Probably the worst customer service I've had ever.
Ordered a pair of gloves online via their site, opted to have the most expensive shipping due the fact they promised to offer a 2 hour delivery slot of my choosing. Received nothing about this after purchase. Chalked this up to the 3rd party delivery company. Tried contacting iwoot, no phone number. Emailed them. 2 days later I got a generic message showing the customer service advisor had not read the email at all. Due to the fact I had somewhere to be I had to track down the delivery company and negotiate with them to leave the item with a neighbour.
After receiving the item I found the gloves were the wrong size and colour. Due to their being no sizing information on the site and me taking a guess at medium I emailed again asked about a return policy to which I got another message back answer a question I did not ask.
Finally after a few emails back and forth, not to mention a number of platitudes, I got a return address and return application. With this I left specific instruction with them (again via email, but also in the return application submitted online AND a note inside the package) asking for a larger size to be sent to me.
2 weeks later and nothing, so I emailed again. Less than helpful reply. Finally a resolution: I get a refund, not a replacement. I am not even going to bother emailing them.
I'd suggest you don't bother dealing with them if you value your sanity.
