OUTSTANDING SERVICE AT AN UNBEATABLE PRICE
I was amazed at the price (nearly 30% cheaper) & a bit dubious from ordering on-line from a company i've never heard of or used, the service was better than outstanding, communication all the way from the point of order to following up after item recieved, i was given a one hour time slot for delivery which only cost £1.99 even though a fairly large order placed, order turned up on time, well packaged. All in all best ever internet shopping experience - Thank you

Could not fault this company
This company gave me discount with no quibble. The goods unfortunately was not what I was expecting. I ordered a walker which said it would not tip when baby pushed it but that was not so. It tips very easy. As far as their customer service is concerned it was 1st class.

Hi, we're glad you like the website. Sadly we are closing our shop in Macclesfield- town centre as footfall is reducing significantly and we have decided to close on the 26th May. Everything is 30% off and there are bargins at 50% off. The online store will continue and be unaffected by the closure.

I purchased some Octonauts toys for my son recently from Jac-in-a-Box; I couldn't find them elsewhere in the shops or online. Not only were the toys a good price, they were posted promptly and arrived very quickly indeed. The items arrived in perfect condition as they were very well packaged. My impatient son was delighted to receive his Octonauts toys (they cheered him up when he was sick) and he is enjoying them very much.

Had never heard of this company but paid with paypal so figured I would be covered if anything went wrong. No need to worry though! Email to say order had been received, another to say item had been dispatched and by what method (so I would know when to expect). Items were received very quickly and were well packaged so no chance of any damage. Disappointing as my order was cancelled by Jacinabox.
I placed an order for an Angry Birds Plush toy. The order was accepted and payment was taken. However a couple of days later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. This was disappointing as I had to start all over again with my purchase. It would have made more sense it it was clear from the start that the item was out of stock.

Best Ever
Easy to use website, quick delivery. Received plenty of information about when my item was going to be delivered (e-mail and text), right down to an hour slot, and was able to change the delivery day if I wasn't going to be in. Ordered 3 Octonaut Gups and a Hex Bug habitat. The order was noticibly cheaper - so much so that I did a bit of research to make sure it wasn't a fake site. Placed order on Saturday, paid £1.99p for 2nd class delivery, arrived on Tuesday, and I was informed of the process from door to door throughout. I'm not the sort of person that bothers writing reviews - so I guess this speaks for itself!
