Very bad experience

I sended a faulty item to them more then a mouth ago and I`m still waiting to sent me a new item back .Very bad communication .Plese people don`t buy from that internet website they are not reliable.

A site filled with awesome stuff that you must have!

Such a great range of items! Its the second time i have used them and have been satisfied with there speed and quality of items. Seriously if you see something you like you should buy it.

Anonymous presents don't make a christmas

I live abroad from my family. I love using websites to send them gifts. I need to be able to send them a message and let them know who it is from. Come on guys the technology aint that tough to master!

Out of time

I ordered an item beacuse i needed it as a birthday gift. A week after my order I received an e-mail with the delivery date. Te item hasn't arrived until this date ad I waited for it for another week... after this week the birthday has been celebrated, I had to run to a shop to buy an another gift and my order arrived to my home 3 days later. Total time to wait: 14 working days... Never happened before with other sites...

A good service!

I ordered quite a few items before Christmas, one of which I needed urgently for a Secret Santa present. It arrived in time, despite being on the day of the party, which was only 4 days later than ordered. All items arrived in good condition and as I expected them.
I would definitely shop here again, as the items are fun and different, although next time, I might make sure I leave myself longer delivery time!

Flawed Merchandise, lack of customer care

I am yet to hear a response from the store after requesting a return on a novelty pac-man mug that fell in half after the slightest of knocks. This is simply not good enough and I will not be shopping there again.

Poor service, dispatch and inability to contact for answers.

I placed my order on the 14th Dec for two Christmas presents one of which was dispatched on the 15th and turned up on the 22nd. (Which is a bit slow even for Christmas when considering I ordered other items from Firebox.com on the same day and they all arrived within 48hrs).

But mainly my second item had still not been dispatched by the 19th Dec, 5 days after ordering, and on inquiring on the IWOOT website I discovered that its estimated dispatch date was the 25th Dec?!

This was obviously unacceptable so I attempted to cancel my order through the website which failed on both occasions. I then phoned the IWOOT helpline 9 times during the 19th Dec but could not get through - I just got a rerecorded voice again and again saying to 'call back later due to a high volume of calls'.

I then emailed IWOOT direct through the website's Message Centre to ask to cancel my order as a 25th Dec dispatch was not acceptable to me and I got a somewhat flippant response saying:
'The despatch date you were given was just an estimated despatch date and is not true in this case anyway as no-one will be working on Christmas day so this information is false anyway. As the item is due to be sent out imminently there is chance it will arrive in time for Christmas.'

It did not arrive in time for Christmas.

The potty shooter I purchased came with a broken gun.

I cannot even play the potty shooter game because the plastic gun is broken.

COMPANY GOING BUST

This company sucks, there customer service..... Oh wait there is no customer service!!! Nobody has had any response from reviews left never mind a response regarding products that were bought. Money quickly taken from our account and after nearly two months no products and to call customer services and be told by the answering machine that all of the representatives are busy!! Ok at first but twenty minutes in and several annoying messages saying our call is important!! Please!! In fact iwantoneofthose keep the money you clearly need it to employ someone to answer a phone!!! So to sum up customer service non existent products errr non existent and your tracking service well that looks like it only tells you when your product has gone from one end of the building to the other!!! Good luck with the future of the site which I'm guessing is only still running of the profit of the money you TAKE from customers who never see there goods.

Bad customer service & faulty items

Whilst I appreciate the Christmas period is a busy time for all online retailers, I was sent out 3 'Telly Terminators' which were all faulty. I could never get through on the phone, and my enquiries through the website weren't answered for 4-5 days. I had to source 3 new presents a few days before Christmas. I probably wouldn't order from this company again.

I had no service from Iwoot!

If you look at my order history, you will see I ordered goods on 23rd Nov which, according to Iwoot, were despatched on 29 Nov. I never received this order and spent a small fortune attempting to contact Customer Services. After the requisite time, this order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation as to what the problem was. I re-ordered (but by now half the goods were unavailable). I had email confirmation these would arrive for Xmas. But no, yet again. And then the reason was 'problem with delivery'. You have delivered to me for years - what is the problem now? I have still to receive the refund on this latest order and, on this experience, I doubt I will be placing another order or recommending you, as I have in the past.

Can you please explain what the problem with delivery is? Do you still deliver to the Channel Islands? If you don't, then you shouldn't take my order and money.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER

Do NOT use this supplier as your money will be taken and your order will NOT turn up. You will make repeated phone calls to 1 Want One of Those and no one will take responsibility. You will NOT be able to speak to a supervisor as they do not take calls and you will NOT be able to send emails through the the website. Four weeks after placing the order you will still be without your products and your money.

a cup was delivered broken and they are blaming the carrier when they never packed the cup to protect it from being broken. still waiting for a update when i get my money back.......poor customer service and i would not recommended them to anybody.

