I purchased products on next day delivery - paying a premium to be delivered to a business address. The first "attempted delivery" according to Yodels tracking was 9pm?!? the following day. This is stupid enough but it claims a card was left. No card was left. I checked the CCTV, there was no attempted delivery. First lie from the driver. Yodel confirmed that the driver had not been in the area. The next day, I ring up express my displeasure. I was to receive a call from Manchester depot that morning. No call. Second lie. I call back to find out what is going on. I am told, that they will message the driver, the parcel is on a van and I will have it before 5:30 that day. THIRD LIE. There was no attempted delivery that die. Its like a bad Christmas Carol "you will get three lies and three non existent visits by a non existent delivery driver" Day 3 - I ring up. Staff tell me that are in contact with driver, he is aware that its to be with me that day asap to hit 1pm deadline ( for a secret santa ). Delivery was attempted at 7pm that night!!!! what do they not understand!. A card was supposedly left - it wasn't. I have contacted IWOOT about this and asked for a refund as I don't want or need the parcel now. IWOOT ( by using YODEL ) have embarrassed me over the last few days. I have not heard back from IWOOT about this.
