Magic!

After having absolutely no success with O2 this website has managed to have my precious iPhone unlocked in 48 hours! As I am abroad I wasn't sure if this would work or even if it could be done. I am well chuffed and thanks to my mate Dave for recommending you - bloody brilliant! Absolutely delighted! For 40 quid I have my treasured phone back and don't have to now spend £500 buying a new one. Magic!

Excellent Service

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and well worth it to me. I was looking for a hassle free way to unlock my iphone and this was it. The phone has been updated to the latest firmware since I used this service and is still unlocked.

I was recently given an iPhone 4S locked to Orange in the UK. 6 days after I ordered I got an email telling me the phone was now unlocked. It took some time, 4 days to be exact but it worked 100%! Apparently you cannot instantly unlock an iPhone?

Just worked....

The service was quick and efficient.
I'd been getting by using a Gevey chip (the hardware hack) in my phone but I wasn't able to upgrade the iOS, and every reboot was a nightmare. I couldn't activate a local SIM while on Business in Munich using the Gevey, so that was the last straw. As I travel extensively in Europe I really needed a permanent, no hassle unlock, and this is it. This unlock was exactly what I needed, worth each penny!

WOW Its Gr8....true company

I was looking for the website to unlock my i 5 from UK and which was locked by Vodafone. Awesome

Excellent service, got my Aussie iPhone unlocked so I can use it while I'm here in the UK for a year. Works perfectly and save me buying a new phone. The great thing is, when I go home I can just put my Telstra sim in it and carry on as I was.

What A Site

Really good

I got given an iphone by a mate at school as he couldn't get it to work on Orange. I tried my sim in it and it didn't work either. My dad said it was cos the phone was locked and i'd need to phone the network to get it unlocked. The trouble is we didn't know which network to call.

My dad found this site online and sorted everything out with them and it all works now. I am using my pay as you go sim card in it and can download apps, sms, everything. Pretty cool website - fixed my iphone :)

WELL FIRST OF ALL I NEVER DO THIS , BUT WHEN YOU FIND A COMPANY ONLINE THAT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN DO WITH NO BULL , IT'S WELL WORTH SHARING WITH THE WORLD - IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE AND WANT TO USE IT ON YOUR CHOICE OF NETWORKS THEN LOOK NO FURTHER --IUNLOX IS THE REAL DEAL , I SAY THAT BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE IT HAD BEEN JAILBROKEN AND UNLOCKED BUT I COULD NOT UPDATE THE SOFTWARE SO SOME OF MY APPS WOULD NOT WORK AND I HAD TO DELETE THEM AS THEY WERE UNSTABLE . WELL I WANTED TO GET MY PHONE FACTORY UNLOCKED SO I CHECKED ONLINE AND FOUND A LOT OF SCAMMERS OUT THERE WHO CLAIM TO DO THIS BUT AFTER I CHECKED THEM OUT ON THE REVIEW AND SCAM SITES LOW AND BEHOLD THEY WERE LESS THAN UPRIGHT . THEY CHANGED SUPPLIERS AND IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK I THOUGHT AGAIN "HERE WE GO AGAIN " BUT THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY IPHONE WAS UNLOCKED FOR SURE THIS TIME . Still waiting

I have my iphone here in the Philippines and I ordered a network look up since I can't find my carrier on the list of iunlox network unlock.

Then they as fast as almost and hour or two they replied to me that my phone is locked to Philippines Globe(SingTel).

So then the next day I ordered the SingTel unlock but right now I am currently still waiting for the unlock which is taking a little bit longer than what it is stated it would come after 2-4days on rough estimate.

It's a week now. What is good about on my experience on the iUnlox team is that they reply everytime you ask.


I just hope that my order will arrive soon so that I can make an another review like some other happy customers here telling how great their team on this kind of service.

It finaly worked.

This is quite a story but it is worth sharing to customers as a point of learning. It would also give the company a very nice impression although I admit that I was so frustrated at first.

