I just wish I could buy money from them ... they sell so cheap that with that money I would be able to buy even more stuff!

It's not easy to buy stuff to companies overseas: they speak another language, they sell stuff in another currency and ... well, they are overseas. If something goes wrong there's always a greater risk for the buyer of never getting what he paid for.

With that risk in mind I decided to buy a few Star Wars itens from them. The all buying process was quite simple and easy. Not to speak about the great prices they had! And, after paying all I had to do was to wait a few days to get what I ordered ... it was so fast that it could have been Han Solo itself doing the delivery!

Everything was just as ordered, coming to me nicely packaged and secure.

And as a Bonus, a few weeks later they asked on Facebook if we bouht something from them. I said yes and send them a photo of it and as a reward they sent me a free dvds and video games.

It just doesn't get much better!

i love their quirky gadgets and needed a gift for both my nephews birthday presents.
seeing the site before i wanted to see what they had that was different, managed to get ian some cool bike spokes and ryan loves facebook so got him some "like" cufflinks! all in the 3 for £20 offer which was a lifesaver before payday :D

Item in good condition, delivery - bad

I got the item quick and in good condition but I was very unsatisfied with the delivery. I found the item thrown onto my lawn where anyone could have taken it before me. I was lucky that i went outside and found it.

i love it.. although it does get a lil difficult to remove the ice cubes.. also the packaging was marvelous.. it packed extremely securely. It arrived just in time. i would recommend this site to any one my mates:D:D

Gorgeous Item, Lovely Gift (for Yourself)!

Was Christmas shopping for others online, saw this and just couldn't resist buying myself a little pressie! Really love this item. Keeps my drink nice and warm without me getting burnt hands, fits in my car cup holder but holds a large cuppa and looks really girly and pretty. Plus it's ecologically friendly as you can use it for drinks purchased in service stations etc. In fact, I love it so much that when I smashed my first one :-( I went straight on to IWOOT and bought another. Highly recommended.

Birthday .....not so suprise!!

First time I have used I want one of those.com, all in all a good experience. Fast delivery, the only disappointment was that the gift I bought was a surprise birthday gift for my partner and when the package arrived it was simply addressed to the house and not myself and he opened it!!! So took the edge off....

No good when things go wrong!

I bought low value trinkets over several years as gifts without problem, but made mistake of ordering a higher value gift (£90) for my brother's birthday. When there are problems I discovered Iwoot.com are a nightmare to try to deal with. Their 'system' ensures that every time you call or email you deal with somebody new. In my case I got nowhere. They are more keen about keeping your money than your custom. They put all their money into their feel good website, but this company is without substance. Giving a gift is important. Don't trust these muppets and instead choose a better company who can back you up when things go wrong.

Great website with fun new things that are not commonplace, great prices and discounts on some items also the delivery is very fast and efficient, user friendly website and easy to pay, all in all would buy again very happy with the service provided

Faulty product leaking.

the frosty ice tankard, which was a present for my brother, was leaking! As it was wrapped in plastic, I was not aware of this until he unwrapped the cardboard box, and took the mug out. He passed it back to me. I was very upset and disappointed and embarrassed. Am not impressed.

I have used the IWOOT website several times when pondering "what can I get so and so for their Birthday?" It allows you to search by gender, type and price of item which means you can generally find something that meets your needs. E.g. is unique / well designed and competitively priced.

I like that the website offers free delivery, because postage & packing charges can add a lot to the bill making a cheap present online as expensive as popping down the shops. (You just need to order earlier to ensure it arrives on time!) There is still premium postage if you need it, but I like the fact there's a choice

irritating lack of response to possible large order

I was wanting to place an order for 120 smart safes but to order initially just one to see if it was what we wanted - without receiving confirmation from you of your ability to fulfil an order of 120, to save time, I had to order one smart safe as I am in Hong Kong - considering this was a large order, no wonder there are stories of companies finding it difficult to succeed in the UK with this lack of response and service

Wouldn't shop there again

First time customer, lost my order, then couldn't leave customer services a message whilst logged in - just a blank page, then they kept on delaying sending out a replacement even long after the 10 working days, finally arrived more than a month later. Trust Amazon, doesn't matter how much cheaper these guys are.

Marmite key ring - love or hate the service - Love it!

Easy to order and receive. A good quality and querky product that was bought as a little present for Valentine's Day for my Marmite loving husband. He has found it very useful too!

I've loved this website for a couple of years now, some very strange but great gifts. The items were a little damaged and squashed into a tiny box, but nevertheless, generally happy.

Just wonderful products

I've been shopping with IWOOT for a few years now and just love that they keep finding new products that make me smile, are good value and deliver when I want. There have been a few complaints but in the two years I've been shopping I've not had an issue. Definitely got the best range of wacky and fun products on the web and always seem to have something that I want for myself. Well done IWOOT for making me a happy shopper.

Quick to take your cash but impossible to contact with problems

I received part of the order in time for a Christmas party, the balance I did not want as it was 2 weeks overdue before I cancelled they said after a lengthy email wait that the order was in the system and they could not cancel!

Further emails ignored, requesting then instructing them to cancel.

4 weeks later!! still being regularly updated with apologise for the delay order will be sent soon!! Needles to say funds taken instantly, still no goods.

Very rarely do I leave poor feedback but in this case absolutely justified.

Querky, original, value for money items delivered on time to my door.

Alwatys delivered on time and there is a vast amount of choice, with products often not found on other sites. Often get sent discount codes via email.

The best site since the invention of the internet

The site is full of wonders and you can spend hours just looking a all the gadgets on there, the products that they sell are of heigh quality and delivery is very fast the prices are very competitive and there are usually special offers.

Their returns system has a glitch.

When I tried to send them an e-mail, I keep getting sent to the log in page, which I've already done! Very frustrating!

Excellent items, nice prices but...

I ordered an item at 3:40pm on Thursday and paid £5 extra for next day delivery as I wanted it for the weekend. However, it wasn't dispatched until the next day (I got the email at 2:30pm - 23 hours after the order), and arrived on Monday.
Other than that, I found the site easy to navigate and a pleasure to use.

Excellent selection - easy to navigate, and sent fast

I had been looking for a new bathrobe for some time, and came across one on Iwantoneofthose by chance.
After reading the description, I thought I may as well give it a try, as it sounded good - and i have to say, I am pleased I did.
For a start, the price was better than anywhere else I had seen for the same bathrobe,
It also came with free delivery, which is always a bonus.
the site itself, which I had a good look around, is very easy to navigate, easy to read, and well stocked.
The robe arrived fairly quickly - although this is when we had a little snow, so deliveries were behind a bit anyway.
Overall, my shopping experience with Iwantoneofthose was excellent, and one i would repeat again.

This was just the thing for my parents who had told me not to buy them anything, so I couldn't go wrong with this package of "nothing". They absolutely loved it and I would buy this time and again.
