I ordered some Chinos 2 month ago, did not receive them kept on emailing them, the only answer i got was that i will get my order the following week. 3 month later still did not receive the order. then i asked for refund, contacted them every week for 3 weeks yet did not receive my refund or even a reply. finally i had to go to my credit card company and tell them i’ve been robed

Day later email confirming they have received payment
Chase-up one week later - no reply
Chase-up a further week on - no reply
Tried phoning them - number obsolete
Will now be referring this to the Police fraud squad

same story as many of you here, orderd 27 Dec, 20 Jan no jeans, emailed them twice-nothing!, called them-number dont work all day!
Started dispute with Paypal-they refunded me within 24h explaining its common to this company to tataly cock up!

I order jeans 27th Oct 2011 and very speedily they arrived 30th October - brilliant - really impressed. Then when tried jeans on - although the size was same as jeans I already have - they didnt fit. Arranged return on 12th November and re-ordered replacement item - larger size. These arrived one month later - 12th December!!!!! There was fault with jeans so - once again had to return and this time asked for refund. Recieved email 13th Dec to confirm that I just had to return the item and they would arrange refund. Its now 16th Jan...no jeans, no refund, no response since 13th Dec. Almost 3 months now they've had my money!!!!
Well the title sais it all, No delivery, one month after initial order, no response to (8-10) calls nor to 4 mails or contact forms. I will now start a dispute on paypal

Ordered item beginning Dec. Nothing arrived, no confirmation of order.
Opened a dispute with Paypal and guess what, item arrived. Still had no response to emails or correspondence from them.
Would never use again, and Paypal should remove their option from site.
I don't know what was on my mind when I made that order, just over 100£, on 6th of December. I usually check all the reviews about an online store but that time I guess I didn't. Anyway, Today is 20th of December and I have no order delivered, no money and guess what, no answer from them. They don't answer their emails or phones. I can not believe that these sort of companies still exist on the market.
I guess my luck was that I did the payment through Paypal, therefore I opened a dispute, and hopefully in max 20 days I'll get my money back.
In the end, if you're checking these reviews because you're interested to buy something from them, then trust me and all the other users, forget about it. Forget about the low prices and their promises. Go for another shop, with a proper review....these guys are nothing but a bad joke.
I fully agree in the comments I read so far about jeans-direct.
I had a bad feeling before I ordered a pair of jeans and was very suspicious when I did not recieved an email for confirmation of my shopping. I wrote to them two times and first answer to second email came after one week. I received the jeans and unfortunately they do not fit which is my own fault of course. From their web site it is very difficult to see how to return. There is one address but they instruct you not return goods to this address - why did they ever write then. I have now emailed them - but do not expect them to write back. DONT BUY AT JEANS-DIRECT
Always slightly suspicious as their order confirmation email doesn't contain the order information - bad systems, or dodgy, not sure.
Was sent the wrong size, no idea if ordered incorrectly due to rubbish confirmation emails.
Arranged return eventually. They sent me the wrong return information, rearranged. Jeans lost in post - rather mysterious as the PO didn't do some of their paperwork correctly - though it does look as though someone collected the parcel, just wasn't signed for correctly.
Then receive a refund for the wrong amount - not sure what that's about.
Fortunately, PO are refunding as they are responsible for the loss of the parcel.
Wish I'd checked out TrustPilot before placing my order.
Placed order for t-shirt and credit card debited the same day. Receipt advised 7-14 day delivery but still waiting after 1 month. Company does NOT respond to enquiries via the contact us option on their website nor messages left on company answerphone despite promising promt responses.

4th July : To be fair to the company I have now received an e-mail apologising for the delay and a full refund.
It took three tries for them to send the correct order, each time with long delays. Slow to respond to Email and no phone number. Took two full months from placing the order to getting it sorted out - unacceptable by any standards.
Very unreliable and bordering on fraudulent. We ordered and paid for jeans. They sent the wrong ones. We sent them back recorded delivery as instructed. Since then we have been unable to contact them and no response to countless emails. I feel like we've been robbed of £45. Please warn potential buyers. The company does not deserve to be in business.
Beware of that company. The prices are low allright, but they don't deliver the exact amount! Last year I ordered 4 pairs of jeans, after long time I received only 3 pairs, the last pair never arrived. I wrote several mails without answers. They didn't refund either. There is no tel. no. Don't trust companies without an exact "contact" option on the front page!
