absolutely amazing in everyway

I would recommend this company to anyone - I recently purchased Armani underpants for my partner - after ordering these I realised I had selected the incorrect size I emailed the company straight away and they were only to happy to help and ammended the size straight away - I was amazed at how thorough the company was in helping me. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

They have a huge range of products and are the only UK stockist of Ginch Gonch underpants, which are my favourite brand.

I ordered two items and after 23 minutes after ordering/receiving order email, I received an email saying that it had been dispatched. The package arrived the next day. Now that's fast! And it was using standard first class postage.

I ordered the wrong item colour and didnt realise until I had a dispatch email! Jeremy at customer service not only found the parcel to stop delivery but the hunted to find me the correct ones, as one was out of stock he found me the nearest item to the one ordered! I then received my parcel the following morning! The best customer service I have ever received and fantastic products! Will definitely be using this company again.

The only bad thing I have to say about IWantPants is that they had not much stock in size S when I bought my stuff, so I ended up buying just whatever I could find, not what I really wanted. The rest was excellent, promptly arrived, and pricing is great.

Great products at a fair price but the delivery could be improved

Browsed the site during the Christmas period to purchase some boxers for myself and found that they stocked a lot of good brands and had a nice selection of items with a good discount when I was on there. I ended up buying a pair of Armani briefs and paid for next day delivery but for some reason, possibly because of a higher workload for the company due to the Christmas period and their discounts, I was only told that my time had been dispatched about 4 days later which basically means I paid for fast delivery for no reason. Other than that it's a good site and ill definitely use it again.

Only just on internet had seen the ads in GQ was first site I visited 5 pairs of calvins later and i'd had my fix ! Only complaint wish prices and availability of sizes was clearer . Lot of searching to get price then to find your s ize not available ! Apart from delivery etc was great !