Great Product, slow service

I can't fault the products from iWoot, the descriptions and images are spot on. What lets iwoot down compared to its competitors is just how slow there are from order to delivery, six working days, in comparison to other major retailers next day at no extra charge is simply out of touch, and hopefully they will sort this soon.

Their product descriptions are misleading

I bought a photoframe clock. it is a clock surrounded by 12 photo (frames) that you can add your own pictures to.

Overall the product was good and the person it was for likes it. BUT IWOOTs description of the product was very misleading.

It clearly says twice in the description that the photo frames are 4x4 and 4x6 inches big. On every other photo frame I have viewed/purchased this size indicates the size of the photo it will hold. Not the dimensions of the outside of the frame.The product description does not make this clear, so it's reasonable to assume that these dimensions refer to the same area that all other dimensions on photo frames do.

This information is misleading. 4x4 and 6x4 inch photos are a reasonable size and I would not have bought this product if I knew what the actual sizes of the photos they can hold were (4X4 CM AND 6X4 CM) . It was too late for me to send this back as it was a christmas present for someone.

ON THE BOX THE CLOCK CAME IN, IT DOES STATE THE ACTUAL SIZES OF THE PICTURES IT HOLDS, WHY COULD IWOOT NOT DO THIS TO?

Hasn't let me down yet!

Always deliver quickly and in perfect condition. The constant discount offers sent make it worthwhile to buy from them, and I love getting weird bits and bobs from here for the family at Christmas. The only one minor negative is that they need to constantly check their prices against competitors as Amazon and Play.com as you can offer find the same or similar products cheaper!

Excellent service great buys

Well i found this through a section on msn about gadgets an spide a bagpus cat which turned out to be a heat bag you stick in microwave, only thing i dont like is the scent thats in the soft toy heat bag is Lavender, although its a great smell it tends to give me a headache as im allergic to it apparently. But would still buy as a gift idea but I wanted it for it being bagpus which i remember from my childhood. thanks for reading.

A company that does not deliver what it promises

1. Bought two experience days for mother and father for Christmas - items were in stock and money was taken. Was told around a week before Christmas that only one could be delivered so was refunded money for other. But this now means only one will be able to go on the experience day and the other was without a present at Christmas. Unacceptable.

2. After placing large order (over £100) because of website promise of delivery before Christmas, but then seeing on online account that some items wouldn't be actually delivered until well after Christmas, rang up to ask for next day delivery. My first phone call took around 40 minutes to get through, my second over an hour. This is ridiculous.

3. Items then didn't arrive for three days, even though next day delivery was promised.

I will never, ever be ordering from this company again and will spread the word of how bad the whole experience was.

A once great company become faceless, uncaring and automated

I placed a large order, over £100. The 'free delivery' wasn't free on checkout and I had to work out how to change it. Then my discount code kept disappearing and having to be entered again.
Next came an email saying, "we might not be able to deliver before Xmas" which means the advertising on the main site is dishonest.
In fact, all but one of the items arrived within a few days.
Then I got an email advising me that the remaining part of my order had been cancelled! Why? I did not ask for this. Of course I can't reply to the email as nobody reads the responses. I have to phone (at my expense). Or send an email to customer 'services' to get a corporate faceless uncaring response.
After many past purchases, I will NOT be using this company again.

Hasn't arrived!

I ordered on 13th December and it was despatched on 14th December but it hasn't arrived yet! I paid €10.39 delivery and an estimated delivery of 2-5 days, and the despatch email said on or before December 25th. Still waiting!

IWOOT is Excellent value for Money and very quick.

I had no trouble finding me way around the site, as I found to so easy. My biggest problem was trying to decide what to actually buy, as there was so much to choose from. Once the choices were made, and I had gone through "Checkout", I didn't have a very long wait, for my order to arrive. All in all, my latest shopping experience with IWOOT has been fun and very satisfying, and I have already told friends about the site, and will be shopping there again in the future.

Unique & interesting gift ideas

I've used IWOOT a few times now. Quality-wise you get what you pay for. I got some great secret santa gifts, a get well soon present and a great present for a teenager. If you're stuck for something interesting to buy and are fed up of giving smellies or booze this is a great little site.

All OK for us

Ordered a few items - all arrived in time for Christmas. All exactly as ordered and in good condition. No problems at all.
Happy to use them again in the future.

Arrived too late for Christmas

Despite being dispatched on 17th December, with a delivery date of on or before 20th December, item did not arrive until 28th December. Tried called customer services twice on 0845 number (I do object to paying for phone calls) and was unable to get through, no doubt due to other disgruntled customers.

