Very happy with our new Ford Fiesta from Jennings. The guys there were extremely helpful and gave us a fantastic deal. Big thanks to Paul Nixon who looked after us and made sure the purchase went very smoothly.
I was offered significantly more for my part ex Mini, and the overall deal was significantly better than that offered by another well known Ford dealership, for exactly the same spec of Fiesta.
The salesman was friendly and not pushy, making the whole experience much more pleasant than I have experienced when buying or enquiring about cars elsewhere.

Jennings ford gateshead damaged 3 of my alloy wheels whilst changing two tyres and changing the locking wheel nuts. Complained and have received no apology. Unhelpful staff (Ian Stewart and Bryan Johnson) deny all blame will never use this company again.
I was unsure about the exact part I needed from the website, so asked for details over the phone. Your staff checked the physical stock whilst I waited, then described it to me. In order to reserve the part, they then gave a note to the internet order processing guy to expect my immediate order.
The item arrived next day properly packed.

Reasonably priced and the order arrived quickly. Had a query with a part so called them and they were friendly and did everything but come round and fit the item to the car for me ! I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful response and would recommend them to everyone.

Having had the car for a month, I can say I am pleased with my first car purchase. However, I did feel that Jennings lost interest in good customer service once I had made payment for the car - up till that point, I had no complaints. Delivery was arranged for a Wednesday; I waited all day and at 5pm called to find out where my car had got to. I was told by Craige Farrow that there was "a problem with the delivery guy's van" and that he hadn't actually left so I wouldn't be getting the car that day. Nobody thought to call and inform me of this. I was also told that they would now only deliver the following week even though I had said I needed the car that weekend. Craige promised to resolve my problem in the morning but when I called the next day I found out he had a day off! I spoke to someone else who promised to look for a different delivery company and said the reason they hadn't delivered the previous day was that they'd noticed a scratch on the car and it had to be taken back to the body shop. As a customer, I don't appreciate being messed about and lied to so I won't be recommending Jennings to anyone.
Very happy with the service I received. I emailed Dave he identified the parts I needed and then gave me a good price on each item. Able to pay online and get everything delivered. The parts came quickly (within just a few days). verall very happy indeed.
All staff appeared to be friendly and efficient. The showroom is very clean and airy.

Marcus the salesman helping us purchase our ka was superb. Very genuine style and a role model on how it should be done. He wasn't at all pushy and showed sincere interest. All promises were delivered and left us feeling really impressed. An asset to jennings.
We had initially visited the mbro outlet and were particularly disappointed with service of bald man (didnt get his name) we weren't as important as him closing and getting away. Its was only 5.45! Recommend he spends some time with marcus!!
I am very impressed with the service I received, and could not be happier. The sales staff are very patient and helpful and could not have done anymore to make my visit a very happy one, the car I chose the Ford B Max I just love it and the color Midnight Sky is perfect, it has proved to be just right for my needs, via the back sliding doors, just perfect to get my new born Granddaughter in and out with ease. So an all round lovely car, and great staff.

Bought my Ford Fiesta Titanium on 1st June. Loved the car. The sales man Dave Nicholson at Middlesbrough put me under no pressure to buy. Looked at this car several times before i purchased it. Again no pressure. Loved the car, bought it and I am really pleased with all aspects of it.
No need to say too much Nick was dedicated to helping me no matter what I needed nothing was a problem be it dual controls or graphics. I will definitely go to Nick when I hit 50000 miles.

We dealt with Alan at the garage in Darlington, and were very impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles, how helpful he was, and most of all how he didn't try to push us into a sale like most car salesmen! He was friendly throughout our purchase and we wouldn't hesitate in returning to Alan for our next car purchase.
Sales staff first class with an indepth knowledge of the product, with a full explanation of its features.
As for my third Kuga , disappointed at the two faults with the desiel sensor which has required a replacement of parts. This was all within the first 2 weeks.
I was not looking to buy a car, I was only checking out prices, but the salesman was so friendly and helpful, and the deal was so good that I bought a fiesta and have recommended him and Jennings to others, infact I'm taking a friend in to look at cars in a couple of weeks, well done to Jennings and stuart
Buying car from jennings stockton was easy and trouble free, graeme reynolds was my sales man, he made sure everything was explained to me and took care of everything from the start, having had the fiesta zetec i wanted in stock all in all i got my new car within 5 days, great and fast service !!!
