From the moment we walked in to the showroom we were greeted by friendly staff. The sales man was very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions. They didn't even mind when our 6 month old baby was screaming. All the paperwork was ready to sign when they said it would be. They even put some petrol in for us so we didn't have to drive straight to the garage.
I went to look to see what cars were available within my budget and was lucky enough to be approached by Paul Nixon, he spent ages patiently going from one car to another and back again, my cars need to be of a size to take two dog cages but still be economical to run. Because of this I took my tape measure with me, he put back seats down helped me measure etc. He was patience itself, dunno if I would have had as much. It must have taken a couple of hours just to choose one, he didn't know if I would find one but that didn't seem to bother him. Afterwards we went inside to complete the paperwork that was done painlessly and I was set to pick my car up a week later at a time suitable to me. When I returned I paid off the amount remaining and he offered to pair my mobile with the car, unfortunately I had forgotten it so he said just call in and he would do it. Yesterday I did so and he paired it for me. This is the third car I have bought from Jennings and I can only say that I have been treated with the utmost courtesy. even though I must have looked a mess in the clothes I wear to walk the dogs on the beach.
I was interested in the Ecoboost engine in the Focus,so call into Jennings just to look at the car.The salesman James Downey at Gateshead who I spoke to was ever so helpful and knowlegable regarding the car, took me for a test drive, really impressed that I negotiated a deal there and then,love the car.Great to buy this car without any pressure from over enthusiastic sales personnel.
I first went to Ford Jennings Stockton 2 months ago and spoke to Alan Platten, a really nice man who had already given both my son and ex-wife a good deal on the new Ford Fiesta. I was now looking for a cheap car for my beautiful blonde 35 year old daughter Gayle who is really struggling on her own to hold down 2 jobs, bring up her daughter and make ends meet. She never complains, just gets on with it and works all the hours available. She once told me that she even walked 3 miles to work one early morning in heavy rain to cover a shift as she didn't want to let a workmate down. When I found this out both her mam and I decided instantly to take away all the stress from her life. We both agreed to go "halves" on a 3 year deal for her and picked out a lovely stylish brand new black Ford KA and then told her to come through to Jennings to pick it up. All done within a week. She cried when she saw it and of course that set us off too. You can't buy moments like that for all the money in the world and all it cost her mam and me was £70 each a month. And for that amount the three of us get peace of mind, no worries about her struggling to work, sleeping sound at night knowing that she is driving a car that's reliable and is good on petrol . More importantly, just like Gayle's mam and dad ,it'll never let her down. It was love at first sight when she saw it. That Ford KA is nearly as pretty as she is! So now she has the car of her dreams and if that Ford KA could talk it would tell you that it has found the owner of its dreams too. The only problem we now have is that her mam now wants one as well. But that's another story I'll probably spring on Alan in the next 3 months.......
The service at Jenning's Stockton, in my opinion was first class. From walking into the showroom I did not feel preasured in any way. I and my Husband had looked into what we thought we wanted on the computer before going to look for a new car. We were free to wander around the various styles of the cars on show and were able to go to Marcus to get all the information on the Model we chose. When we decided on the Model we were taken though the process of buying and everything was explained in detail. From beginning to the end ,driving the car we purchased away, we felt we were valued customers and would have no hesitation going back to Jenning's in the future.
I dont normally recommend any company, following a bad job done following a recommendation I made, however this is my 6th car from Jennings Ford of Stockton, so I think that speaks for its self. From the moment I approached the sales team to the time I drove off the forecourt I felt like I was their top priority and I was kept informed through out the sale. I have also used their service facilities and again found them more than helpful and very easy to deal with.
Would I buy another Ford from Jennings of Stockton ? YES I would.
Purchased a Fiesta Automatic for my wife from Jennings Ford in Stockton on Tees from a guy called Marcus. I'm in retail also so know how sales work and don't like to be pushed. Marcus found what I was looking for and we reached a deal which suited us both with no haggling required. Marcus went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, he even gave me a loan car to use until my had been made ready as I had just sold my car and my other one was off the road. Great guy, great company very happy all around.
Very friendly not pushy. I purchased a 2013 ford focus and feel I got a really good deal and part exchange price for my old car. Would definitely use again for future purchases. Paul Nixon the sales executive was extremely good and demonstrated all the controls etc very well..

Craig was really helpful, we felt we could trust what he was telling us. He wasn't "pushy" in the slightest and gave us the information we needed to know. I was really nervous about buying a new car and he made it so much easier. The finance manager was very friendly and put us at ease aswell. I have a few questions about my car but know I can ring Craig at any point

I had been looking for a Ford Fiesta and had trawled the websites in the North East for available cars. Liked what I saw on Jennings site and went to investigate. Saw James Downey, told him what I was looking for, he listened to my requirements and showed me a vehicle which had just come in, which seemed to meet my needs. The car was yet to be cleaned and had a few scratches, but was right price and mileage. James assured me it would be like new when I collected it. Received great service from one of the sales associates (Craige farrow) in the Gateshead branch. Very friendly service, wasn't pushed into making a decision and I was taken through every available option. Car was delivered from another branch very quickly as I needed my car ASAP. Really enjoyed my experience whilst purchasing my fiesta and I was taken through all of my finance options, car options and any available add-ons. Will definitely return to Craige to make my next future purchase with Jennings Ford.
