I got the unlock for my iPhone 5 completed in under 24 hours! I did exactly as it said in the instructions you sent me and it worked exactly. Perfect! You made me very happy - thanks a lot for your great work.
Having recently relocated to Cyprus from the UK, I patted myself on the back when I eventually put my feet up and poured a glass of wine after the big move. Then I went to call my wife back home to tell everything was ready and she could join me, only to find my phone wouldn't work? I was puzzled as I had put my Cytamobile sim in the phone, but it was saying no service? I called O2, who were my old carrier in the UK, and they told me that the phone was locked to their network still, but as the phone was no longer in the UK, that they wouldn't unlock it!!!!!!
I asked them what I was supposed to do now and the girl said my only option would be to use a third party unlocking company and that she would recommend iUnlox as she had heard good reports about them from customer who had faced the same problem and used them to get unlocked.
So I googled iunlox and they came up at the top of the page (always a good sign in my eyes - google seldom promotes scammers at the top of their search results in my experience) and, based on O2's recommendation, gave them a try.
Sure enough, 2 days later and I got an email saying it was all done and to sync my phone in iTunes. Did it and to my amazement a message came up in iTunes saying "congratulations, your iPhone is now unlocked".
I am not really clear on how this all works, why O2 refused to unlock my phone but recommended someone else that could, all I know or care about is that it worked.
Thank you very much iunlox, you are a life saver and my trusted iphone 4s is working fine again in my new home.
We (the various members of my family) have used the services of iUnlox in the past to unlock all our iphones. It has always been a very straightforward, simple, easy and cost effective process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to unlock their iphone.
It took less time than I thought it would to unlock my iPhone, it was very easy to order and overall they appear to be a well organised company. I am very pleased with the service provided and I would definitely recommend iunlox to anyone wishing to unlock an iphone - good job !!:-)
I ask to unlock my phone and make the payment immediately. It is £53.99. I waited for one whole month. And the order said its order failed. I have received an email that thanks about my enquiry but it's only told me that read the FAQs, and a warning that they do not unblock the blacklist phone. My phone is not blocked/blacklist at all. I tried to call them numerous time and no one pick up the phone. They just keep me holding and holding for more than 10 minutes. I put up comment on trust pilot and until then they start to reply me. But the things is all they care is ask me to remove my comment here, but didn't give me any kind of solution or what they gonna do about it. I told them I need a solution for many time until then I'm not delete. They told me that I'm blackmail them. And they keep calling a false review and ask me to delete the comment without give me a good and exact solution. I don't want this to be a defamatory comment. But all I see now it's a fraud, all they care about is their reputation not about our money or about their service. I'm really really fed up with this. Comment your email below and I will show you guys the proof. Don't believe in it.
I have been trying to unlock my iPhone 5 for many weeks now with zero success. I hd placed orders with (what I thought was) 2 reputable unlocking websites, only to be told they can no longer unlock iPhone's from AT&T?
I happened to speak to a colleague at work about my dilemma and they told me they used this site called iUnlox last week to unlock their phone from AT&T.
Although it involved an international phone call (as they are based overseas) I was able to speak to a representative on the phone who confirmed that they could unlock my phone from AT&T, so I placed an order.
4 days passed before I got an email from them, but it contained confirmation that my phone was unlocked and explained what to do in iTunes next. Everything worked exactly as described and I am now able to use my Bell sim in the phone, and so far all is well.
Although I don't usually bother writing reports, I thought, based on my own experience (finding it difficult to find someone who could unlock an AT&T iPhone) I would recommend this website if you need an AT&T unlock.
I have purchased IPhone Unlock service form iUnlox. They couldn't unlock due to some issue with handset. So I ask for a refund and got the full refund. Note that I sow small risk that if we make a mistake (specially IMEI and Locked Network) they will not give any refund.
At first I thought this website was a scam. I ordered an unlock but heard nothing, depsite numerous emails. I then checked my spam folder to find that all my emails had been answered but caught by my email spam filters. I am happy to report that not only is the site genuine and the customer support very good, the unlock worked exactly as described.
So the phone did get unlocked finally but it was a bit of a fiasco.
Paid up and received confirmation that my phone had been unlocked. Continued as per the procedure but no joy. So I emailed for help. I told them it was a second hand phone - and so they told me it must have been jailbroken (which it hadn't) and this must be why the unlock was unsuccessful. So I asked for a refund, as they offer a "100% guaranteed to work or your money back" and in a terse one-line reply I was told to "Please re-read the terms and conditions you agreed to at the point of sale."
They then emailed me a day later and it turns out they had never unlocked the phone in the first place at all, and that they would reprocess the order. I waited another 24hours and by this time I had already given up hope of it succeeding and bought a new android (my mistake!). Out of curiosity I looked up the IMEI on iphoneimei.info and it had been unlocked - but they never had the courtesy to tell me.
So the service does work... but the customer support is a bit confrontational and aggressive when you ask for an entirely legitimate refund and they don't always know what they're doing when monitoring your order.
After having absolutely no success with O2 this website has managed to have my precious iPhone unlocked in 48 hours! As I am abroad I wasn't sure if this would work or even if it could be done. I am well chuffed and thanks to my mate Dave for recommending you - bloody brilliant! Absolutely delighted! For 40 quid I have my treasured phone back and don't have to now spend £500 buying a new one. Magic!
A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and well worth it to me. I was looking for a hassle free way to unlock my iphone and this was it. The phone has been updated to the latest firmware since I used this service and is still unlocked.
I was recently given an iPhone 4S locked to Orange in the UK. 6 days after I ordered I got an email telling me the phone was now unlocked. I followed the very simple instructions and I am now using the phone with my Tesco simcard. Brilliant service and I will recommend this site to all my family and friends. Many thanks.
