This was shipped and arrived with me very quick the week before Christmas. Was in top condition and I managed to fix 2 controllers with all the parts. I'm a bad loser so controllers get broken sometimes, so it is nice to know I can repair them myself and I know I can buy parts from a reliable source.
Same story as other reviwers here, ordered latest Warcraft addon pack on pre order back in October, website shows as shipped, but no item has been forthcomming. Multiple updates on shipping requested via their website, but apart from the 'we will respond with 24 hours' auto reply, nothing.
Also, as the payment was made over 45 days ago, unable to pursue the case via PayPal....
Avoid, unless you want disapiontment too.
I ordered a Camera 10 days ago. Thier tracking service states in Progress, waiting Shipment. They answered one E-Mail but did not answer the Questions I asked. Second E-Mail ignored. Phoned thier repair centre twice and suprise they ignored my calls. I assume they dont even have the item in stock.
Totally rude and un profesional to not keep customers in the loop. I have now cancelled my order and trust I will get a quick refund.
This company is one of the best I have ever purchased from. Jack do a massive range of stuff all of it quality repair parts or clever console mods, I use them regularly and they have yet to let me down. Quick free delivery also on everything. Better than using eBay and getting scammed!!!

You need to let camera shops in Ireland that you exist and its easy to fit if time is taken and it can be found on you tube on hot to fit.
i ordered a video camera from these on 21 Oct 2010, they took money and i wait for it to arrive! nothing!! 3 days later they inform me that they have over sold! and i would have to wait till 19 november for more stock! not by email i might add, only on their website!! the 19 came and went nothing ! no communication at all!! i phone leave numerous messages and no reply, loads of emails no reply, they once again on their website inform me that only a third of the order had been received and i would have to wait till the 10 Dec 2010, or contact there account dept for a refund !! this i did !! via emil and phoned again and again and again... just the answer phone!!! now not even taking messages!!!!!!!!!!
i have contacted pay-pal and escalated the claim to get my money back!!
they have not even replied to them to date!!
steer well clear, wish i had checked this site first, although there own site seems to only publish positive results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
would never use again, the small saving is not worth the stress!!
Always use JOAG for my console repair needs, I tend to have big orders and they haven't let me down yet! Comms are good through email, they update me about delivery and such (especially with the bad weather at the moment). Cant say anything bad. other reviews must just have been unlucky. what can I say.
I ordered a camera on 26 Oct 10 and paid for it on the same day. On 1 Nov 10 I was advised that the item had been dispatched and that it should arrive by 5 Nov 10. On 9 Nov 10 I was advised that there had been an error and that trhe item had been "mispicked" in the shipping department. Ane estimated delivery date of 13 Nov 10 was given. On 12 Nov 10 I was advised that there had been a problem with the courier and that the item should be with me by 16 Nov 10. On 20 Nov 10 I received another update to say that the item was now on back order with no estimated delivery date. On 23 Nov 10 I was advised again that it had been shipped and it arived on 26 Nov 10 - badly packed and rattling around in a large box but also packed in its own smaller box. I provided feedback to te company but, so far, perhaps understandably, it has not appeared on their website. I have no complaint about the eventual outcome and was kept informed by e-mail (the phone didn't seem to result in any response). However, I was disappointed with the time it took to deliver the camers. As a result the company refunded me the difference between the price I had paid and the price at the time it was eventually sent. Others may like to bear this in mind.
I checked by email if the product I wanted was in stock. They confirmed it was so placed my order. Product did not arrive. I emailed to ask why nothing received they said it was out of stock. The money had already been taken out of my credit card. They said could I wait another 3 weeks for their order to be shipped in or did I want to cancel. I therefore cancelled the order. It was a further 2 weeks before they recredited my credit card and only then after numerous requests for them to do so. Would never order from this company again.
Great seller on eBay, have ordered from them multiple times and have had no issues. They hold a good range of iPhone repair parts, which I'm always in need of! Delivery time is good, they do same day dispatch on phone parts so thats handy if I'm in arush to get something. A1 rating recommended.
PROS: easy to navigate site, excellent range of photography equipment, prices beat competition on nearly all models, staff seem knowledgable, quick delivery.
CONS: Only email support, sometimes takes a day for a response.
Definately more pros than cons so its worth a punt.
purchased a camera from JOAG and needed it quick for a job so I emailed them to see if I could pick it up from their warehouse near birmingham instead of gambling with the post, after a couple of emails they said I could come and collect eventhogh they don't normally allow collections. Excellent service from JOAG.

I bought a Nikon D90 from the and paid for via paypal on Sun 28th Dec, confirmation email on Mon 29th confirms delivery 1-3 days.
Thu 2nd dec no goods so try to contact them by phone, dont bother they never answer !! 6 emails later a reply telling me another 4-5 days with no reason why, another 6-7 emails asking to why the delay, on answer, another 4 emails, no answer, then finaly on fri 3rd i get email telling me i will get delivery on Sat 4th/Mon 6th, so we are now 8 days into delivery, i asked for tracking number and after a fight i was finally givin it, a UPS tracking number, i did a trace only to find out the item was coming from France and not UK as stated in a confirmation email and from there website, the tracking also confirmed that it did not leave France untill Fri 3rd on a 3-5 day service, so yet again even more delay, i also done some digging into Jack of all games and spoke to a friend of mine who works for UPS to find out who sent the goods, to my amazment it is coming from PIXMANIA in France, yet another bunch of cowboys, doing even more digging i found out that Jack of all games is just a drop shipment company, they dont even have any stock to sell, they take you money straght away then look around for the product 10-15% below there selling price, it dont matter where it comes from, could be france, Japan, China, who knows, you may even get a fake !!!, the goods never go to them but get sent direct from there supplier to you, i have just got of the Phone the Nikon UK who advise me that the camera wont be covered by any UK warrentee so if it goes wrong i will have to pay for repair, JOAG are not bothered by this and advise if it does go wrong i have to send back to Pixmania myself.
so people beware what you buy from them as you have no idea where it will be coming from.

Goods were received, turned out that a couple of the units had been damaged and were no longer working. I sent a email to their support team to let them know and they asked me to return them and they would replace asap. Everything is sorted now. No problems.
Was looking to order a repair part from jack of all games but needed some advice, I tried ringing the hotline number on the site and I left a message, nobody got back to me. I emailed them the next day and recieved a reply within a few hours, they apologised for the delay and helped me out with my queries. Ordered the item and got it after 3 days. Very happy.
For the people who are complaining about their lack of communication, my advice is email themm as that proved to be the best way.
Found this seller on Ebay for an item I needed for my Xbox. Was the cheapest by far and responded immediately to queries. The item was dispatched very quickly, arrived 2 days after purchasing!
Would not hesitate to recommend to others!
I dropped my iPhone and messed up the touch screen, Apple wanted over £130 to replace it, luckily I found Jack Of All Games! I contacted them and they advised me that the repair wasn't too difficult and they pointed me in the direction of a couple of youtube vids detailing the repair, so I decided to order one from them and do it myself. Alll in all I save a load of money and my iPhone looks, and works, like new!
Purchased over £100 worth of Xbox 360 repair parts (drives, fans, cases etc..), no problems with ordering, I emailed them asking for next-day delivery, but apparently they send all big orders via courier for next day del anyway. Overall they seem a good company to deal with. Thumbs-up!
got the above item and what a great lens it is! found jack of all games to be a good site to use. when i ordered the lens i got an email saying that the item had gone out of stock but was currently on order, i was told they could get the lens to me by tuesday the following week. no problems as i could wait till then. on tuesday the lens came and needless to say i am very happy with it.
