Lame excuses from customer services
Just bought 'The Green Pod' from Jessops for £19.99. Picked up a Summer 2013 catalogue as well. When I got home the price in the catalogue was £7.49. Called them only to be told that the price was incorrect in the catalogue and that there was a price disclaimer in the back of it. Whilst accepting that there may be a price difference over time I would have contemplated £9.49 but not almost 3 times the price. Suggest it would have been better to have let Jessops go to the wall once and for all.
