They lied twice about the delivery date, but came through in the end
Ordered a paper feeder from them on the 24th, for express delivery in 1-2 days. Product has still not arrived on the 30th.
On Amazon, they claimed they had two of the product in stock. It would appear that in fact, they had none at all.
After my first query, they promised they would send the product on the 28th for delivery in 1-2 days. It has still not even been sent.
Not malicious, as far as I can tell, but highly frustrating.
UPDATE: Eventually it arrived on the 7th of Feb. Even though it was late, one of the employees in particular seemed to be trying very hard to get the product delivered as soon as possible. They were decent enough to refund the delivery fee, after I made a fuss about it.
