great service & best prices
I order regularly with jean store - very impressed how they have gradually expanded their range and now have loads of clothing, shoes and more all at much cheaper prices than my local shops. Never had any issues and my orders have always come quickly. Very impressed and would definitely recommend (i already have!!). Marlon

Fictious "Shipping Info", poor service
Placed an order for a pair of Vans last Friday.
On Monday I checked the status of my order to see the order had been confirmed , payment confirmed, order allocated and stock picked.
The status of the order is still the same today (Wednesday), and I have finally had an email admitting this.
No apology from the company for charging me for something they don't have to sell.
In addition I've been told they discovered they were out of stock when they went to pick my order.
Presumably the order status page is fabricated if the items were not actually picked when the update said they were.
Strongly advise people to avoid this site.

Excellent Prices and Friendly staff
I Ordered a pair of mens Levis 501 and Lee Brooklyn cords for the first time from Jeanstore. Their prices were the cheapest I could find on the internet. DEBENHAMS wanted about £70 for a pair of Levis 501 and Jeansstore wanted £44.99 not including postage.
I ordered on a Thursday and dispatched on the Friday. I could have had them on the Monday, but the Royal Mail guy did not press my intercom buzzer.
Jeanstore get their jeans directly from the Manufacturer and thats how they keep their prices low. Before ordering it would not do any harm to phone and make sure they have your order in stock to avoid dissapointment.
I will certainly order from Jean Store again. A good company, selling genuine products and friendly staff.

They deliver what you ordered
I have see a couple of bad reviews for this company and I would like to share my experience. I have used them twice. On the first occasion, I called them after placing my order and a lady answered the phone and confirmed my order for two pairs of jeans. They also replied promptly to my email. The second time I didn't feel the need to telephone or email and my goods arrived a few days after placing the order by Royal Mail. The prices on the website are significantly better than the shops where I live so I would use again and recommend.

two weeks after order no jeans and no reply to email
i ordered jeans over two weeks ago and have not received them. i called a week ago to be told they were due in stock the next day and would be sent immediately. another week passes and still no jeans. i have emailed them regarding this twice and still no reply or any communication whatsoever.

Fantastic Service, Fantastic Jeans
Brilliant service, I bought some Levi's 501 and Wranglers. Jeanstore was the cheapest price on the web, they arrived quickly, and look great. Great website, would definitely reccomend this site!

I ordered with jean store.co.uk because of the price guarantee they advertise on their site. sometimes im a little unsure about these guarantees but after having a quick browse online they did seem to be the cheapest. ordered 2 pairs of wrangler jeans, arrived 2 days later. no fuss, no problems. a really good service i would recommend

Excellent site layout, unbeatable prices
I chose to order from Jeanstore.co.uk because their website comes off very professional. The site is very easy to navigate, very pleasing to the eye and the ordering process is hassle free. There is a physical shop behind the website.
Their prices are very competitive, the best I could find on the web, and I'm talking Europe. You get a further discount if you buy a larger quantity.
I ordered 3 pairs of Levi's ultimo November, 30th of November to be exact. And received my order yesterday 15th of December; nicely wrapped.
The wait doesn't seem that unreasonable taking the fact that I live in Scandinavia; the unruly weather conditions and the upcoming holidays into account.
Communications could have been a bit more smooth, but all in all I'm very satisfied.

great prices you can find nowhere else
i ordered 2 pairs of jeans on sunday evening and they arrived today (tuesday morning). i actually live in worthing, so normally shop in the store but web prices are slightly cheaper so decided to order online, as i was in no rush. i was absolutely delighted with the service and i saved myself about £30 compared to other websites. the staff on the phone were very helpful with helping me to get the right jeans, and they even sent the jeans next day delivery at no extra cost. i couldn't say a bad thing about this company. brilliant

OK - but Royal Mail delay
I did get what I ordered and they are as promised... and at a great price. Only problem was the delivery - took over a week - but this was a Royal Mail issue. I hope they'll look at using other carriers as I can see a few 'lost' and 'very delayed' comments. I think the Jeanstore is a bona fide Co, but let down by delivery method.

Ordered jeans, paid, then nothing but grief
Ordered three pairs 501's from the Jean store website- they took the money (£127) and emailed a dispatch note. jeans never arrived. Sent four email queries that were never responded to. On phoning them I was told to wait, then next time I phoned to wait again for 3 weeks before they could send me a lost in the post claim form, then that I would not be sent a claim form, that I would be sent a £100 refund from postal insurance, then that the guy who went to the Post Office had a'personal tragedy' on the way and therefore the refund would be delayed. Its a month later and nothing
In ten years of buying on line, including Ebay for Gods sake, I've never had an experience line like- shoddy, amatuerish, unfair, dishonest and downright criminal.
DO NOT USE JEANSTORE!!!
