i would not hesitate to recomend jacinabox to all my friends and family.I ordered assorted mushi monster key pets and soft toys for my grandaughters birthday,they arrived very quickly and i was kept up to date about the movement of the parcel ,my grandaughter was overjoyed.

Great and efficient service
Great that they give you an hour window when the item will be delivered. Would be great if you could know this the day before and not only from after 8am on the same morning.
Otherwise spot on.

Excellent first class service
I ordered a wooden train set on line with Jacinabox who I have never dealt with before. Their price was competitve and the train set arrived the very next day. Their delivery company even told me between what hours they would deliver which has been my fist experience ever to get such first class service.
Would certainly use the company again.

Excellent price and excellent communication
This is my first purchase from jac in a box and have been very impressed with the service and price.
The Lego was cheaper than any other store, I ordered it on the 19th and it turned up on the 23rd and I was able to track it and the courier was spot on with their delivery time slot.
I will be using Jacinabox again

Not got order still and no help sorting it!
Ordered it and when still not here after should have been. called and was told to call back in few days if still not arrived . Called back few days later and told actually still could take
Another week! As have to allow post office max 15 work days after gets to them. Should be told fromt the start how long could take as now the present for my son will not be given to him on his birthday. Thanks

Found Jacinabox online, after wanting to complete a collection of toys for my son. Jacinabox completed my order in an extremely fast manner, with the items delivered within 3 days of ordering, they kept me informed throughout, with the expected delivery date and kept to it, and sent exactly the items i requested after i completed the additional info box on the order form

Good store using a poor delivery service.
I wanted an item that was a bit difficult to find. Jacinabox had it and the price was reasonable. The purchase was straightforward and they gave me notification of my delivery times which inspired confidence. I still haven't recieved my package, but Jacinabox have been approachable and helpful in trying to get DPD to get their act together.
