Nothing exceptional .....OK though
good, happy with my downloads...would like a system to make request for TV shows that we don't get in Australia, instead of being told that Itunes can't help with the TV show in question...even though they are on the discovery channel

Could do a whole lot better
For an IT site the eminence of iTunes there are a lot of faults.
1. The choice is sometimes not as complete as it could be (comare with Spotify!)
2. The billing is awful. The bill often comes in weeks after payment, these is no immediate confirnmation and worst of all it is fragmented if you make multiple purchaes at the same time.
3. Finally it is often dearer than Spotify.

iTunes on Windows = Slow, iTunes on Mac = Wonderful
I used to have Windows 7, and running iTunes on it was a rather painful, slow experience. Now I have an iMac, and WOW - its simply a different experience - you can actually change all the tags for content.

You can find every single song,app,video,film and album on there. It is very helpful to search on iTunes and download it instead buying it as a album.

The best music program ever ever ever
I love itunes unlike most programs on my computer it has never crashed on me, I can arrange my music just how I like, I love the itunes store and the fact It keeps everything organized.

Slow, Annoying and A Huge Drag on Resources
I was given an Itunes gift card for my birthday and a band I like had released a new single from their upcoming album that I wanted to download. After having to reset my password as I had forgotten it I had to sign in 6 times before I even had a chance to search for the song. Only to find after all the time wasted that the song wasn't even available on the Australian Itunes store yet after being available on the American on for a week. All that could possibly be forgiven if the program wasn't such a huge drag on the computers resources, slowing it down constantly. It also refuses to work on any laptop I have owned.

Great app
For managing all apple devices and apps, as well as purchasing them. Well organised and easy to use, and now even better cause you don't really need to connect to it just to sync apps with latest iOS.

Rubbish
Itunes need to sort themselves out! you pay to get early episodes E.G Vampire diaries and they are late whats the point on paying to get them early? its a waste of money and not fair for the UK ! i think ill move to america the itunes are always updated and everytime it was late in the uk it wasnt on the american version!

Træls men er så låst
Det er vildt træls man ikke selv kan bestemme hvordan ens musik skal opdeles og hvordan tingene skal kategoriseres.

Gode oplevelser
Jeg er glad for itunes og bruger itunes mange gange hver eneste måned. Alt fungere som det skal. Dog kan det være lidt kringlet at skifte computer og få overført sin musik til den nye computer. Det krævede lidt hjælp fra en erfaren itunes bruger.

Horrible Customer Service & Compatability
You only have customer service while your hardware (ipod) is in warranty. The program automatically updates but you are out of luck if the update upgrades your version of iTunes which isn't compatible with your operating system. Ours updated to version 10 which isn't compatible with Vista or Windows 7. We were unable to access iTunes store for months.

A little difficult to negotiate for first time user
I have found that the music etc on Itunes is great with all the different selections, but as a new user of it, I have found it a little difficult to find out how to "sync" to me ipod and do "lists" etc.

Only 4 stars, here's why...
I buy a lot of apps, if I could test or tryout apps, this would be a 5 star review for sure. But the fact that I have to buy an app that I may never use it's pretty frustrating.

Good
I do enjoy iTunes and the features that it offers. But it seems like half the time I open iTunes, it freezes and I have to force quit and restart it to get it to work.

Itunes is really good to use.If you have problems, it tells you easily how to use itunes. I have had no problems with it. The storage on it is phenomeneol.

More User Friendly
I've had trouble with a couple of songs not downloading correctly and the store kicking me out a few times. However, customer service helped me immediately by resending the songs. I'm not sure why the store doesn't come up all the time or kicks me out though.

Disappointed in the new iOS
Since the advent of the iCloud, and iOS 5.0, everything relating to my iPhone, iPad, and iTunes has slowed down dramatically! Just getting iTunes to launch and play music (neither tethered or syncing via wifi), is a much slower process. Very antiquated.

Fairly good
I like having a look through the music , games and videos but i think the prices can be a bit pricey.
I've had a few problems where I've payed for a DVD and it didn't download. So i had to re-download and i ended up paying for two DVDs. I have tried contacting them about the problem but never had any response.
I'm in the UK and The music you download is about 99p a song. If you go on to Amazon and go to mp3 downloads they sell music for about 70p. It may only be 20p less but when you are wanting to buy a lot of songs it does save you quite a bit of money

Useless
There's not enough space here to say what's wrong with iTunes, it's easier to say what's right - nothing.
This is the most flawed and user-unfriendly piece of software I've ever come across. I'm not the only one who's had their iPod wiped clean by iTunes or had albums split into dozen of individual albums. I would use Windows Media Player any day over iTunes. I only use iTunes because I HAVE to in order to load my iPod. If iTunes doesn't improve I'll be using a different make of MP3 player when my iPod wears out.

Unable to get exchange rate correct
$0.69 in the USA, £0.69 in the UK.
USDollar for GBPound is not the right rate apple .. :-((((
Hence why I do not purchase music from Apple for my iTunes library.