I found the iUnlox ad as I was using my iFunBox apps in my PC. I checked it out but at first I had some doubts. I tried to google reviews about this site and they were almost all positive about it. I thought they were only ghost reviews at first. Then in a little while I was somehow convinced after reading some of them that they were more or less authentic. So I immediately put my order in the website. I waited for a week but I never had gotten any confirmation of my order. I tracked my order but it said that they had no record of my order. So I got worried for I already paid for it. I tried to leave an offline message to the customer service. I got an e-mail response from them after a few minutes that they received my inquiry. Now I and the customer service had an e-mail chat. According to them they found out that my order didn't register in their database so I need to e-mail my receipt of payment. So I did. They registered my payment manually and then asked me all the necessary information about my iPhone 5 and network (which of course I already did online awhile back). So I received an e-mail telling me that I have been registered and have to wait for the unlock confirmation message. I constantly checked my order status but it gave me a message of "order processing." It went on and on for a month. I was busy the whole month of December 2012 so I had no time to lodge a complain again to the customer service. By the second week of January 2013 I contacted customer service again by e-mail. They again asked me to the same procedure of sending the copy of receipt payment which I already did a month ago for according to them they have no record in their database (a deja vu?). I got really pissed off, but in the end I sent to them all the documents and information they need to have. So they resubmitted the order like the last time. After a day, I received a confirmation that my iPhone can be unlocked through iTunes. I tried it and it is finally unlocked. Well, the service is finally delivered. I appreciate the attentiveness of their customer service. They are very quick to respond to any message. Generally I'm satisfied. But I strongly suggest that they should always check their server frequently for some glitches that it won't happen to anybody what happened to me. Thanks anyway.

Did the job & great support

Took two attempts - the support team was very helpful. Then ph had problems - it was jail broken and it bricked. Fixed that problem(beijingphone repair website). And then support was helpful with checking unlock.

Great Product!! Unlocked my AT&T locked Iphone 4 in 24 hours

Found Iunlox on the web. I was looking to permanently unlock my Iphone 4 which was locked with AT&T. I got tired of jailbreaking it whenever I update my IOS. Very satisfied with their service. I got their confirmation that the unlock for my unit is already available within 24 hours from my order.

I would like to say that I got my phone unlocked from orange uk and everything is great, but unfortunately that's not the case.

'Why the 5 stars then?'

Well, the company was great. Very helpful over my 3 week wait, but in the end, it was the supplier who let me and the company down, which is why iunlox is getting 5 big ones!

The support has been great and the refund was done as I was talking to the advisor. Fast and no complications.

I have been told they should be getting another supplier for Orange uk soon, so keep your eyes peeled :D

hORRIBLE

This is a freaking gimmick it did not work for me and I paid them 2 times with no refund 42$ and 142$ and it did not work on my phone

On your first order you submitted an unlock request for an AT&T locked iPhone – your iPhone is locked to Verizon USA. Your order was subitted and failed - WRONG NETWORK

On your second order you submitted an incorrect IMEI number. Your Order was submitted and failed - IMEI NOT KNOWN

As it clearly states on our websites ordering page and also forms part of our terms and conditions:

"We offer a personalised unlocking service utilising the details and unique IMEI number provided by you, the customer. This service cannot be transferred or utilised by a third party. We will submit the details provided to the unlocking servers, regardless of accuracy, and at cost to us. Therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the details provided in your order are accurate.

Our system if fully automated. If the details entered at the point of order are incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for the error and are unable to issue refunds under such circumstances."

The only company who could unlock my phone from an overseas location

I moved from the UK to Australia and my phone was locked to O2. I tried calling O2 to ask for the unlock but was told I had to do this from the UK and that they couldn't process it for me now that I was out of the country. I also tried the apple store as well as a few phone shops, but no no avail.

I found iUnlox via a Google search and they were the only company that were able to unlock the handset. It took 15 working days, so a bit longer than I'd hoped, but this was due to O2 processing times, not iUnlox.

The unlock process was extremely easy and I am now using a Virgin sim in my phone.

Thanks guys! You saved me the cost of buying a new phone and always responded to my queries quickly and professionally. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

verey bad service

hi i don't like your service its very bad they said that they unlock my iphone but they didnt i called them they said my phone is blacklist i checked my iphone is not on blacklist and i ask for my money back they said we cant give monye back and by the waye in your home bage you said that 100%garentee money back is that a good service.......... thanks .........

You are located in Russia, you have an iPhone locked to Vodafone in the UK.

Vodafone UK has your handset listed as stolen on their system and have therefore blocked the IMEI and refuse to unlock it - please telephone them directly to both confirm for yourself your IMEI is blacklisted and also discuss how you come to be in possession of this handset?

We had to pay the network to process your order, and it wasn't until they did this that we were advised of the handsets history. They will not refund us Mike, hence we cannot refund you.

Unlock my iPhone 4 locked to Orange UK where others couldn't

I was referred to this website by another unlocking company that tried to unlock my iPhone which was locked to Orange in the UK. The first company waited 2 weeks before telling me they couldn't do it, then told me to try iUnlox as their site stated they could.

They had a phone number to call on the site, and as they were UK based it was much simpler to just talk to them on the phone.
They confirmed they could unlock the phone and so I placed an order.

It took about a week before I got an email saying the order was done and to connect my phone to iTunes. It was a really simple process, just did a restore and got a message saying my phone had been unlocked.

The whole process was painless and very easy to do and I'm now using my phone on Giff Gaff and saving a small fortune.

Decent, honest company that do what they say they will. Would use again if I needed to and would recommend.
