Great price fast delivery

Finding pants is hard- there's a certain fit/design you want - you don't want to spend £20 for one item that may or may not be what you want, but you definatley want nice pants! Iwantpants has it all at a great price and will deliver swiftly to your door. I've used this site a few times now and it's 100% better that trawling through high street shops. Great site

Great super quick customer service

The pair of swimming trunks that I initially ordered were not the right fit. So I emailed Iwantpants to see I could exchange them for a pair of the right size. I received a reply within about 10 minutes telling me to send the trunks back and confirming that they could swap them for a different pair. I sent them back, and within a few working days I received another pair of the right size. Iwantpants didn't even charge me the difference between the cost of the first pair that I ordered and the second pair that ended up with. Top quality customer service!

Genuine company - genuine products

They only have a few of a few items in a few sizes, but if you look hard enough you can find a gem of a bargain and, sometimes several, so it's worth having a look on the website at least once a week to see what's new and they might just have your size. If they do, bliss, because you know they're genuine (you will see the quality when you receive them) as compared to a lot of designer websites who have loads of shoddy items that are so obviously fake. I recommend this website, and it really is worth taking the trouble to look at what I Want Pants has at a bargain price and not be ripped off by something that seems cheap, but is because its fake and poor quality - I talk from bitter experience!

i purchased an item with you on the 20/03/13 i have heard nothing from you at all i have rung loads of times and its an answering machine i have also emailed you several times and you havent replyed to my emails. you took the money out my account a day after i made the purchase am i recieving my item or not??

Do not use this company

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received anything from them, I have sent several emails and tried to call but no response. They have taken full payment but I am unable to contact to get a refund. I have reported to police and raised a dispute with the bank. Awful customer service and no products.

Just do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!

I have used this company in the past and not had issues but, to cut a long, long story short, I will never use them again and would suggest that you don't either.

The guy that deals with orders on this site is a total idiot and has no concept of customer service. His communication is virtually non existent.

My last order, believe it or not, has been open OVER ONE WHOLE YEAR!

I ordered a number of items including 2 x Equmen Singlets on the 21st February 2012. To my surprise, after ordering the items 7 months previously, I did actually receive one of them in September. The other one...well, I'm still waiting. I have sent literally tens of emails to him chasing and just have nothing back. The one time he did respond with a compromise (alternative item) he didn't even have the decency to follow through on his own suggestion!

I cannot tell you how mad I am with this company. I actually posted on here my experience but then retracted it after he at least sent part of the order through. This time, it's staying and I just urge you to give this poor excuse for a company a big miss!

pimp! simple, quick and easy

Great selection of men's underwear. the only thing i did find a little annoying was that there were a few pairs of boxer shorts i liked but didn't have my size but there is plenty to choose from so i bought some others instead. Cool website and its a good idea.

No problems and fast delivery.

Would have given 5 stars but the site was low on stock and size medium in particular so didn't get all the pants I wanted but otherwise very happy with what I ordered.

I got these for my 14 year old son and he absolutely loves them. He said the Ralph Lauren bed shorts are so comfortable - he has the red ones too.
Great site well presented and easy to find what your looking for. They do every style and designer make, so you don't need to look no further. I wiill definitely be buying my sons pants and bed wear from here in the future.

Fantastic! All round great online purchasing with iwantpants.

I was hard pressed to find pink swim briefs for a charity swim for the cure event in Canada and couldn't find reasonably priced products in a secure format. After a day of browsing I came upon some very hot swimwear at incredible prices (even with the exchange rate it was still cheaper than US/Canada- believe it or not). You just cannot get this brand here and they look AWESOME! Great cut and wear (so far) and the colours are fab. Iwantpants offer free shipping (which is a HUGE factor for us overseas buyers) and the service is highly reliable (Mastercharge was great with the purchase- no hassles). I got my swimwear quickly and in mint condition.
Great job and I will be browsing for spring fashions when the snow here melts.

Won't give me a refund, and is refusing to respond to either me, or the Royal Mail

I've never known anything like it. I returned goods in perfect condition (unwanted gift) but iwantpants / Jeremy is refusing to acknowledge return, even though I used recorded delivery and have emailed several times. As I heard nothing I put in a claim for lost goods through the Royal Mail, but they of course wrote to iwantpants to ask for confirmation that the goods were not received by the company, but did not get a reply. Consequently I have not had a refund from iwant pants and am not able to claim through the Royal Mail (because Jeremy won't respond to them either) so my money is lost even though I retuned the goods. Very poor service.

It says on the website that delivery should be done with 30 days. Well I'm over that now and still waiting and despite emailing twice and ringing (which is permanent answer phone) I've heard nothing back. I've bought from iwantpants.com before and used to get quick delivery and good service. Now I'm severely disappointed and I have had to chase my last two orders from them and still have had no idea when I will be getting this one. I've even emailed saying I want a refund but no response to that either. I've got to the point now I don't even want my pants just a refund.
Won't ever be buying from them again and their emails are now heading to my spam box.
Time to send another email to see if anyone can be bothered to reply.
