I wanted to return some shorts which were too small, and I recieved no response to my repeated emails. As there is no phone number on the website I'm now stuck with shorts I can't wear. Poor.
There was an excellent choice of boxers, with brands that are difficult to get hold of elsewhere. I was spoilt for choice, but ended up ordering a multi-pack, at an excellent price.
After ordering I promptly received my confirmation email and then subsequently my dispatch confirmation. My boxers arrived very quickly and were exactly what I wanted.
Altogether an excellent service.

However, I purchased another item and I still haven't received it after 3 weeks of placing the order. No one has replied to me, I feel really annoyed!

arrived pretty much the next day, product was what i ordered and fits fine. The selection on website could be bigger (it used to be) but ive used the company for years and never had any issues
Good prices, although please don't put on your website that delivery will be 1st class when it takes three weeks.
Also when you have a contact number on your website, please make sure it works and somebody actually picks up the phone rather than an automated message saying about how you are too busy at the moment.

sent wrong size for one of my items and one item missing and they dont reply to any messageshave sent about 5 plus you cannot speak to anyone on the phone its a recorded message telling you to send them a message very poor site.
I'm being asked to review before the goods arrive! I've bought before and was impressed at the speed of delivery. My last two orders have taken weeks and still not arrived just got an email to say have been dispatched! This needs to improve and you have now lost a customer as ill go elsewhere with better service, sorry!
I ordered an item for a birthday present, paid extra for 1st class postage but the package arrived a week after the birthday. Had I known there would be a delay in delivery I could have planned for it. There was no advise on ordering that there was a warehouse change or something along those lines. However , the item was very good value and will keep until Christmas!
I placed my order and paid for Royal Mail first class, which should take 1-2 days. After emailing them on a number of occasions with no response they got in touch with me 6 days later with a confirmation email with the tracking number. The over all service wasn't great but the products were amazing.
Used this online site for a few years,ordering things for my wife and I. I've never had any issues; any returns have been dealt with promptly and the goods have always been top notch. I would, and have recommended this site to many people.

Whist not all styles of underwear are always available, when there is something, it's just as described and is the fastest and most satisfying on-line purchase / delivery I've experienced on the web - hope my next order is just as good :)
prices are excellent and service quick and efficient. Only thing I would say is that sometimes the items arrive in a box that is a little big so when you open it up the items have been roughed up a bit. Bit to be honest this is being very picky and seeing as I mostly buy underwear from you it goes straight into the wash anyway!

I ordered an item for just under £30 on 07/11/2012 which was out of stock (I was aware of this at the point of ordering). I was happy to wait for the item, which was stated to be back in stock in approximately a month's time. It is now mid June 2013 and I have still not received my order or been given a refund! I've only been able to contact the company by email as I can't find a phone number on the website. The "contact us" email address is <external link removed> and despite emailing on numerous occasions nothing has been done to resolve this!
After filling out the delivery/banking details on my phone, i accidentally typed the wrong billing/shipping postcode. One email sorted this & didnt slow down the order. I've had issues similar to this in the past with large companies and they were unable to make similar changes. Awesome work
