Received two copies of the new World of Warcraft expansion on the day before it was due to be released. The games were well packaged and sent by Special Delivery. I was also kept up to date with the status of my order. What more can one ask for? Brilliant service. Thank you!
The item that I ordered arrived on time and well packaged,unfortunately a few of the pages were loose in the manual. Jack of all games immediately agreed to refund my payment and contact was immediate.
dealt with joag 4 or 5 times now,& a pleasure to deal with. very fast delivery & good prices. recommended through ebay or direct by their website,ive used both,& found prices vary sometimes a little cheaper on ebay ,sometimes vice versa
I paid for something using debit card, they took the cash even though it was out of stock.... still no sign of the goods and I've tried to contact them quite a few times. It's been over two months now.
What steps can you take to get your money back????????
Pre-ordered alot of games amounting to £234+. Spoke to "Tim" who told me they can only refund via the method they was paid (PayPal) but I was banned off of there for no reason of my own fault (why hasn't PayPal banned JOAG?) I had not received a few products so sent another email and someone named "Lee" gave a refund of £63 to my bank account which atm seems amazing looking at some other stories.
I then asked for the rest of the pre-orders to get refunded and got a reply from Tim again saying that it was a mistake and that I shouldn't have received that refund (?) and that they'd only be able to refund me via PayPal again but it had been passed the 60 days.
Rung up trading standards and a company has 30 days of product release date to offer a refund and they are right in doing so via the original payment method and that it is up to them if they refund another way. I have to and will be contacting Trading standards again for the rest of my £234 and advise others to do the same as I hate scammers.
There website is currently down now and will probably not be back up for awhile. Complete scam artists and hopefully legal action will get the money back.

Ordered camera for christmas. Just read other comment for my experience. Have waited to just beyond Paypals 45 days so chances are slim to get money back. Why are paypal still allowing transfers to this site? Aiming to report to Polic,Tax office and BBC Watchdog - shocking all round.
They deducted the funds and provided an Order Number within one day of placement. Since then absolute silence and no goods have arrived. I have e-mailed them several times and the only communication is an automated response promising a reply in 24 hours. It has been eight weeks now.
Placed my order with these "retailers" on 6th December 2010, i have still not received my item today, continuous phone calls end up with being placed on hold for up to 30 mins at a time, even being hung up on as well. Now cancelled my order, wonder how long my refund will take
Like everyone I ordered a product in december and they promised me a delivery on the 24th January...but nothing, I did not receive anything and no response or reply. I have sent them a cancellation email and it has been ignored.
I am pleased I read the comments on that forum before the 60 days. I have now contacted my bank and opened a dispute. I was not aware about the 60 days. Thank you again for all your reviews !!
under no circumstances use this company why do this
ring up local trading standards and your banks get things moving on this scam company get the law on your side and stop them . by law you have to give them 60 days to comply with sale or refund get them in court
Purchased a replacement PS3 Blu-Ray mech, which failed after a few months. Politely contacted the company, requesting nothing more than their assistance, but they failed to answer my emails. They actually blacklisted me after the first email! The WORST customer service I have ever come accross and they diddnt even have the decency to reply to my emails, even to say they couldnt help. AVOID this group of amateurs at ALL costs...!