Didn't get what I asked for

I ordered what I thought was a wirelss imusic pillow, however the produce which was delivered was not wireless at all. Comparing it to the pictures on their website, it was the same so I must assume that their product description is incorrect. When I emailed to let them know, their reply was 'sorry to hear your product is faulty'...so they obviously didn't read my email at all. I wanted to know if they could swap it for the correct product...if they even stock it. The product works fine, but it's not what I thought I was buying. I expected their customer service to be better - I understand it's a busy time around Christmas, but it's quite clear they didn't read my email at all, and other shoppers will now buy something but receive a quite different product.

Very bad customer service

I complained because my order had not been received. To be let down was bad enough, but the reply I received from customer services for my complaint was a sarcastic brush off.

As it happens my order did eventually come, but i shall never use this company again and will certainly tell everyone i meet about my experience of their staff.

Didn't receive, customer support useless just a complete waste of time

Placed an order on the 12th December, delivery should have been within 5 working days. Still haven't receieved, dispatched over a week late and customer support are completely useless. Good job the order was only for £30 and to be completely honest it is not even worth the stress and hassle of trying to deal with it.

Rubbish Items still not arrived.

Completely dissatisified. 6 xmas presents still not arrived. People for which they were intended have now returned to the UK, so if items arrive I will have to post them back to the UK. If I had wanted them sending to the UK I would have done that at the time of ordering. I have now lost faith in your company and will never use you again and will warn others about your service too.

Unacceptable customers service. Complained by the phone about the delivery and given a wrong telephonennumber to call. Sent an email of complaint and the reply was totally dismissive. Now I understood that I will receive my money back but I will loose the £12 for the extra delivery that never arrived on time.

Awful service

Ordered an item on 9th December, shown as in stock and available for delivery in 3-5 days. After 5 days, there was no sign of the item even being dispatched and I had to send a query asking when it would be delivered. After a further 4 days, I finally received a response to say the item was out of stock and could not be guaranteed in time for Christmas.
I then tried to cancel the order as I had to buy it elsewhere, but was unable to do so online as it had been ordered as part of a 3 for £20 deal... so had to send another email to customer services on the 18th of December asking how this could be done. Having had no response or acknowledgement by the 27th of December, I had to send yet another mail to chase. A response was received on 28th December cancelling the item, but also including very patronising instructions on how to cancel an order online - which I had already tried to do, but was not possible as the item was part of the deal... the person responding had clearly not read any part of my original mail where this was explained.
This is the second Christmas running that items shown as in stock when ordered were actually no longer in stock, and had to be bought elsewhere at the last minute (despite being ordered several weeks before December 25th). That, on top of the very slow responses to queries, means I will likely never use IWOOT again, and advise others to think very carefully before ordering from their website.

never arrived!

I ordered a present for my sister last Christmas which never arrived but I thought i'd risk it again this year and ordered something for my mother. Still no sign of it. What a let down. TWICE!

Not Happy

Contacted yourselves with regards to postage costs and was advised I had clicked for next day delivery hence the charge. Ok I accepted this. Not happy that my items were NOT delivered the next and I had paid for this and it was several days before they arrived. I contacted yourselves regarding this and also to get a refund of the shipping costs and received NO reply.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my sister a few weeks ago. Instead I received a 'Moustache Mug'. I emailed IWOOT about it. They sent me back an automated-email. It was non-sensical, I think the gist was they wanted me to post back the mug, but I think their computer system was broken, it was full of asterisks:

Thank you for ordering **PRODUCT**.... Your reference number is *********... Thank you **ADVISOR NAME***

I emailed them back immediately asking for clarification. It's been a few weeks now and still nothing.

If you've got £20 you never want to see again, please go to this website. If you actually want a good gift, go to Firebox.com instead.

So terrible I am amazed you have asked for a review- of a product I still do not have!

I am truly at a loss for words that all these automated emails asking me to review or praise you or this product still come. I have had no support, nobody come back to me about a product that you have no problem taking my money for and that I have not seen. It took me some time to find a way to contact you (no number to call that I could see). Your automated email reply supposedly from 'Mike' or some other fictitious person that told me It had been dispatched, but could take up to 14 days, so if I have not had it by the 24th (Christmas eve...) to come back to you. Thanks for that. I still don't have it. I had to get another present. I thought ordering 2weeks before would have been enough, guess that's on me. But I know I keep in contact with people who place their trust in me, even if it is only for a small gift for Christmas. I will never use you again, and will discourage others. You get 1 star only because I ad no option of leaving none.
