I ordered 2 dresses size 18. Both dresses were much bigger, possibly size 20 or 22 when compared to the sizes of clothes sold in most well known shops on the high street. I tried to change one dress for a smaller one, but this was not possible.
Calling ISME at 8pm proved lengthy and difficult. I could hardly understand what Isme assistant was saying, her speech was unclear and mumbled. It took a long time to get connected. All in all it was a waste of 20 minutes and the cost of £2.40!
I had to return both dresses. The collection point where I collected the items was not working next day and I had to go much further to return the dresses. I noticed that there are very few of these collection points.
REFUND: Although I received a text message confirming I returned the items to ISME, I would prefer to receive an email confirmation of my returns with a FIRM date by which the refund will be made to my credit card. The Text message contained a vague statement: in your next statement - actually I find this vagueness unacceptable. When it comes to money and refunds there needs to be more precision and accuracy. Also if items are returned the refund should be made within 2 weeks at the latest.
I liked one of the dresses and would have liked it in a smaller size or to be precise in the size I requested originally as long as it was that size and not two sizes bigger. Because the sizes of dresses from ISME were so much bigger I am not sure what size to order. Also I could not find a size guide on ISME website.- strange is it not?
Now I have to wait for the refund to my credit card before I would order anything else from ISME, I wonder how long will this take?
I do not want to receive any promotional emails sent out by ISME they just take space and time. INSTEA, ISME should be confirming returns of goods and when it will make refunds - that would more honest and more business like.
If I need something I look for it MYSELF. THEREFORE PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MORE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS TO ME.
I placed an order on Buy Now Pay Later. The following week I received an invoice asking me for a minimum payment. I phoned to explain my order was BNPL. The person I spoketo assured me I didn't have to pay anything yet. Now I have just received a phone call telling me me payment is overdue. This was very distressing as I have just come out of hospital following major cancer surgery so, feeling as ill as I was, I had to make yet another phone call to Isme. I struggled to understand the person at the other end as his English was not very good. In the end, I felt like crying. I'm worried now that I'm going to end up unfairly having to pay interest or, yet worse, end up with bad credit. I'm also dreading receiving more demands for money. I wish I'd never made the order now.
Placed my first order,which went through as complete.Then a few days later was notified that product was not in stock,when I was waiting on it being delivered.Surely at the time of ordering this should have been made aware to me like other online sites.Very disappointed will not use isme again.
exactly as expected from a company like this., however delivery team were not very useful and tried the 'we cannot do this and that for safety reasons' line.
Also annoyed that they have called me 3 times after the sale trying to see if everything was ok even though I have already expressed my feelings. Listening to customer feedback might work wonders!
I ordered from isme a few weeks ago and I found them to be a good company especially with free delivery & returns. I ordered a lovely dress for a wedding and it came in a lovely big box and on hangers ( got two sizes for fit). so was impressed with the packaging. Also ordered shoes to match which were well packed. With options to spread the cost as well I would definetly recommend isme.
place an order on 11th October is accepted given dates item did not turn given another delivery date items did not turn up. phoned told delivery would be before Friday then get text, told to check account message on account order cancelled. so after one month of waiting and no explanation I also phoned and complained and was told would speak to manager and would ring back did not ring back. Am still waiting for some explanation?
The blouse were nice, but not my style unfortunately.
The collection and return was poor. The shop insisted that I show evidence of my address. This was not stated on the invoice as necessary for collection. So I just showed my bank card which they said was not sufficient. Fortunately I had an old bill in my bag with my address on. There then followed a lot of typing in of details, scanning etc and signing before I was allowed to take my parcel.
On returned my unwanted goods, the shop assistant at first said that they do not take returns! After I insisted, they then proceeded to scan my parcel and took it.
This unfortunately has put me off ordering from Isme again

