No Customer Service POOR ORDERING SYSTEM!

Just to say your customer service and ordering system is no worth 0 Stars.
I ordered tools on monday no issue email received saying been dispatched and delivery will be on Tuesday.
I chose a alternative address of which a school i contract into, so no numbers where given but on my home address i gave my mobile. Which funnily enough is the the same.
So a simple check would have shown that.
Email you to say i haven't received my tools, but get a message to call [Name]?
To be honest errors should have be flagged up before you took my money!
And i haven't received any cancelation email from you.
To be honest no apology or anything,
Now i have to go and buy my tools from elsewhere.
Obviously this is how you treat all your customers?, the funny thing is once i got my tools from you i was going to order the full Makita full set which was over £1000 pounds.
I still can't believe how companies operate and how easily they let down customers.

When you already own the batteries and charger, you want to find a catalogue that carries a wide range of compatible bare power tools - that's ITS. Couple this with competitive prices and prompt and punctual delivery and you've found a winner! I shall certainly be using this company again.

Great variety great prices quick delivery
Excellent service, got what I was after very quickly with next day delivery. Great variety of products and good prices, saved over £150 on a Dewalt nail gun and batteries compared to other places. Definitely be ordering from ITS again

Unbeatable
At first I wasn't sure about using ITS as I have never heard of them and I don't like to try new sites but how wrong I was to doubt! Their prices are one of the lowest I could find and have always delivered the next day. The staff know their products and always good to call when I'm not sure what I need; I can't recommend this company enough!

Best tool shop around
Great site for power tools and hand tools lots of good deals and competitive prices. I have always found the customer service to be excellent and there staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this site to others and will use them in the future.
