undie-stand this site is addictive !

Only just on internet had seen the ads in GQ was first site I visited 5 pairs of calvins later and i'd had my fix ! Only complaint wish prices and availability of sizes was clearer . Lot of searching to get price then to find your s ize not available ! Apart from delivery etc was great !

Great service throughout.

Easy to use website, fast payment, very quick dispatch and delivery. Third time I have used them and will be again in future. If I had to be slightly picky would like to see a couple more top brands or styles but that is being picky. Would definitely recommend.

Receiving orders great, getting refund on refunds appauling and unexceptible

The web site was frustrating in that limited or no sizes available for various pants.
Once goods ordered, prompt service and good packaging.
We returned goods with proof of purchase and posting for two separate orders back in July. Chased in September by email and on-line. Still no communication at all or most importantly no refund.

Quick and briliant service

The place to buy exciting underwear!

I have used iwantpants for a number of years. They remain the best place to buy men's underwear online in the UK. They stock all the current (and future) trends in underwear. I consider them somewhat of a vanguard and a source of inspiration for men's underwear. They are a breath of fresh air in what is often seen as a rather dull and drab market.

My only criticism is that during sales and busy periods they can be slow to respond to emails, but they make up for it by being accommodating and providing excellent value for money.

Got just what I wanted and a great price

Was looking for some new additions to the underwear drawer and they had some good deals on. Postage and packaging was discreet and im very happy with my purchases, as is my partner! They weren't on for very long...

Great delivery but search for product could be easier

The pants arrived in perfect time.
There weren't so many sizes left in the stock on line. I would like to have looked for anything in large size but had to search on each individual item and then check if the size was available each time. Took ages to find any in large.

My experience with IWantPants was a very good one. I first saw them advertised in the back of GQ so I decided to have a look - the website was easy to navigate, paying was painless and the delivery was pretty quick, what else could I want?

When I ordered from this company I did not expect to receive the order from the very next day. Great quality products, fast service, fantastic communication will be buying again!

BEWARE of this company!

I bought a set of 3 Armani pants from this company and when I received them the packaging was badly damaged. The item was meant to be a gift so I checked to see if the description mentioned anything about damaged box - nothing.

So I contacted the company by e-mail and waited. 2 weeks later still no response I contacted them again and called and still nothing. I have now contacted them 6 times and not one reply back!

The item is still unused and in it's box with tags and I am so annoyed. The number they give is obviously just a ploy to make you think they are a legit company but they never EVER pick up - just a guy saying "we are busy this time of year".

I suspect the item is a fake and now will have to take this further. Please keep your money and shop somewhere reputable - I will from now on as it's not worth the risk.

Update: Thank you for replying to my complaint. I find it strange that you had the time to reply to this and not to the several messages through your site AND email on invoice over the past 2 months!

As mentioned on your website I need a 'code' of some sort before I can send it back to you. There was no returns info sent with item. I have also read some other customer complaints and one mentioned they returned their item and had not received refund hence why I am reluctant just send item as I spent £30!

Plus, will I receive the money to send them back as none of this is actually my fault? As mentioned on your website if the item is damaged then you will refund in full. Yes, the underwear is not damaged (I haven't actually checked) but it's a gift and the box has a massive hole in it!!!!

I am happy to send them back if I get a full refund (including the money to send back which will be recorded as I have no faith in your customer service.) If all does go well then I will consider changing my rating and review. But for now I feel it is important for other customers to be aware of your customer care - which is appalling. Plus, I think you will find tags can be faked. I said I suspected the item to be because once you buy an item from iwantpants.com it is virtually impossible to get in touch for returns or complaints. I will be sending the item back once I get confirmation of refund.

Yes, we are very busy at the moment.
You can return the Armani 3pk to us at the address on the invoice that was enclosed with the goods, if you no longer have it the address is on the website under the 'Returns' section. The item however, is not fake and we only deal with the brands drectly, our Emporio Armani stock come direct from Giorgio Armani in Italy and as you mention they do have the genuine Emporio Armani authentication tags still on them. We may every now and again receive a slightly damaged box but this in no way affects the quality of the underwear.

We would advise sending back recorded delivery and a refund will be processed.
Furthermore, Emporio Armani can be contacted on 0207 368 8880 and they will verify for you that the item you purchased is genuine if you so wish.

Having now read other reviews....I realise I'm not alone by not having emails replied to and money being taken yet NO delivery. Will be taking legal action if I dont receive a response in the next 48 hours and will never buy again despite having spent £100's previously....

THEN....got an answer after posting the above review only to be fobbed off for another month. Still got my money.....still no goods.....still no email reply or phone call apology. Only one option left from here.....

Ipants you can depend on !

Just used Ipants to buy some underwear for the first time, and very very happy with them. Package arrived within a couple of days of ordering and was very easy to order as well ! I would definately recommend them to anyone !

This is a NO and NEVER reply to questions company - I hate it.

All in all - non existing service.

I can see that your ordre shipped to you in Denamrk 4 days after your order was placed. If you log in to your account you will be able to see the tracking number (This was also emailed to you).

Erratic and inconsistant

When goods are delivered they arrive very quickly, and are of good quality, but on random occasions nothing turns up! Trying to get hold of [Name] is impossible - no one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. So the only resort is to raise a Paypal dispute to get a refund!

**** ALWAYS USE PAYPAL WHEN DEALING WITH IWANTPANTS!! ****

at least you will have a way of getting your money back.

This website sells pants, incase you didn't guess...

The website isn't great visually in my opinion but I am fussy as I'm a web designer.
However the prices are very good, delivery is free and quick :)