I can fully recommend Isme as a Catalogue with a great variety of super women's clothes particularly. They are very professional and their delivery service is second to none. I was extremely impressed with the after returns policy. Each time the goods are received Isme telephone with a recorded announcement to advise that goods are back in the warehouse.
all deliveries have been perfect except one, i had one item delivered that was the incorrect one, i ordered pink hair apps for a birthday present and instead i received a pink and white t-shirt. Apart from this everything has been perfect.
I have been very impressed with the service I have received and will definitely use ISME again. It has been quick and easy to order from home and receive the order in a few days. The orders have arrived on time and have been of good quality and well packaged. I am a satisfied customer.
Great fit, very stylish, great price, very comfortable and I love them.
I am so impressed with the service of Isme. The delivery is super fast, the quality of goods are excellent and the items are packed well. The goods are very competitively priced and I haven't received an item that I have been disappointed with. I have used many catalogues for shopping but in my opinion Isme beats them all and I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.
Rang up to complain about me not receiving my parcel twice and all I got was well you'll after wait till the 6th November to hear when I will receive when I paid on the 15th of october and he said I would after ring back if I haven't heard anything by then, it cost me a lot to ring 0845 numbers. All 3 advisers I spoke to treat me like they didn't care. I'm not happy and Will not be ordering again from you and will be advising all friends and family not to either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
i am still waiting for an order placed a while ago supposed to be delivered on the 30th still waiting.don't think very much of your delivery service especially as i have paid for delivery.

Absolutely horrendous. Customer service / returns department needs new management or something. Being refunded for a faulty item and then 2 weeks later get it put back in my account and then have the item sent back to my address and I put the p&p on my account. Disgusting how i have been treated.
Ordered TV from catalogue. Turned up in wrong colour. A lot of time and money wasted trying to get a replacement. Eventually had to return and re order which is costing me another delivery charge. Still awaiting a response from customer service regarding this awful experience.
I've ordered a TINY LOVE 3 IN 1 ROCKER NAPPER ONE COLOUR ONE SIZE, Item Number: 3KPLL, because I am 8 month pregnant and really wanted it for my baby.
BUT as I was checking the website a few times a day I saw how its being delivered. As the collect+ store is close to my house and I used to collect many things from there I new that everything is a lie about not being able to deliver my parcel 11am due to outside working hours. Really????????? I was so angry, dissapointed and wanted to see that driver who put that info in. Then I found out that there is not going to be another attempt to deliver my parcel and isme just canceled my order without contacting me or asking if I still want it.
When I first places my order, there was no confirmation. I rang up, they told me it hadn't gone through and placed it again over the phone. Two sets of money were taken and I recieved two lots. After returning one set, one of my '3 for 2' offers didn't work anymore so I was overcharged £5 and when I rang they said they couldn't fix it until my final item arrived. This final item kept gettin delayed over and over again until it finally came a month later. I was told someone would ring me but no one has bothered so I will have to ring for the 7th time at my own cost to sort it out.

I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA 20% BECAUSE THE PRICE HAS CHANGED OVERNIGHT. (EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL SHOWING IN THE SALE !) IN MY EYES THIS IS DISGUSTING. I HAVE SPENT AROUND £2500 IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS WITH SHOP DIRECT, BUT NO MORE BECAUSE OF SOME SNOBBY MANAGER WHICH HAS MADE A BAD DECISION FOR THE SAKE OF £12.00. TOO ANYONE THAT IS GOING TO PLACE AN ORDER, THEN I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT AND GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE WHICH DO CARE ABOUT THE VALUE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF SOMEONE FROM ISME DOES BOTHER TO REVIEW THIS THEN PLEASE MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION AND CONTACT ME !!!
bought item using my debit card. that means money is definetely gone but i used a code to get some discount . instead of giving me discount and dispatching the item they cancelled my purchase. horrible horrible experience when calling their customer service. isme , littlewood and very are same company and doen't care about customer satisfaction. definetely not recommended. better stay away from them.
