Not impressed

From a company like Jaeger, I really expected better service - my partner ordered suits costing over 1k and was still charged for delivery, with only 2 suit bags for 4 suits included. I've been waiting for a delivery now for over 2 weeks and am still waiting to get a reply from Jaeger customer service to find out where my parcel is. Not impressed!

The clothing is fantastic quality, delivery is fast & efficient, & returns are easy. It would be 5 stars but they are so expensive...but worth it.
