the Amalfi long sleeve black in Medium,I'm 5'-8" 175 and the shirt is a little loose.Not as huge as Tommy Bahama shirts but less tailored than say Kenneth Cole.I find most shits long on me but this fits well.Great Quality,I will definitely get another color it's perfect for South Florida.

Customer Service Excellent,clothing more than meet my expectations
I e-mailed a message before business hours for customer service advice. They responded back by e-mail quickly and appropriately answered my questions. I then called during hours and spoke to the same person that responded to my email. She was friendly, knowledgeable and I followed her suggestions. I am more than pleased.! The Linen Amalfi shirt and pants look great, the material is all that it was described to be, sizing was accurate. The color coordination she recommended is perfect.
Sent off to the cleaners for a good pressing. Can't wait to wear at my son Beach Wedding. Thank you so much!

Amazing!
I ordered pants for the groom and was unsure if I needed to pay the extra $30 to guarantee delivery by our wedding date (which was about 8 weeks away). I decided to play it safe and did- the following days I was refunded (without prompting or asking) for my $30 back because they had the pants in stock. It was very reassuring to work with a company that was so honest! The pants arrived about a week later and our beautiful! Cannot wait to see him in them.

Couldn't find a wedding shirt anywhere in UK for our beach wedding in Dominican Republic but Island Importer had just what we wanted. We ordered online and it was shipped to Scotland very quickly, we were impressed by the fit and quality. I do think the postage was a bit expensive, I've had other things from USA and they were heavier and cheaper! Please remember tax UK buyers as including postage and tax the shirt cost approx £100!

Quality products
