No good when things go wrong!

I bought low value trinkets over several years as gifts without problem, but made mistake of ordering a higher value gift (£90) for my brother's birthday. When there are problems I discovered Iwoot.com are a nightmare to try to deal with. Their 'system' ensures that every time you call or email you deal with somebody new. In my case I got nowhere. They are more keen about keeping your money than your custom. They put all their money into their feel good website, but this company is without substance. Giving a gift is important. Don't trust these muppets and instead choose a better company who can back you up when things go wrong.

Great website with fun new things that are not commonplace, great prices and discounts on some items also the delivery is very fast and efficient, user friendly website and easy to pay, all in all would buy again very happy with the service provided

Faulty product leaking.

the frosty ice tankard, which was a present for my brother, was leaking! As it was wrapped in plastic, I was not aware of this until he unwrapped the cardboard box, and took the mug out. He passed it back to me. I was very upset and disappointed and embarrassed. Am not impressed.

unusual gift ideas, great service

I have used the IWOOT website several times when pondering "what can I get so and so for their Birthday?" It allows you to search by gender, type and price of item which means you can generally find something that meets your needs. E.g. is unique / well designed and competitively priced.

I like that the website offers free delivery, because postage & packing charges can add a lot to the bill making a cheap present online as expensive as popping down the shops. (You just need to order earlier to ensure it arrives on time!) There is still premium postage if you need it, but I like the fact there's a choice

irritating lack of response to possible large order

I was wanting to place an order for 120 smart safes but to order initially just one to see if it was what we wanted - without receiving confirmation from you of your ability to fulfil an order of 120, to save time, I had to order one smart safe as I am in Hong Kong - considering this was a large order, no wonder there are stories of companies finding it difficult to succeed in the UK with this lack of response and service

Wouldn't shop there again

First time customer, lost my order, then couldn't leave customer services a message whilst logged in - just a blank page, then they kept on delaying sending out a replacement even long after the 10 working days, finally arrived more than a month later. Trust Amazon, doesn't matter how much cheaper these guys are.

Marmite key ring - love or hate the service - Love it!

Easy to order and receive. A good quality and querky product that was bought as a little present for Valentine's Day for my Marmite loving husband. He has found it very useful too!

Unique.

I've loved this website for a couple of years now, some very strange but great gifts. The items were a little damaged and squashed into a tiny box, but nevertheless, generally happy.

Just wonderful products

I've been shopping with IWOOT for a few years now and just love that they keep finding new products that make me smile, are good value and deliver when I want. There have been a few complaints but in the two years I've been shopping I've not had an issue. Definitely got the best range of wacky and fun products on the web and always seem to have something that I want for myself. Well done IWOOT for making me a happy shopper.

Quick to take your cash but impossible to contact with problems

I received part of the order in time for a Christmas party, the balance I did not want as it was 2 weeks overdue before I cancelled they said after a lengthy email wait that the order was in the system and they could not cancel!

Further emails ignored, requesting then instructing them to cancel.

4 weeks later!! still being regularly updated with apologise for the delay order will be sent soon!! Needles to say funds taken instantly, still no goods.

Very rarely do I leave poor feedback but in this case absolutely justified.

Querky, original, value for money items delivered on time to my door.

Alwatys delivered on time and there is a vast amount of choice, with products often not found on other sites. Often get sent discount codes via email.

I ORDER AN ITEM THAT I NEVER RECEIVED , MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM.

The best site since the invention of the internet

The site is full of wonders and you can spend hours just looking a all the gadgets on there, the products that they sell are of heigh quality and delivery is very fast the prices are very competitive and there are usually special offers.

Their returns system has a glitch.

When I tried to send them an e-mail, I keep getting sent to the log in page, which I've already done! Very frustrating!

Fast delivery and super product

My tetris light was delivered promptly and was very competitively prices. Communication was good, letting me know when my product would be delivered etc. Great customer service and a company I would trust and happily use again. Highly recommend.

Excellent items, nice prices but...

I ordered an item at 3:40pm on Thursday and paid £5 extra for next day delivery as I wanted it for the weekend. However, it wasn't dispatched until the next day (I got the email at 2:30pm - 23 hours after the order), and arrived on Monday.
Other than that, I found the site easy to navigate and a pleasure to use.

Excellent selection - easy to navigate, and sent fast

I had been looking for a new bathrobe for some time, and came across one on Iwantoneofthose by chance.
After reading the description, I thought I may as well give it a try, as it sounded good - and i have to say, I am pleased I did.
For a start, the price was better than anywhere else I had seen for the same bathrobe,
It also came with free delivery, which is always a bonus.
the site itself, which I had a good look around, is very easy to navigate, easy to read, and well stocked.
The robe arrived fairly quickly - although this is when we had a little snow, so deliveries were behind a bit anyway.
Overall, my shopping experience with Iwantoneofthose was excellent, and one i would repeat again.
Recommended.

This was just the thing for my parents who had told me not to buy them anything, so I couldn't go wrong with this package of "nothing". They absolutely loved it and I would buy this time and again. Practically perfect in every way!

Absolutely loved my recent order from iwoot, it came the next day and for once what I ordered online actually exceeded my expectations. Everything was brilliant and people ask me where I got the stuff all the time. Chuffed to bits and will be ordering some more things very soon! :)

Took way to long for delivery !!!

The order took 1 week for delivery, after I had notification of dispatch. This meant the present was late which I feel is totally unacceptable.

I find the website misleading as does not make it clear as to delivery times and should not take 1 week from supposed dispatch date. I get the impression it was just left sitting around and was not actually dispatched at all.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and I will no longer be shopping with you due to this.

Amaizing service and loved the gadgets!!!

I chose a deal of three items for 20 pounds which saved me at least 12 pounds off what buying the items separately would have cost so was very happy with that. It was easy to checkout especially using the handy PayPal option so you know your payment is secure! Items arrived very promptly and packaged very careful. My order came as detailed/descripted. Good strong packing and everything comes with shock absorbent filling to stop any breakages. I ordered a gift for Christmas quite close to the date and was sceptical, but I was surprised when the order turned up BEFORE the expected delivery date.
I am very impressed by this company and will continue to order from them in the future. They have some great prices and deals.

I don't understand the bad reviews,never had any problems with IWOOT ever

I was stuck for Xmas present ideas and as usual managed to find inspiration on the IWOOT website. I was worried whether it would get to the recipients in time (as usual I was very late buying anything) but it was fine, everything got there in time. I've bought items from IWOOT for years albeit not that frequently, but I've never had a bad experience. Then again I've never had to return anything either, so can't vouch for how they handle problems.

I've shopped with IWOOT several times now and I have to say it's now my go to website for that difficult friend you need to buy a present for or even just a browse for myself.
