From start to delivery the staff at Jennings were a real pleasure Made very welcome as soon as I walked through the entrance by the lady on reception I believe she is called Margaret I had pre booked a test drive in a Kuga auto which was the type of vehicle I was looking for I was introduced to Ian McCluskey from sales who took me on a route to include various road conditions so I got a good feel for the car After we got back to the showroom we sat and discussed model specs and prices etc I left the showroom feeling very pleased but had other showrooms to visit and cars to test drive After deciding I wanted a Kuga I got back in touch with Ian and asked for a further test drive with my wife and son which went very well once again the next day I returned to do a deal Ian was very helpful with the all important details and guided me through the options available to make sure I got the car with the right specs for me and my family and most importantly at the right price! I am now the happy owner of the best car I have ever owned I would recommend Jennings and would especially like to thank Ian McCluskey for all his help THANK YOU !
An excellent, friendly and efficient service. Felt no pressure at all from salesman, all queries and concerns were answered, I was kept fully up to date during waiting period for my new car. Upon delivery, was instructed clearly as to the features and controls of the car. Even afterwards salesman has been in touch to make sure we're completely satisfied and made sure no problems with my car. Excellent Service!!!
Having bought my current car (Ford Focus) at Jennings, a car I had been very happy with over the years, I thought I'd call in again just to have a initial look around to see if they had anything in my price range. Although I was only looking and not intending to buy I went inside and spoke to Mr James Downey one of the sales team. He was very helpful explaining that they had 2 Focuses on site that may meet my price range requirements. I went out to see them and one of them was exactly what I was looking for. Although the price was above what I was going to spend I enquired about part exchange. The price James then offered for my current car, that in my view was a more than fair price, brought the one I liked right into my price bracket. The rest is history as they say. I only had £2 in my pocket for the required deposit but fortunately my wife had her card and that was it. needless to say I'm over the moon with my purchase - a great buy as far as I'm concerned and no I am not a Jennings employee in case you thought I might be.
The customer service I received from James was faultless throughout. No pushy sales speel just friendly helpful and informative advice to all my questions. I can therefore say without any hesitation, bearing in mind I'm not one to go over the top on praise, this was a genuine 5 star service and on my personal experience I can't praise Jennings more highly.
Finally, on getting the car home a week later I did find a couple of minor issues I was a bit concerned about and rang James for advice. He had them both sorted in a couple of days to my complete satisfaction.

First time I've bought a car on my own and found the whole experience very positive. Advice given at all times was helpful and informative, but I never felt I was being pushed into a decision. All staff in Jennings were polite and professional and made the whole process easy. Would recommend them to anyone.
Helpful friendly salesman, not pushy, treated us like people rather than just prospective buyers, he displayed good level of knowledge and happy to look up extra information, explain things. All round it was a good experience, felt they did actually care that we got the right deal for us.
I had done some research and I knew which model of car I wanted when I went approached Jennings. My previous experience of buying new cars had not always been one that I had enjoyed, so I was expecting much the same this time. However I must say I found it was a different experience this time. Everything about the finance, delivery, optional features of the car I had chosen was clearly explained in a pleasant way. Once I had decided to go ahead with the purchase, I was kept up to date with events, and the promises made about delivery were met. On delivery of the car the features of the car were explained to both myself and my wife. All In all I have been competely satisfied with the transaction .
I have no complaints about the experience I had with Jennings Ford. They were helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. Everything was simple and straight forward with no complex terms and bamboozling language.
I will definitely use Jennings again as the customer service I received was excellent. I did go to another dealer first and felt like I was a nuisance to them....walked into Jennings, was met by Craig and the rest is history.

Car was not ready at agreed collection time also had to return a week later to have agreed work done which took 3 hours. Had to ask for MOT cert as was not supplied at collection. Overall not the best buying experience
I saw this car on the internet when I saw the price and mileage I made inquires by email I got a very quick reply .The reply I recieved was just what I wanted to hear I was given a very good trade in price for my car I wanted to exchange. For a Ford C max now what can I say about Paul Robinson the sales executive. He is very genuine person puts you at ease not pushy able to talk to him very friendly .
