from our first visit in September 2012 when we were considering renewing our Leon we were give expert advice and assistance in this case it was to confirm that a new Leon was due in the Spring of 2013, we were pointed in the direction of the updating web site to follow the progess of the model. We were eventualy invited to the showroom to see the promotional left hand drive model, we liked it and were happy that we had waited for it to be produced and we ordered the FR model built to our spec.
Our salesman Chris and the manager Craig were very accomodating and helpful, we got the trade-in price for our previous Leon that we were happy with as well as 3 years free servicing. Brilliant. This is now our third Leon, anything that needed to be done was handled without any hassle.

We were really only toying with the idea of buying another car, and certainly not a new one, but we were given a complete rundown of the benefits and savings on offer by your sales representative Chris Butt, and without any pressures he convinced us that a new Ibiza was by far the best proposition considering the new car discounts currently available. We are more than happy with our purchase and the way in which the sale was transacted, and would have no hesitation in recommending Jennings Seat and Chris in particular for his helpfulness in making the experience so pleasureable.
I've been a seat owner for some time now and when i decided to renew i thought i would look around at other dealers for a different make and model of car.
I spent most of the weekend in and out of car dealerships but nothing impressed me enough to purchase something different. At the end of my search i went into Jennings Seat Dealers in Middlesbrough and was asked by Guy, a saleman, if he could help.
Within half an hour i had purchased a new ibiza and got such a cracking deal.
Guy was informative and straight to the point about the car and what he could offer.
Next time i am looking to renew i'll go straight to SEAT!

Absolutely terrible service; I purchased a car from them and because of their errors and sub-standard workmanship it had to go to their workshops on 5 separate occasions within the first 6 weeks of ownership.
On three occasions I was assured the car was ready and made the round trip of over 100 miles to collect it. On each occasion the required work clearly hadn’t been done correctly. They had either missed items that needed attention or fudged the job.
The matter was only resolved when I involved North Yorkshire Trading Standards, even then Jennings made no excuse or apology for their repeated errors and mistakes.
Avoid this company.
This is our second Leon and we decided to buy from Jennings SEAT on this occasion because of the attractive deal they were offering at the time. The assistant was very pleasant and, when he couldn't answer our question, he referred us to another assistant who could. The information about the car & finance options was very clear. Most importantly, we did not feel pressured, as we have done at other garages. The whole process was uncomplicated and smooth. Our only issue is that our previous Leon was a l.4Tsi. We decided to be economical and went for the .12 Tsi this time. The car is very comfortable and nice to drive but, it will have to be said, we prefer the 1.4TSi for its burst of acceleration when needed and the way it handles hills and a full load. We would go to Jennings SEAT again.
Guy Gibson was good enough to pick my wife and I up from Durham Station . He took us to Middlesborough where the car was ready and waiting for us . We had a few papers to sign and we were on our way . A big thankyou to Guy . Jennings is a fantastic dealer. They certainly went the extra mile to help us out .

We have previously bought from Jennings Seat and were happy so we didn't hesitate to buy again. We saw a car that fit all our needs so we went ahead and purchased it. We were told to pick it up in 6 days and arranged a time. On the day of picking it up we received a phone call to go an hr later as they were fitting a new battery and they had sent the wrong one! On arrival we did the paper work and then proceeded to the car. Looking through the window I noticed it had not been valeted so they took it away and valeted it. My husband asked if manual, service history, radio key code etc was in and the salesman said yes. This was very important as we were going on holiday the next day in it and we had to check how everything worked!! Needless to say after driving away to visit relatives we checked for the above and guess what? NOTHING. We then had to drive back where we were given a handbook from another car ( same model) and were told they would have to order a new service history book as it has the chassis no. on it and hopefully we will get MP3 player key code. This is not the service I would expect, they had 6 days to get the car ready and we spent £10,000 on the car!

I highly recommend this company hassle free buying a car. and Chris Butt the sales executive was very understanding and got me exactly what i wanted in the price range i wanted and also got it fast.
I went in to get my old Seat Leon fixed, when I went in I was greeted by Craig Johnson who could see I wasn't happy and asked if I wanted a drink and asked what issues I was having. He was very understanding but told me as it was a Saturday the mechanics weren't in. He then asked me if I was interested in a new car as he could offer me a great deal on the new FR + Supa Copa, which I now have. The sales team where perfect.

everything was explained clearly. didn't have to chase anything myself was always kept informed. when I first logged my query online I signed up for some free music downloads as part of the deal but have never heard anything re this. if that could be looked into would be even better.
