Edited 30/01/14 I finally got an answer (It turned out I had to send them a private Facebook message as well). I've now been through what you could have feared was the Jawbone support mill, but quite frankly it was excellent. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars as they gave me lots of helpful tips to solve my problem, and followed up. Unfortunately the suggested solutions didn't work out, but then Jawbone promptly decided to replace my Up24 band - and they are now sending me a new one. That's an impressive service after all!

I tried to contact them via Facebook (and they did answer me on their Facebook page of course, but only to let me know I should contact them via e-mail). at that point I had already contacted them via e-mail and later on I also tried to contact them via the Jawbone app. Still no answer...
Add that to the fact that the product broke down after 14 days of use and the only thing it does right now is to vibrate twice whenever I press the mode button.
Stay clear of Jawbone (in my case especially the Up24)
Fell in love with you from first sight and we had a wonderful time together so why did you break up after only 3 month!?! BATTERY BREAK AFTER 3 MONTH NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IN SIGHT ... Just an endless string of emails ... life is too short
