If I could have chosen no stars I would!
I placed my order (for my partners birthday) on the 1st of October. It's now the 16th and his birthday has been and gone and still no sign of my order. I have contacted Jacamo numerous times over this order only to be told they will send me out a letter for me to sign and send back to them conforming the parcel hasn't been delivered. Strangely, they say the delivery days and times aren't always accurate and I should allow 10 days from placing my order. It certainly doesn't mention this on their website! I would love to know who is running this Mickey Mouse operation.
