I ordered an item for just under £30 on 07/11/2012 which was out of stock (I was aware of this at the point of ordering). I was happy to wait for the item, which was stated to be back in stock in approximately a month's time. It is now mid June 2013 and I have still not received my order or been given a refund! I've only been able to contact the company by email as I can't find a phone number on the website. The "contact us" email address is <external link removed> and despite emailing on numerous occasions nothing has been done to resolve this!
