Always prompt and efficient service.
We have ordered a few times from Jac In a Box in the past. My little boy is mad on wooden trains and Jac In a Box offer a great range of stock and at a competitive price. The wooden train range from Bigjigs is great and there is always something new to add to my son's ever growing set. I always recommend Jac In a Box to friends and family. We will continue to use Jac In a Box in the future.

Very fast delivery, good communication on delivery time and date
Delivery was super fast, within 24hours of placing order. Toys all ok. I had ordered a doll stroller. Very good quality of toy, very robust. Unfortunately the sun cover was fixed the wrong way which meant I had to take it off and mend it on correctly on my own, not quite ideal.

I chose jacinabox as they had the item I wanted for a present for my little girl at good price and delivery costs. Unfortunately I cannot rate the item as after more than five days still waiting.

The worst services I've ever experienced from online store.
First time to visit Jackinabox, and be naived to make an order over GBP500. Without any reason or explanation, the shop cancelled my order. This was really wasting my time and money. Will definitely not engage with Jackinabox or any shops related to the store anymore.

Ordered on Friday, arrived on Wednesday - brilliant.
I have not yet given the bigjigs signal box, lifting bridge and tracks I ordered to my son, as they are from his yet-to-be-born little sister, but having looked at the boxed items when they arrived, I am sure he will love them.

We can only apologise for their error. We pick the correct items, pack them as well as we can and then hand them over to a man in a van. Despite using some of the better couriers it goes wrong occasionally.

Great company, and service, would highly recommend
It was great ordering from jacinabox, the product I ordered was a toy that seemed to be sold out everywhere I looked or it was very expensive, jacinabox not only stocked it but it was at a good price, I also needed it on next day delivery which was very efficient, was texted a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery so I didn't have to be in all day, and the postage charge I thought was reasonable.
